Welcome to our Happi Place with the best views around! Our condo is your home away from home for both Winter and Summer vacationing. Whether you are here to ski and snowboard in the winter or mountain bike in the summer, your stay here is sure to be amazing.


Our space is the perfect basecamp for any of your Grand County adventures. With close proximity to Winter Park and Granby Ranch Resorts, four season fun is only a few minutes from your doorstep. Whether you are in town to carve turns in the snow or the dirt, a unique abode awaits you and your family. Park your vehicle and store your gear away from mother nature s elements in our one car garage. Cozy up around the fireplace and plan your day in a spacious living room with unparralled views of Byers Peak and the surrounding wilderness. Prepare for your adventures in the full kitchen and cozy bar area. Spend the day exploring the incredible natural surroundings.

At the end of the day retire to the King sized bed in the master bedroom with its own masterbathroom that has a jetted tub. The room has a spacious closet and dresser drawer. The views from the room are phenomenal!
The spacious second bedroom has a queen bed and a quaint and modern loft with a full bed . Kids will love the loft! Across the hall you will find a full bathroom and a separate laundry area with a full size washer and dryer.


Getting around is easy! If you have a car we have parking spaces for up to 3. There is the Lift bus transportation that is walking distance from our condo. They will take and pick you up from the ski mountain and from other places around town.

Nice Place
Great space, very nice location for our 4 day ski trip. Check in and check out was a breeze, the unit owner was extremely responsive, and the rooms are generously proportioned. The huge garage is wonderful. We would stay here again

Home away from home. We enjoyed our time here and all the house had to offer. Kitchen was fantastic. Heating was much appreciated. We were all very comfortable here. Free bus is a couple of minutes away to travel down to Fraser or to Winter Park. Groceries and restaurants are a drive or bus away.

Great Girl’s Trip in the “Happi Place”
We were a group of 3 women. The condo was exactly as listed. Great location for visiting Fraser and Winter Park and on the free Lift shuttle route with a pick up at the end of the street (easy walking distance). The condo was in a nice safe neighborhood and was a great place to relax with coffee in the morning or wine/cocktails in the evening on the porch with a great view of the mountains :). The host was extremely quick to respond and resolve a small issue we had upon arrival. She also allowed us to have a later check out time which was very helpful since our flight wasn’t until 7:30pm. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your Happi Place with us

Great stay!
Perfect location right up the mountain from Safeway - close to Winter Park and Grandby Ranch. Very clean and bigger than it looks in photos. Erica was great to work with and we had the best time! We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Fraser. This condo/townhouse was described appropriately and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We have never been to Colorado, and knew nothing about location- this location was fantastic- close to the grocery store and just a short drive to many restaurants. We enjoyed doing a puzzle and playing a few games that were provided. It was clean, spacious, and homey. Thanks so much!

The Perfect Place

The Perfect Winter Park Stay
I had the pleasure of an extended stay and Erica was an amazing host, who checked in when needed and always left the door open for communication both ways. The place was even better than advertised. It is so much more spacious than pictures can show. The view on the mountains during sunrise and sunset make the porch or big window perfect for having coffee or a night cap. Would recommend this place to any family or friends coming to the area

Ski trip getaway
My husband and I had booked the place from Dec 31-Jan 6 to go skiing in Winter Park. Location was great! Very convenient to shopping and coffee and headed either into Fraser or towards Granby for restaurants. Garage was nice and big for our suv, and was heated. Perfect for drying out skis and poles. Even had a boot warmer which was perfect for the boots. Great layout and well maintained!

Exploring Grand County CO
Very comfortable and clean. Having a private garage made unpacking and packing easy. As tea drinkers, it was lovely having a tea kettle in the kitchen. A great location for exploring Grand County Colorado Alpine skiing at Winter Park and Grandby Ranch; Nordic Skiing at YMCA Snow Moutntain Ranch, and hiking Rocky Mountain Natioal Park.

Snowy Spring Break
We had a fun and very snowy Spring Break. Erica’s cabin is located in a perfect spot and was easily accessible with all of the directions and check in details and immaculately clean. It was stocked with everything we needed for a perfect stay. With a big winter storm, her communication was top notch! We didn’t experience any issues with the condo or our travel but she kindly offered us late checkout if needed. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to do just that next year! Incredible Condo
This condo was the nicest I have ever stayed in. The owner was soooo helpful. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Very comfortable. Great location. The owner had a binder of info for guests including maps, local activities, phone numbers. The owner went above and beyond preparing for us to have a wonderful time. I did not have young children with me but if I did, it had everything one would need including toys. The beds were very very comfortable. If I return to Winter Park next year I would definately stay here again. If i could give this review more than 5 stars I would!

Great Summer get away
We enjoyed our stay at the Happi Place. The sunset views were amazing. The property was very clean and well kept. The loft in the second bedroom was perfect to give the 19 and 15 year old boys some sleeping space of their own.

Only place to stay in Fraser!
Wow! This property far exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous, clean, well stocked, comfortable and the list goes on. The garage is the huge bonus here. Our VW Atlas, WITH a large Yakima ski pod on top, actually fit into the garage with room to spare and it's HEATED! Safeway is just down the road and the Lift stop is right around the corner. We would definitley stay here again.

Better than expected
The pictures do not do this unit any justice. The overall unit is nicely sized, there is a great view from the second floor balcony, the Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom is to die for and the attached garage is a extra bonus, especially on those cold days! Erica was very accommodating when VRBO listed the wrong address and quickly responded with the proper directions. We had a fantastic stay and hope to return!

Lovely decor, comfortable space
This is a great new listing with beautiful views off the balcony. Wonderful decor, plenty of space for a 2br/2ba, just up the hill from Safeway in Fraser. There are a couple of sledding hills right next to the property, which is great for kids! Plus they have a pack n play, booster seat, toys, etc for little ones. Looking forward to our return in a few weeks!
