The condo has a lake view and you can sip a hot cup of coffee as you gaze out at your EXPANSIVE lake and MATURE landscaped view. New top of the line washer and dryer inside the unit! There is a FREE COMMUNITY POOL, in addition Olympic-sized pool is also available to renters for a fee. The non-mandatory single membership fee of $25 per day, including tennis and social ( fitness center, Olympic-sized pool, steam room and sauna). Single, family tennis and social or just social membership options are available to customize your package.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and a private walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin sized beds.
We proudly provide a fully furnished abode, with bed linens & towels, small kitchen appliances and household items (plates, glasses, utensils, etc.), washer & dryer. In addition, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and bicycle. Of course, the home comes a TV as well as cable, free wi-fi, etc.

To keep the community safe, association requires application approval for every person over age 18. The Application Fee is $150 per couple/family. The application should be submitted at least 20 days in advance to allow for the processing. The background check is run by the guest himself/herself and should be submitted to the homeowners association.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
The association application fee is $150 per booking and should be paid in advance directly.
