Boating Paradise: For those who appreciate the call of the open water, Bayview 19 is a haven. Both Boat Trailer Parking and Boat Slips are on a 1st come 1st serve basis. If there is NOT available trailer parking guests are responsible to find off-site parking. Additionally, an outstanding pier offers not only excellent fishing opportunities but also a serene spot for basking in the warm Southern Alabama sun. To cool off, the complex features a sparkling pool where you can relax with your family and create lasting memories.
Beach Proximity: While Wolf Bay is the immediate body of water you'll have at your doorstep, the famous white sandy beaches of Alabama are just a quick five-minute drive away. Explore the pristine coastline that the region is renowned for.
Convenient Entertainment: The surrounding area offers a wealth of food and entertainment options. The Wharf, a popular entertainment complex, is less than a three-mile drive, and the new OWA amusement park and shops are within a 10-mile radius. Across the street, you'll find a variety of restaurants, including Another Broken Egg Café, Doc's Seafood, O'Choppers Irish Pub, Lunas, and Cosmo's. Gulf Coast Paddle Company, also across the street, provides opportunities to rent kayaks and paddleboards for more aquatic adventures.
Interior Comfort:
Inside this beautiful unit, you'll discover two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a full private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and both bedrooms are equipped with cable TV for when you want to relax indoors. In the living room, you'll find a queen-sized sleeper sofa, perfect for accommodating extra guests. Step out onto the balcony from the living room, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink while soaking in the stunning views of the bay.
Winter Season Reservations: Please be aware that reservations made before October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a minimum stay of 60 days (two months). Reservations that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made with a minimum stay of either three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

No Elevator: Please note that this property does not have an elevator.
Vehicle Registration Tags are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly. Each reservation allows for a maximum of two vehicles.
Linens are provided, but please remember to bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of essentials, including hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.
Policies:
To rent Bayview 19, guests must be at least 25 years of age or older.
Photo identification is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed on the property.
Dogs are welcome, with a non-refundable pet fee of $225 per pet required. A maximum of two dogs is allowed.
