At 6 km you will find an authentic village of heritage and art, Tourrette-Levens. A real perched village, it still has a tower of its medieval castle. Accessible by the ascent of the castle and its picturesque setting, you will discover a panoramic view between the sea and the exceptional mountains. Several cultural events enliven this place, as well as the whole town, which also has three free museums and a superb Baroque church.
In addition to the particular care given to the heritage, there is a real interest in "today's" art: little by little, the municipality has acquired many sculptures. You can admire Max Cartier's stone man who sits at the entrance to the village or works by Jean-Pierre Augier and even Albert Chubac, an artist featured in all the city's buildings. Others such as Ernest Pignon Ernest, James Franta, Brazillier or Gilli have also invited themselves to this culture-friendly commune.

Agréable Villa

Séjour agréable dans la villa. Elle est propre et tout équipé. Les proprio sont réactif cas de questions. Le seul point négatif sont les lumières extérieurs qui ne fonctionné pas en soirée.

Allez y les yeux fermés ; Nathalie et Frédéric sont des propriétaires discrets adorables. La maison proposent tous les services et accessoires (de qualité). Tolle Wohnung

Tolle, saubere, moderne Wohnung. Sehr schöner Aussenbereich. Vermieter sehr nett und bemüht. Einziger Nachteil ist die Lage. Einerseits sehr angenehme Ruhe, anderseits geht eben nichts ohne Auto... und das bei diesen Strassenverhältnissen. (Enge, steile Wege... nichts für schwache Nerven). Insgesamt jedoch empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Excellent property

We had an amazing time. Our 3 children loved the pool which was a really good size. The house was very clean and modern. The beds were extremely comfortable which I loved, and the shutters made the property pitch black. The air conditioning worked really well and the kitchen had everything you could want. The only slight negative (and this is a very small negative) I would have liked an English Channel on the tv. However, second week in we worked out we could get our phone up on the tv and watch our amazon video. The short hill up to the house was crazy and we had to always turn around before approaching it from the correct angle. The owner made us feel very welcome, even if we did have a communication problem, I’m sorry my French is so bad. We would definitely love to visit again, maybe for 3 weeks next time. Thanks

Erholsames Rufugium

Eine sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung in der Nähe von Nizza. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich. Man sollte sich die Lage des Hauses genau auf Google Map ansehen, damit man es auch findet. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Auch wenn sie selbst über dem Apartment wohnen, stören sie gar nicht. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, eine Flasche Wein und Kaffee gab es zum Empfang. Auf Wunsch kann man auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher bestellen. Diese wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt. Der Pool ist in einem top Zustand. Zusammenfassend ein erholsames Refugium!

Traumvolles Haus mit super Pool und Außenanlage

Wir ( 3 Paare) haben Ende September eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Im folgenden möchte ich gerne positiven und negativen Punkte des Besuchs auflisten. Pro: - Wohnung und Außenanlage in sehr sauberem und gepflegtem Zustand - Vermieter umgänglich, hilfsbereit und freundlich - Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr gut ( viele Küchengeräte, jeder Raum mit eigener Klimaanlage, 3x TV, Rollläden elektrisch, kleine Außenküchen mit Grill und Kühlschrank) - Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten mehr als ausreichend vorhanden (sehr gemütlich) Contra: - Anfahrt für Unterkunft nichts für schwache Nerven (eng, sehr steil und unübersichtlich) Tipp - kleines Auto von Vorteil - Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern beschränkt sich auf Französisch. Englischkenntnisse kaum vorhanden. - Poolbereich und Teile der Terasse sind mit Holzbrettern verkleidet. Barfuß erhöhte Spreißelgefahr. Schuhe empfohlen. - Jahreszeitbedingt gab es sehr viele Stechmücken. Abschließend können wir sagen, dass der Urlaub sehr schön und erhohlsam war. Die positiven Punkte haben definitiv überwogen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Superb apartment, relaxing stay

This is an extremely well equipped property, open and spacious with a very modern style. A spectacular terrace with pool, barbecue and pétanque court that adds to a very relaxing stay in a high quality property. It’s in a quiet location, high in the hills with a great view and captured by the sun all day. It’s a little tricky to reach as you have to negotiate narrow roads, quite tight hairpins and ultimately drive up a very short but steep incline to the property itself. The owner is helpful, made sure we understood everything on our arrival and available if we needed anything. 120 euros for cleaning felt a little high compared to other properties we’ve stayed in over the years, but it was spotless and much appreciated.

Begin augustus 2018 verbleven in de woning met 6 personen. Zeer naar tevredenheid.

De woning was heel schoon en groot genoeg en meer dan goed uitgerust wat betreft, keuken,badkamers,wc's,wasmachine. Airco in het hele huis was heel aangenaam met name in de slaapkamers. In het zwembad was het tevens goed vertoeven. Het was er aangenaam stil en van de eigenaar die boven woont had men totaal geen "last" , was vooral handig als men iets te vragen had. Al bij al een heel aangenaam en ontspannen verblijf. De woning is enig zins moeilijk bereikbaar door een hele steile helling vlak voor het huis. K.S.

Traumhaft!

