Our condo is perfectly situated on the 23rd floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and
beautiful ocean! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the
floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit with over 1,950 sq ft. The unit is very spacious and newly
furnished. We also manage the 3br and 4 br units next door should you need more space.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size
stainless steel appliances, tiled kitchen kick plate, wet bar with wine cooler, 65” wall-mounted
flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55” HDTV in the master as well as a 50” and
42” HDTV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. All kitchen
appliances including upgraded granite counter tops and custom cabinetry. There are two
master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd BR has two queen beds. There is also a sleeper
sofa in the living room should you need more beds.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated indoor
swimming pool, two Jacuzzi’s state-of-the-art fitness center, four saunas and a roof-top tennis
court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no
refund for violation



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and
luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer. Please email

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Fall Break

Great looking place. We had a good time. The only complaint I would say is that the floors had been swept when we arrived. No sand. However, they were filthy. I would say they haven’t been mopped in weeks. Walking barefoot was not an option unless you wanted black feet. Thank you for having us.

Great vacation

Started out rough with a fishy small in fridge/freezer and front of condo and broken garbage disposal, but had a great week. Beds and pillows are serviceable at best. As with just about all rentals unit is lacking large pans to accommodate large groups. Elevators or lack thereof weren’t as bad as I expected. Lazy River, pool, and water slide were great. Great beach. Owners were super responsive. Emailed about the garbage disposal and it was changed out before lunch while we were at pool. Definitely would stay here again

We practically lived on the balcony, soaking in the sights and sounds of the Gulf.But let's get to the good stuff - the lazy river and water slide. It's like having a water park right at your doorstep! We spent hours floating around lazily or racing down the slide like kids again. It was a blast.The resort itself is top-notch. There's a gym, a spa—you name it. Plus, the beach is right there, so we could easily switch between poolside lounging and sandy toes.Booking was a breeze, and the property managers were super helpful. They made sure everything was smooth sailing from start to finish.Long story short, Phoenix West 2303 is the ultimate beach retreat. Whether you're after relaxation or adventure, you'll find it here. The location was amazing, the building is right on the beach, and the view was to die for! However, the elevators are not capable of handling all of the traffic. We waited up to 30 minutes for an elevator at times! The pools were very nice, however, they are tucked up against the building. We enjoyed spending time at the beach, but you need to go early to find a spot! Also, Wi-Fi service and cell service are non-existent. As for our condo, we were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of the unit overall. After walking bare foot for the first evening in the condo, our feet were disgusting and black from all the dirt. The floor was the worst part, there was sand and hair everywhere. There were cheerios on the floor by the couch (we did not have cheerios), and balls of dust and hair were gathered under furniture. The bathrooms showed visible mold including mold on the lights, shower curtains and tile in the master bathroom shower. The walk-up wet bar was also not cleaned. The shot glasses and shelves were sticky and dusty. The oven and kitchen appliances looked as though they had not been cleaned in several months. The furniture in the living room was worn and in need of repair including the rug on the floor with torn threads that could create a hazard for someone to trip and fall. Other items in the unit in need of maintenance included one bar stool that was falling apart and had to be set to the side so our children didn’t fall, the door stop at the main entrance was broken to the point where it would not stay up to allow the door to close so we had to tape it to the door for it to close. Additionally, the balcony was clearly not cleaned as there were food particles on the rug when we arrived. The balcony furniture was also rusting and many of the chairs had legs that were rusted through. For as much as we paid, I expected better conditions. Location was the only thing this unit had going for it.

Beautiful condo, great amenities!

The location was great- lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. The parking deck goes up to the 8th floor, which is nice. There was always one of 4 elevators not working, sadly, so elevator trips could be lengthy. I highly recommend bringing your own tube for the lazy River as they don't provide many down at the pool. The condo had everything we needed for the kitchen. The standalone bathroom fan was REALLY loud. Like a jet taking off. The cleanliness was the only bad thing. There were 2 drinks still in the condo when we checked in. One was a water bottle that was behind a closet door and the other was a solo cup filled with something on the patio. You could tell it was a quick cleaning job. We usually bring our own cleaning supplies to wipe down when we get there so that wasn't an issue. We loved having the extra bathroom so more people could get ready for dinner at once. There were plenty of bath towels and extra blankets for the beds if needed. Best burger we have ever had was at Cove Bar & Grill. Doc's wasn't bad. Arcade was great for the kids on a rainy day. HIGHLY recommend going to Lartigue's for freah seafood. They'll even steam everything up right there for you. Overall it was a great trip!

Golf Shores did need t disappoint

The three bedrooms...with two king beds and 2 queen beds...gave us plenty of comfortable sleeping and the 4 bathrooms were a plus. Many loads of wash were done and the pot and Keurig coffee were a great way to start the day. The necessary items are provided...small soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, single washer and dishwasher soap. However, stores are close by and Insta Cart delivers. The outdoor lazy river and water slide were a hit and the WHITE SAND beach was our the favorite place. The indoor pool was a perfect “before bed” swim. The Gulf Shores National Park is close and perfect for a morning stroll or run.
