Sundance Film Festival is in January each year, Deer Valley Music Festivals, Alpine Slide at PCMR, Founders Title Folk & Bluegrass Festival, Novell Utah Showdown Golf Tournament, Park City Jazz Festival, Steepest in the world Zipline, Bobsled, and other activities such as Snowshoeing and Sleigh Rides.

The property is minutes away from Park City ski resort at Canyons Village, Redstone shopping center and Tanger Outlets. There is a walkway tunnel across the street to walk to Redstone in 15 minutes. Redstone has plenty of restaurants, a movie theatre, high style bowling and dancing, outdoor concerts and entertainment, medical facility, grocery stores, shopping and supplies.

Wonderful Park City Lodging
Just got back from our 8th annual Father Sons Ski Trip and had an amazing time! It’s so nice to have a very nice place to stay. This Bear Hollow condo is immaculately maintained, great layout, very nice furniture, and exceptional communication from the owner. We’ll definitely be looking back at availability for next years trip, thank you!

Great Place
The property is very large and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware and appliances. Good location close to the Canyon lifts at Park City. We drove and parked in the free lot with a convenient people mover (Cabriolet lift) right to the gondolas, but I saw other skier in the complex had called for rides, so transportation to the slopes is available from your door if you choose. Sheri was terrific every step of the way.

Fabulous base for Park City ski vacation
Spacious, clean garage, made it easy for us to make our daily trek to the Canyons parking lot for skiing (< 5 minutes). A quick drive up to the center of Park City for restaurants, etc. But, the Redstone shopping center down the street (< 5 mins) had everything we needed from Smiths super market, to Martys Ski Shop, to many nice restaurants (we ate at Sushi Blue and ordered from Sammys Bistro Express). The Olympic Park is also less than 5 minutes down the road as is I-80 -- we had to go to the airport a few times -- about 30 minutes.

I’ve been to Bear Hollow many times with ski group and this did not disappoint. 4 men with all comfortable separate rooms. Nice kitchen and dining for us to cook. Great access to I 80 and canyons.

Unit is very convenient to skiing as well as restaurants, grocery store, etc. Property is exactly as advertised with all the necessary equipment. Two car garage is a great benefit - owner is very easy to communicate with and prompt with responses.

Spacious and welcoming
The 3 levels and 4 bedrooms worked great for our 4 guy ski group. Two known snoring guys did not disturb anyone. The property is nicely decorated, the kitchen & appliances were nice and crock pot handy. The living / family room comfortable & the gas fireplace soothing after skiing. The location is great, only a few minutes to Park City.

The property is exactly as listed - everything is very clean and in great shape with lots of room to spread out. We found Sheri extremely responsive and easy to work with. Very happy with the property and would recommend it - would be very happy to stay here again on the next trip!

Our family has been coming to Park City Since 2003. We enjoy the outdoors in Park City Year around. We love the Utah snow and we enjoy hiking the Wasatch and Uinta Mountains in summer time . We bought this property in 2017 as our children are growing up and we needed a bigger place.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it is an end unit Town home at the end of Bear Hollow close to the trails, shopping, eating and yet is private and secluded. The living room also gets a lot of light. We like that all the living area is on one level.

What makes this property unique

The den on the second floor allows to watch TV or chat. The club house (Gym, Pool, Jacuzzi) is a few minutes walking distance from our place.
