Walking into the unit, guests are welcomed by bright yet soothing tones of aqua and coral, that reflect the colors from the stunning gulf views that can be seen from the master bedroom and new living area. The living area consists of a brand new plush sofa and chairs that are perfect for napping after time in the sun. The living room also includes a large flat screen TV and fireplace. Beside the open living space is the dining area with a large table that seats eight, along with four barstools that face the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with high end appliances and granite countertops, making the perfect place to prepare fresh seafood from the Gulf.

Across from the living area is the Master Suite with a king size bed, spectacular gulf views and a huge walk-in closet. The Master suite also includes a luxurious bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in double shower and jetted tub. It is sure to be the favorite place to relax and unwind during your vacation. Along with the Master suite, there are three other bedrooms. First is a queen bedroom that connects to a jack-and-jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination, which leads to a room with two twin beds. Across the hall, there is also another bedroom with two queen beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination as well. All the bedrooms have recently been updated with brand new porcelain wood tiles!

This building is also full of amenities. The gulf front, heated infinity pool is no doubt the star of the show (heated Nov. 1 – April 1). There is also a fabulous patio deck with grills, as well as a fitness center. This property also includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella with your stay (available March 1 – Oct 31). There are also two designated parking spaces in the covered parking area for the unit.
