Ideally located in the heart of the Arcs 1600 resort, pleasant 36m2 studio for 5 people in the Cascade residence, offering a ski-in ski-out service and direct access to the shops and restaurants of Place du Soleil.
It consists of a sleeping area with 3 single beds (80x190) including 2 in height for children 6 years and +, a living room with sofa bed 2 places, combi TV / DVD, south facing balcony, a modern fully equipped kitchen (oven combined microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine), a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
New in winter 2017/2018: the apartment has obtained a 3 Cristaux Paradiski classification from the Tourist Office of Les Arcs, and since February 2019 internet access (free building WIFI).
The residence offers a unique situation with a direct departure / return to the Cachette chairlift, and the studio comes with a ski locker. The shops and restaurants in the heart of the resort are located 2 minutes from the residence (mini-market, charcuterie / cheese dairy, bakery, equipment rental).
To note :
The weekend cleaning service is included in the rental price.
Possibility of covered parking space (+70 euros / week). Limited height 2m
Non smoking apartment, pets not allowed.
Possibility to rent bed linen / towels in the resort.
2% reduction on packages with the Nirvanalps tenant card.
