Superb fully renovated villa with exceptional sea view and private pool

The villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with bathroom / shower for each of them and can accommodate up to 10 people. It also offers a spacious living room, a dining room and a large kitchen. The living room opens onto a large terrace on which you can dine or watch the sunset overlooking Dénia.

The house has undergone a major renovation and has modern decor. Several terraces and a patio are also present on different levels.

Many facilities are at your disposal such as:

Air conditioning, internet access, linen room (with washing machine and dryer), 2 barbecues, deckchairs, etc. Linen and pool linen provided.

Kitchen: American fridge, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, filter coffee maker.

Private swimming pool.

The villa is located in a very quiet area of Dénia, in the immediate vicinity of the Montgó. It therefore has a splendid view of the sea, the city of Dénia and the Montgó.

Location 2 km from the beaches and the city center (8 minutes by car).

Ideal for enjoying your holidays with family or friends.

The town of Dénia is very pleasant, it offers beautiful walks and has many restaurants. Different activities are also to do in Dénia, we will be happy to share our addresses with you.

Schönes Haus in super Lage
War haben zwei Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Aussicht von den verschiedenen Terrassen ist herausragend. Das Objekt an sich ist groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz für 8-10 Personen.

Wunderbare Zeit
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Haus. Der Ausblick auf das Meer mit den Bergen im Hintergrund ist traumhaft und das Haus mit seiner Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns auch über die Besucherkatzen. Danke auch an Alba für ihre Bemühungen.

We were really pleased with this property for our holiday, the villa is very spacious & well presented throughout, with everything you need to accommodate two small children too. The Villa is very private, with beautiful views of Denia & the sea. The pool & outside areas were all amazing, with plenty of options for some quiet time & food on the terrace as the sun goes down really makes it special. We look forward to returning in the future.

Perfect Denia Property
A perfect spacious property with stunning views over Denia. Very well furnished with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. Lots of space and a beautiful pool. The kitchen was well equipped although we ate out in Denia each evening. The taxi to Denia was only 8 euros so our hire car rarely moved.

The Villa has amazing views in the day and night. It is very spacious with a great pool, complete kitchen and a number of outdoor seated areas to bbq and eat. It is very peaceful but car is essential.

Heerlijk huis met fantastisch uitzicht!
Het huis was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi ruim zwembad. Buiten veel ruimte, goede voorzieningen en een fantastisch uitzicht op de stad en de zee. Vooral in het donker was dat echt genieten! Wij hebben genoten met zijn allen!

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage
Die Lage dieses wunderschönen Hauses am Ende einer Sackgasse ist sehr ruhig. Nach oben hat man einen super Ausblick zum Montgo und nach unten einen traumhaften Meerblick. Dickes Lob auch an Rosi - das Haus wurde sehr sauber geputzt übernommen !! Wir haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank an Geraldine für die superschnellen Rückmeldungen . La villa est très bien située avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et Denia. Son équipement est parfait et les chambres sont très fonctionnelles. Très adaptée pour une famille avec enfants, la piscine est très agréable et le calme est garanti jour et nuit. Excellente location

Séjour agréable dans une superbe maison
Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cette superbe villa. La maison est moderne, spacieuse, bien agencée avec des équipements de qualité, avec de multiples terrasses. Les chambres sont toutes climatisées, neuves et la literie impeccable. Plein d'espaces de rangement et chacun dispose de sa salle de bains. L'accueil fait par Rosi est excellent. Ce quartier résidentiel est calme. La villa est placée à flanc de montagne avec une vue magnifique sur Denia, à 5mn en voiture du centre ville et des magasins. Au vu de la pente et des distances, la voiture est très fortement recommandée. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

A fabolous vacation in Dénia!
We spend a great vacation in the Villa and enjoyed the amazing view over Denia and the sea as well as the Montgo mountain right behind the house. A spacious and well equipped Villa with modern Interieur. The 4 bedrooms with bath made it a perfect accommodation for our 2 families with 4 Kids. I enjoyed the Barbecue area a lot :-)

Huset ligger helt fantastisk ift udsigten over havet og byen. Gode terrasser .og udekøkkener.
Perfekt indretning og inventar i god smag og udvalg. Bil nødvendig. Der er mulighed for at opleve bjergvandring, strande , indkøb og byliv 2-3 km fra huset. Denia hyggelig by. Pool område godt ( spa ikke i funktion). Kommunikation med udlejer top karakter. Flink og informativ. Peter og Bonnie - Danmark.

Une maison magnifique et une vue imprenable
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa qui allie le charme de l'architecture espagnol et la modernité, et apprécié chaque jour la vue imprenable sur la baie de Denia. La maison aux multiples recoins permet d'apprécier l'ombre et le soleil, de profiter de la vue à chaque heur du jour. La patio, la piscine, la terrasse, tout est fait pour se relaxer. L'intérieur est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, le confort est idéal . Je recommande sans hésiter, et reviendrais très certainement. Parfaitement située, à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage et du centre de Denia.

Vue imprenable !
Maison parfaitement équipée pour un séjour en famille à proximité d'une ville accueillante qui propose de nombreuses activités (plage, shopping, balades, visites touristiques...) La vue qui domine la Mediterranée offre un spectacle dont on ne se lasse pas ! Nathalie R
