This lovely 6 bedroom 5.5 bath second row home is located in South Litchfield. This home is conveniently across the street from the beach access and only a short walk to ocean front dining. This lovely home offers a large back yard with a deck, table and chairs and a gas grill (guests provide gas). Amenities include central H/VAC, large living area, den, 10' dining table, fully equipped kitchen, keurig and standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave, butlers kitchen with a beverage/wine fridge, 4 TV's, 2 DVD players, wifi, cable, and an outside shower.

Top Floor: 1 bedroom with a queen and a twin w/ a trundle; 1 bedroom with a queen and a twin; 1 bedroom with a king and a crib

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was fine. The house is spacious and well furnished. The bedrooms were comfy and the kitchen was especially well furnished. The dual dishwashers were a lovely and useful amenity.There is a mold issue in the master bathroom that needs immediate attention. The wall and ceiling are black and the wall is soft. There may be a leak from above. As you know the weather was godawful thanks to tropical storm Debby. We did get to the beach finally on Friday and Saturday. The proximity to the beach is a big plus. Thank goodness for the Olympics on those rainy days!We had a positive experience and a nice stay. I think we will try to rebook this house if we can all agree on a date for next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house fit the needs of our group extremely well. We loved having two separate living spaces, the extra kitchen and butler's kitchen, and ample bathrooms. The rooms were nice and cozy, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was a wonderful bonus, and we didn't mind the walk across the street to the beach at all.We had some concerns over some maintenance issues. The chairs at the game table downstairs were in poor shape. Many of the arms were loose and coming off and had screws sticking out of them. The railing on the upstairs porch overlooking the pool was rickety and had several spots that were rotting. The plastic chairs on that porch were covered with mildew. We felt we could have been better informed about basic items that would or would not be available. This include dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels and dish cloths, paper towels, trash bags, and basic kitchen staples like spices, cooking spray, etc. We didn't mind providing them but would have liked to know in advance so we could bring them instead of having to go buy everything.We would definitely stay here again!

The kids and adults really enjoyed the great pool. The only problem we had was with the garbage company. They only picked up once during the whole week. They never picked up on Saturday. We felt bad leaving full cans for the people coming in the next week. My son in law even took several bags home in his truck. A real problem!

The dishwasher leaked. The rental company responded quickly to all issues but the house is in need of repair.We will rent the property next year but if it continues to deteriorate we will pursue other options in the future.Hopefully this will not be an issue.The property location, size, and amenities work well for us.

Galaga machine not working huge let down! Quint was responsive to solve mildewed shower curtain and drain not working in basement. Front stair failed which was a hazard, you guys will want to see that repaired before the next group but we could deal and no one got hurt. All in all a solid property and Suzanne is a pleasure to work with.

With some cleaning, a good plumber, new and working appliances including replacing the rusted out barbecue this would be a good vacation rental. Tub in basement was clogged upon arrival, oven only worked on bake, lots of flies and mosquitoes. Layout of home and family oriented were highlights. Will likely not rent again unless major renovations/cleaning/updating.

Owners took our week!😫 in Litchfield so got house in debordieu.
Great location and beautiful beach. House needs some updating. Fridge in kitchen too small and Partially froze our vegetables. Shower downstairs drained very slow. I now house has new owner And look forward to his ideas for fixing up the place.

Pawley’s Weekend
We had a great experience renting this home for a long weekend. We were in Pawleys to celebrate a wedding and found the location of the home to be perfect in relation to the events going on and the beach! The pool was an added bonus! The house was extremely organized and clean. The size of the home was perfect for our group, we hosted dinner the first night and found the open kitchen and dining room perfect for entertaining. Having bedrooms and bathrooms on multiple levels was great for privacy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking to host a larger group at the beach. The walk to the beach is just a few steps away and would be perfect for a family with children. A+ rating in our book!
