Perfect for families and friends, Chalet Talon Libre comfortably sleeps up to nine people in four bedrooms.

Relax in a luxurious family cabin at the end of a beautiful day and enjoy the company of family and friends.

Ground floor:
Main entrance; ski / boot room with electric boot warmers and separate entrance; laundry with washing machine and dryer; relaxation area, sauna, jacuzzi and fitness.

First floor:
Open kitchen, dining room and bright living room with stove; access to the terrace; a double room; shower room / WC.

Second floor:
Second living room / mezzanine; Three double rooms; large bathroom with spa bath / WC.

For all bookings we will welcome you the day of your arrival and we will do the tour of the property together. We will then be available throughout your stay to answer questions and offer you the necessary help.

Our prices include the following services:
Exclusive occupancy of the property and facilities: beautiful bed linen, bath towels and slippers; toiletries; Hair dryer in each bathroom; for babies: travel cot and high chairs, if necessary.
Final Cleaning.

During your stay if you do not want to take care of anything, have our Chef at home who will be happy to come cook for you one or more times, at your convenience.

Les Carroz is a tourist resort for winter and summer "Haute-Savoie" in the town of Arâches-la-Frasse. Situated at 1140 m altitude, the resort is an authentic seaside resort in the heart of the Alps. It is located 55 km from Chamonix and 40 km from Geneva on a largely sunny plateau above the Arve valley and part of the Grand Massif (Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns and Sixt Horseshoe). You will also appreciate the many merchants of the village, with authentic Savoyard products and high quality food (bakery, pastry, butchery, etc.). Exceptionnel

Franchement, que dire ? En 10 ans de location a travers la France et l’Europe, nous n’avons jamais eu autant d’attention de la part d’un hôte. C’était parfait ! L’environnement est top, le chalet est une merveille, et l’équipement a de quoi faire pâlir une majorité d’hotel trois étoiles, Jocelyne et son mari sont formidables de gentillesse et d’attentions. Je ne peux que recommander ce gîte d’exception. Merci à vous deux, grâce à vous, notre séjour à la montagne sera mémorable.

Séjour Parfait

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans ce très beau chalet, très bien entretenu et très fourni (rien ne manque, c’est bluffant!). Jocelyne et Bernard ont tout compris au concept de gîte, par leur approche, leur amabilité et leur sens du service, digne des grands hôtels. La vue sur les montages est magnifique, car le chalet se trouve de surcroît sur une route en hauteur. Le centre ville des Carroz étant à 5 minutes en voiture, toutes les (nombreuses) commodités et (joyeux) loisirs de ce joli village sont accessibles. Bref, une excellente prestation dans une très belle région qui mérite de s’y attarder pour pendre le rythme de la montagne. Merci et à bientôt peut-être!

Fabulous time at Les Carroz d'Araches

For a family or group this chalet is a great option. Lot's of room, very good condition, very well managed by the property manager and an awesome location relative to the mountains. The property manager thought through every detail to make our stay very enjoyable including breakfast on our first morning, all supplies required, recommendations for restaurants in the area and fast response to any questions we had. Our family of 8 had a very good experience and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Séjour Parfait

Nous étions 8, 4 adultes et 4 ados. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le chalet est très bien placé, il y a une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Il est très bien conçu, très chaleureux. Il ne manque rien, que ce soit dans la cuisine, salles de bain et l'espace détente. Tout est neuf, propre. Le jacuzzi et le sauna sont un vrai plus, Le babyfoot également. Le linge de maison est propre, sent le frais. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Tout ce qui est écrit dans le descriptif est vrai et encore mieux dans la réalité. Et que dire des propriétaires, tellement ils sont charmants, aux petits soins pour nous les locataires mais également pour notre chienne!. Rien que dans les échanges par mail, on voit que la propriétaire Jocelyne est prévenante. Elle a répondu à toutes nos interrogations. Ils font tout pour que l'on se sente comme chez nous et c'est réussi. Cadeaux de bienvenue pour les enfants. Des boissons à l'arrivée, le repas du soir. Une vraie location où nous pourrons retourner avec grand plaisir. Le seul bémol est que fin mai, début juin, on n'est pas en saison, et de ce fait il n'y a pas beaucoup d'animation. Mais qu'importe, pour se balader et se reposer c'est la location idéale, tellement elle est confortable. Et je dois en oublier tellement c'était parfait. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. A louer les yeux fermés. Merci à Jocelyne de toutes ces attentions à notre égard. Et peut-être à bientôt.

Great short off season stay

This is a comfortable, spacious and very well equipped house. Even if we were only two, four or even six adults can easily be accommodated. An infrared sauna and a hot tub/jacuzzi in the basement was perfect after a long day out. The location is very good, easy access and with neighboring houses sufficiently far away for not disturbing. The host provided a lot of nice extras for our arrival, including a fondue and wine. Very nice! Hoping to come back.

Excellent séjour

Très bon accueil, pleins d'attentions de la part des propriétaires. Un magnifique chalet à l'ambiance chaleureuse, vue magnifique sur les montagnes, très bien équipé, tout est prévu pour le confort des locataires dans les moindres détails (bouteilles d'eau à disposition dans le sauna, serviettes, produits de toilettes, chaussons...) matériels de ski à disposition (raquettes, skis, sèches chaussures...) Le sauna et le jacuzzi sont particulièrement appréciable après une journée de ski, et la pièce de vie très conviviale. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille à 8 adultes et un bébé et rêvons déjà d'y retourner ! Marie Claire mars 2019

tres bonne

le chalet est très chaleureux. Les propriétaires sont charmants et mettent à disposition de leurs locataires leur matériel (raquettes, luges, skis, chaussures). Les salles de bains sont largement équipées de produits et de serviettes. nous avons été accueilli avec une fondue. Tout cela dénote la générosité des hôtes. Le chalet, légèrement à l’extérieur du bourg est desservi par des navettes gratuites. La station offre un très beau domaine skiable. Vous avez donc compris que nous avons passé un très bon séjour!

