Studio facing south next to the beach, marinas with breathtaking views

Hello sir madam,
Located on the Catalan coast, and more precisely in Port Barcarès, the apartment is located a stone's throw from the beach and the two pleasure pools where you can contemplate sumptuous boats, but also many ships of all kinds moored along the docks.
When you take a few more strides, you will discover a traditional fishing village in front of which professionals unload from their trawlers fish that have been freshly caught so that they can be sold at auction between 8:45 am and 12:45 pm each morning.
This small village has become over time a place of traditional festivals, exhibitions, dedications by Catalan authors and Catalan culture
Along these typical ports and under a bright sun shines the blue of the limpid Mediterranean sea where you can swim, but also rest in peace.
The neighboring lakes and the nautical base (are very close.
The accommodation, for its part, is part of a small residence which has only one floor which is a guarantee of tranquility even if it is placed above commercial premises.
The studio has an adjoining terrace which is abundantly sunny as it faces due south.
Rest assured, because you can protect yourself from the sun's rays by unfolding, with the help of the crank, the awning that will cover the entire balcony.
The vision of the terrace is magnificent (180 °), because it allows you to have a view of the sea, the marinas, the Corbières massif and slightly on the Pyrenees mountain range.
The accommodation, meanwhile, is very bright and is equipped with electric shutters.
It consists of a main room in which there is a quality new quick-opening convertible sofa, a TV and a silent fan.
There is also installed a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, cookware, dishes, cutlery as well as other utensils.
In the corridor that leads to the bathroom (see photo) is a large storage unit with shelves.
The beach is a hundred meters from the house and you can get there without crossing any road, because there is direct access to the sea through the beautiful patio in which racks are installed on the ground and mural for storing bikes (see photo of the open-air interior courtyard).
A private, numbered parking space is available exclusively to the person renting the studio.
You will notice when you look at the last photo, that the studio configuration has changed and it will be further improved.
Indeed, we have changed the French window by a sliding window with three leaves which enlarges the living space.
We also installed a new rapido convertible sofa.
The name Rapido is a registered name which has become a generic term to designate convertible sofas with easy and quick opening.
A convertible sofa is a real sofa with armrests, seat cushions, back cushions and a crate.
A convertible sofa is also a comfort sofa that can be folded out quickly and easily without effort to convert it into a bed.
The main room is then transformed into a bedroom with a classic bed!
Do not mix up! Convertible sofa and Convertible bench.
In a convertible sofa, the seat is independent of the mattress.
In a convertible seat (type BZ or Convertible Click-clack), the seat consists of the folded mattress.
