This studio has an attached studio that is also available for rent, or the two studios can be booked together.

Get what you pay for

We left a day early. Mildew in bathroom, missing blinds so the bar / restaurant looks directly into your room so you don’t feel private. Walls are paper, thin Vacasa or the owner should be ashamed of themselves. Just buy new blinds… isn’t that hard to keep up the room. Oh and to top it off … The bed and pillows are terrible.

Wouldn’t book again

We booked last minute but would have expected a bit more for this type of money. Mold in the bathroom, a cheap hairdryer on the wall, no glasses for water or coffee, coffee maker in closet, dirty, quilt on bed versus duvet and non disclosed shared balcony (connects to next door; limited privacy). Overall needs a lot of updates and improvements. Location to the mountain and lifts is the only nice thing about this place.

Worst Place Ever

Room was not as advertised. Ad showed balcony with no instructions to click on photo to learn more. Ad said it was a great place for families, but room was barely big enough for two. Blinds were broken so we had to hang a blanket up to block early morning sun.. The bathroom had mold, wall board soaked and broken around tub. Carpet was stained and dirty. Screen on sliding glass door to porch was broken. Mold around door to porch. Walls were paper thin and you could hear every word in neighboring rooms. Four young men on one side the first 3 nights up late partying. The ad promised “quiet time” under “house rules” from 10 pm to 8 am. When I called at 10:30 pm to ask for the manager to come up and ask young men to be quiet, I was told that there was no manager on site and I should call the police. I explained that the 10 pm quiet time was a “ house rule” not a local ordinance and that the police had no authority to enforce “house rule” the response was that the only option was to call the police. They kept us up until 2:00 Fire alarm went off at 5:30 am Sunday morning. Avian no on site management operator refused to give me name or number of local manager. By the way, Vacasa has a real estate office on Main Street in Park City. We were told that we should call the fire department. Fire department finally came and cleared the alarm after about 30 minutes while we waited in the unheated lobby. Even though the elevator was supposed to shut down when the fire alarm is tripped, it was still running throughout the alarm. A safety hazard. When I called and tried to.see if we could get a different room and pay the difference, a man named “Tom” called, from a “ calling number blocked” phone. He declined to give his last name. He said that he would pass on the request, but that he had no authority to do anything to help but that some one else would call with options I never received a call. There was no maid or housekeeping service. Elevator was barely big enough for two people with ski equipment. Thank goodness the room was a short walk to the ski slopes. That was the only good thing about this room We have always had good experiences with VRBO. This was the first experience we had with Vacasa. They are a typical real estate management company. They get you money up front and deliver zero service. The rental agreement was completely one-sided and made any legal action to enforce the agreement very difficult. Suit had to be filed in Salem, Oregon

Location great!

Great location. Walk right to Payday lift. Hot tubs (indoor) are more like hot baths, the jets were barely moving the water. Be aware: there is a coffee pot but no filters, coffee, or even coffee cups. Only 2 glass cups were provided. Microwave and small fridge. Good for a short stay.

PC Studio

Difficult to find. Difficult access. No cups or drinking glasses. No Kleenex, no spoons, knives, or plates. Coffee maker did not work. Was replaced finally but no filters. Can hear everything the neighbors say plus their television. Neighbors in and out up until 1:00 am. Loud Partying. Wandered around after being left off by Uber across the street. No one knew where the entrance was. Called VRBO twice and each time given the wrong number. Finally found someone one the second day that got us a few of the above mentioned amenities.price quoted deceiving. The “extras” we’re an additional 50 percent above quoted price. Will not recommend or stay here again.
