About this property

Our cozy beach style eighth floor unit is newly updated and features plank tile flooring, granite countertops, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bedroom includes a king bed, spacious closet with mirrored doors, and 43” LED flat panel TV. The living room offers a fantastic window view of the Gulf, 50” LED flat panel TV with soundbar, a Blu-Ray player, and a queen sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa includes a unique “everyday sleeper” design to maximize comfort without springs! This unique design is arguably the best sleeper sofa system available. A stackable laundry center is also available for your convenience.

This Gulf Shores condo is located next door to the Sea-n-Suds beachfront restaurant, and is within walking distance of The Hangout, Gulf State Pier, souvenir shops, entertainment, and additional restaurants. Numerous Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions are just minutes away, including Lulu’s, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf, Tanger Outlet Mall, and the new OWA Amusement & Entertainment complex. Several area golf courses are nearby, as well as various dolphin cruises, parasailing, and other water adventures. The Adventure Center at The Wharf features ziplines, kayaks, canoes and paddle boards.

Complex amenities include free WiFi, some covered parking, gift shop, spacious pool (seasonally heated), and a huge sun deck with lounge chairs and tables. Chair and umbrella rentals are seasonally available from and an attendant on the beach. All Boardwalk condos are smoke free, and no pets are allowed.

Property was amazing and the host was even better. Very accommodating to any of our request. Can't wait to go back. Oh and the view and location are amazing, close enough to walk to many restaurants but far enough away from the really busy areas

We enjoyed our stay. Everything you need for a vacation! We even got to check-in early, since we were driving and was in Gulf Shores before check-in. The host responded quickly with our questions. Will stay here again.

Gulf Shores vacation

Great place to stay. Condo was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. View of the beach was very nice and location was nice also. Close to many restaurants and things to do. We plan on staying there again next year.

Absolutely no issues. Beautiful ocean view. Room was spotless. Great communication with the owner. After driving 11 hours we go to gulf shores earlier than anticipated Howard allowed us to check in early. We would 100% stay here again. 10/10 recommend.

884 Boardwalk is a great spot.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Our Wi-Fi and tv situation was not great. The bed was uncomfortable. If we could suggest anything to future customers look forward to eating exclusively at the condo food prices are outrageous for the quality of food you get around the gulf shores area. Went into Foley for Lamberts which was the best food we had all week.

Great condo in a central location

We love staying at Boardwalk it's in a great central location from all of the eateries and fun things to do. The condo has a gorgeous view of the water, and I loved sitting out there listening to the waves roll in. The condo was clean and well taken care of and was our home away from home for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back!

Very nice!

# 1- The elevators are FAST!! This is a huge deal for us and info that is not alway easy to find. We never waited long if at all and this was a holiday weekend. The condo was exactly as described. Nice paper towels and multiple rolls of TP (usually not included). Room is right off of the elevator. We were worried about noise as the bedroom is on the outside wall but we never heard anything. Our only complaint is that the air doesn’t go below 68 degrees. We were ok at 70-72 during the day but we like to sleep at about 66ish. It did get a little warm for our liking at night. We also got lucky and were able to check in early since it was not rented the night before. Communication for this was fast and easy through text. We worried about parking with Sea-n-Suds being next door. There was 24/7 security and they were on point checking for parking passes and guiding SNS traffic. We never had to park across the street. We will definitely stay here again!!

Property was as advertised. It was clean and beautiful view of the Gulf. The property was well equipped with the exception of silverware and could stand a new set of sheets as the current ones so not stay in place. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for a couple’s getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick anniversary trip and we loved it! It had all the amenities you would need for a couple. The condo was clean and nicely updated! Check in process was a breeze. My only complaint was the master furniture is a tad large for the small room. We did fall victim to hitting those bed corners a few times, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommend!

We vacationed in Gulf Shores for several years prior to purchasing our first beach front vacation rental condo at Boardwalk in 2012, and we instantly fell in love with this Alabama Gulf Coast paradise. We purchased a second unit at Boardwalk in 2018. We currently live in the Nashville, Tennessee area and plan to retire in Gulf Shores.
We think you’ll love the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach area as much as we do.