Wunderschöne Wohnung, sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet (Smart-TV, Induktions-Kochfeld, SMEG Kühlschrank in der Außenküche...). Es fehlt an nichts. Der Außenbereich ist einfach nur toll und der Pool ist ein Traum. Es geht ziemlich weit rauf auf den Berg. Dafür wird man mit herrlicher Ruhe, frischer Luft und einem tollen Ausblick belohnt. Ein krasser Gegensatz zum lebhaften Nizza. Die Vermieter sind super nett, hilfsbereit und doch zurückhaltend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

La location et les propriétaires au top.

Après un deuxième séjour chez Fred et Nathalie nous sommes toujours épatés de leur gentillesse et disponibilité pour satisfaire les locataires. La location est vraiment super et au moindre petit souci la réaction est immédiate pour arranger les choses. La surprise de cette année était la construction d’une cuisine extérieure, barbecue en dur avec plan de travail, évier et frigo. Un grand merci à Fred et Nathalie. Si c’est possible nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellent and spacious apartment

The appartment is very modern and clean and equipped with all necessary items (dish washer, coffee machine, laundry machine, lots of dishes). It has a big terrasse of > 300 square meters with a beautiful view on the valley of St. André and Nice. The landlord who lives upstairs was very polite and helpful when we had questions. Charcoal for Barbequeu, a bottle of vine and mineral water were available upon arrival.

The most Amazing Apartment and perfect Hosts

This Apartment is stunning in every respect, the finish is superb, with everything you could possibly want or need fully provided. The air conditioning is individual to every room, the remote control shutters all close at a touch of a button, and the pool is immaculately clean and a great size for a family. The kitchen has....well everything, and we used the outside gas bbq every night. The amount of outside furniture is just incredible and the children made full use of the games area. Our hosts were perfect, helpful, informative and friendly without imposing at all. Emanuelle who was the booking contact was very efficient, responding to emails promptly and in perfect English! This is all topped off by stunning views and tranquil surroundings...absolutely outstanding in every way. Thankyou for everything.

Séjour agréable et reposant

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles mais à aucun moment envahissant ou imposant. La maison est très bien équipée avec tout le confort nécessaire voire plus. La bouteille de rosé à notre arrivée a été appréciée avec beaucoup de plaisir. Le terrain de pétanque et le baby foot ont été largement utilisés. Je recommande cette adresse située sur les hauteurs de Nice au calme dans la pinède à l'abri des regards des voisins.

Super Unterkunft, alles sauber und ordentlich , freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber

Die auffahrt zur Unterkunft sollte nicht mit einem tiefergelegtem Fahrzeug angefahren werden... Sonst alles top. Lage: Ca. 15 Minuten weg vom Zentrum Nizza. Ca. 10 Minuten weg von bäckereien und Kaufhäuser. Sehr schönes neues Haus mit super küche für 6 personen. Kleinere Utensilien wie brotmesser und schneidebretter könnten aufgerüstet werden. Kaffeemaschine filter und pad vorhanden, aber in kleiner Ausführung (Filtermaschine zu klein für 6 personen ) 3 Toiletten und 2 Badezimmer vorhanden und sauber. Alles in allem ein super Haus. Gerne wieder (3 Paare zw. 22 und 30 jahre)

Mooie ruime woning stukje buiten Nice

Het verblijf hier is ons uitstekend bevallen. Het huis is voorzien van allerlei gemakken zoals airco, elektrische rolluiken en poort van het erf. Het sanitair is mooi en de keuken is royaal ingericht. Buiten bij het fijne zwembad is het goed toeven door het lounge terras en de ligstoelen. Van de boven wonende eigenaar geen hinder gehad. Eigenlijk alleen maar voordeel toen de stroom even uitviel. Zo verholpen. Toppie!!

Un endroit à découvrir sans hésiter !

À seulement 20 mn de Nice, nous avons passé un séjour au top ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et à l'écoute de vos moindres désirs, mais à la fois très discrets. Tout est très propre et bien pensé pour un réel confort. La piscine et sa terrasse sont juste idéale pour passer des journées à se prélasser au soleil et le terrain de pétanque ainsi que le baby-foot sont parfaits pour s'amuser en famille. L'endroit nous offre une vue magnifique où on peut admirer de superbes couchès de soleil autour d'un bon apéro. Bref nous avons hâte de retourner le plus vite possible dans cet endroit parfait pour se ressourcer et se créer des souvenirs inoubliables. Merci pour ces moments précieux !!

Parfait !!!

Un grand merci à vous, Fred et Nathalie pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre gentillesse. Le rosé bien frais nous attendait au frigo. Nous avons passé des vacances super dans un endroit de rêve. Tout était parfait. Une location propre et tout à fait équipée. Une literie au top et très confortable. Des aménagements extérieurs accueillants et fleuris. Piscine, piste de pétanque, baby foot, tout pour nous détendre. Des propriétaires à l’écoute de nos demandes et de très bons conseils pour visiter la région. Une vue superbe sur les montagnes. Nous avons fait de très belles promenades aux alentours de la location. Nice est à peine à 25min en voiture. Nous reviendrons certainement si nous le pouvons. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location aux personnes désireuses, comme nous, de passer des vacances de rêve.
