House fully equipped, bright, 2 minutes walk from the beach, located in the seaside resort of Morgat, near the marina (winner of the Blue Flag since 2009), the nautical center, restaurants and shops. You can stay in our location without using your car! It offers a garden and terrace facing south, a place to park your vehicle.

To you the hiking trails (GR 34) in the peninsula and water activities. The family resort of Morgat is rich in entertainment on the docks or the beach, among them the Tuesdays of Morgat in summer (free concerts)
The beach point allows the rental of dinghy, windsurfing, kayaking .... In February 2016 Morgat beach was ranked 14th most beautiful beaches in the world by the British newspaper The Guardian and the first in Britain.

Charmantes Häuschen nah am Strand

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, das Haus ist sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Küche ist wunderbar ausgestattet, alles ist vorhanden, der Tresen ist ein toller Treffpunkt, wenn das Wetter nicht mitspielt. Die Betten sind leider sehr hart, wenn man das nicht gewohnt ist. Eine gemütliche Terrasse mit 2 Liegestühlen lädt bei schönem Wetter ein, Parkmöglichkeiten sind geräumig. Der Kontakt mit Johan war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Vom Haus läuft man keine Minute und ist mittig am Strand von Morgat - wunderschön! Der Ort besticht durch seine Lage mit einer netten Flaniermeile und toller Landschaft. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit in Morgat.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in dem Hause sehr wohlgefühlt, vor allem fanden wir die vielen kleinen Details sehr schön. Die Küche bietet viel Platz und das kochen macht Spaß. Auch sonst ist das Haus sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Betten sind Super und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Der Garten ist Idyllisch man hört die Vögel zwitschern und kann richtig relaxen. Stand viele Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden wiederkommen.😊 Manuela und Falk

Relaxing stay, perfectly located

Ein wunderbares Haus in toller Lage, nahe am Strand und zu den Geschäften. Besonders gut gefällt uns als Familie der offene, helle Lebensraum zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer. Kommunikativ für die Familie und die Kinderzimmer im oberen Bereich des Hauses. Herrlicher Außenbereich für das Glas Wein am Abend….

Gemütliches Haus in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Das Haus hat die perfekte Lage in einer ruhigen Straße, aber in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, mitten im Ort, so dass Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés bequem zu Fuß erreicht werden können. Ein großer Garten mit Apfelbäumen schließt sich an das Haus an. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über eine große und gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, die stets hilfsbereit waren, war immer freundlich und prompt. Wir können das Haus von Sophie und Johann sehr empfehlen.

Charmantes Häuschen in traumhafter Umgebung

200m zum Meer, kleines Städtchen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück, Garten verwachsen und uneinsehbar. Haus hat Charme und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Leider nachts oft laut (Bar nicht weit entfernt).

Perfektes Haus in perfekter Umgebung

Die ganze Familie hat sich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist besonders liebevoll mit vielen Einzelheiten und Dekoelementen eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer sind hübsch und haben bequeme Betten. In den Kinderzimmern befinden sich viele kleine Überraschungen zum Entdecken. Terasse und Garten sind herrlich zum Entspannen. Der nahe Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bootsvermietungen etc. finden sich fußläufig. Das Haus ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche wundervolle Ausflugsziele auf Crozon. Die Konversation mit der Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause . Die Einrichtung ist so geschmackvoll und passend zu diesem kleinen Fischerhaus. Es ist alles vorhanden inkl. schönem Garten. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Séjour de charme

Petite maison charmante et joliment décorée, idéalement placée. La propreté est impeccable et tout le nécessaire est à votre disposition. Nul besoin de voiture, vous pourrez découvrir la somptueuse presqu'île de Crozon à pieds ou à vélo.

Tout est parfait

La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée et joliment décorée. Elle est très propre. On s'y sent tout de suite comme chez-soi. En hiver nous n'avons pas pu profiter du jardin et de la terrasse mais il est grand et bien entretenu. La maison est très bien située, proche de la plage et de toutes les commodités à pieds. On peut facilement rayonner sur la presqu'île de Crozon. Nous n'avons pas vu les propriétaires mais le contact est bon et tout est facile. Bref, une maison à recommander et où nous retournerons avec plaisir.

Lovely house near to the beach

We - a family of 5 - spent two weeks in this lovely house near to the beach. Communication with Sohpie and Johann was excellent. Don't miss to go to Plage de La Palue (for long walks) and Page La Goulien (with body boards). There are even two great climbing spots: Pen Hir and Argol.

Un séjour inoubliable

On aimerait garder pour soi cette maison de vacances tant elle est top !! Idéalement située, à 2 pas de la plage et des commerces tout en étant très au calme. Une décoration soignée, moderne et agréable à vivre. Pleins d'activités toute proches ( balades, voile, plage, shopping, Oceanopolis ).