Très bien

Chalet très agréable et très bien équipé. Outre les équipements de confort (sauna etc) la présence de luxes, de skis, raquettes etc est très pratique. Les prestations sont haut de gamme. Il faut juste prendre garde à la gestion du chauffage, nous avons eu un peu chaud la nuit d'autant que la literie est particulièrement "cosy". Seul regret : ne pas avoir plus profité du chalet !

Tout était parfait!

Jocelyne et Bernard sont super accueillants, attentionnés, chaleureux et leur chalet est un petit bijou à leur image. Tout est fait pour que vous vous y sentiez bien, plein de belles attentions. Tout est cosy, propre, pratique, et de qualité. Nous y avons séjourné en famille à sept adultes (le plus jeune de nos fils a 19ans) pour la deuxième année consécutive (l'année passée nous y étions 9), et j'arrête de dire du bien sinon tout le monde va vouloir y aller, et il n'y aura plus de place pour nous...

Merveilleux

Un chalet familial génial ( propre , entretenu...) avec des services au TOP pour les petits et les grands ! Besoin de rien d'autres que ses tenues de ski ou de ballade dans la neige , le reste est pensé par les propriétaires très sympathiques qui mettent tout en oeuvre pour que leurs locataires passent un séjour extra ! Le village avec tous ses commerces est très agréable et rapidement accessible en voiture mais également pour les sportifs courageux ! ( nous sommes descendus à pied en 20 minutes ) Après plusieurs locations de différents chalets , nous le recommandons vivement ! Personnellement nous aimerions renouveller le talon libre en été également !

Beau chalet confort très bien équipé par des hôtes aux petits soins pour nous

Chalet très bien conçu, avec un équipement exceptionnel de la machine à hot dog, des équipements de repas de montagne à base de fromage, … au sauna et au jacuzzi. Les lits sont de qualité et le linge de même. Les hôtes sont très attentionnés, ils ont prévu du papier toilette, des produits d'hygiène, du produit lave-vaisselle, des épices … et la fondue du premier soir. La cuisine comprend tout le nécessaire, même pour un vrai cuisinier. Le confort est bien là, et on se sent comme chez soi. Il a neigé pendant notre séjour. et bien il y a une petite machine, style grosse tondeuse, pour déneiger. Nous avions un bébé de 10 mois, le lit était prêt, la chaise haute de belle qualité également, ainsi qu'une baignoire pour bébé. Nous avions deux chiens bien éduqués avec nous. Et bien, Jocelyne avait prévu deux couchages, et des gamelles pour eux. Ils ont vite pris leur place. Nous recommandons ce chalet sans aucune hésitation.

Tout parfait! bien au dessus de nos attentes

A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par Jocelyne qui nous a montré le chalet et nous a donné beaucoup d'informations, brochures et conseils sur les activités dans la région. Le chalet est équipé de tout le confort et il nous a fallu un moment pour nous sentir chez nous. Nous avons trouvé le chalet très propre et accueillant. En outre, il y a de nombreux jeux de société, une belle terrasse, une salle de sport, un jacuzzi et de nombreuses activités, pour les jours de pluie ou lorsque nous voulons simplement nous détendre à la maison. L'emplacement est parfait, il existe de nombreuses alternatives pour les randonnées, pour les visites, pour découvrir les montagnes environnantes. Tout simplement parfait! Nous prévoyons de revenir très bientôt. Merci beaucoup Jocelyne!

tres jolie - very beautiful

The chalet is very nice, clean, and full-equipped. The host made the arrival of all of us (children included) special with a kind welcome set. The location is ideal to wander around ( les carroz, flaine, walking paths around) A lot of facilities (TV, internet, games, sauna, gym, table football, etc) can make the stay very pleasant even when the weather does not allow for a walk in the nearby.

Superbe chalet, superbe sejour

Belle surprise, magnitude chalet très propre. La propriétaire nous avait prépaée un panier de bienvenu avec un descriptif des activités à faire aux Carroz. Tout est bien pensé pour le bien être de ses hôtes; salle de sport, chariot à ski, système de séchage des chaussées de ski, machine à laver, il ne manque rien. Je vous recommande ce chalet

Superbe chalet avec vue sur la pointe d'Areu.

Un excellent séjour dans ce chalet spacieux, conforme aux prestations annoncées, aménagé avec goût et raffinement, le tout avec un chaleureux contact avec les propriétaires. Une propreté irréprochable, des installations très fonctionnelles. Un ensemble de documentations sur la station, environnement touristique, services, à disposition dès notre arrivée, avec suggestions et conseils de nos hôtes. Outre les splendides ballades en montagne, la piscine, nous avons particulièrement apprécié un vol en montgolfière au départ des Carroz. Superbe Châlet

Super endroit avec une vue fantastique sur la chaîne des Aravis. Pratique pour faire du tourisme (Genève, Chamonix, Annecy, Yvoire sont à 30-60 minutes). Très beau et très confortable chalet à la fois pour de beau (belle terrasse) et le mauvais temps (suffisamment de place, activités intérieures, y compris sauna et appareils de fitness et se relaxer sur les canapés). Belle région aussi pour la marche. en bref, fortement recommandé.

sejour exceptionnel

Ce fut le meilleur séjour dans lequel je suis allée jusqu'à présent. Tout était superbe. L'endroit était parfait et tout ce que nous voulions et plus encore. Jocelyne est une hôte formidable et toujours attentionné avant notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour. La communication avec elle était superbe. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, vous aurez aussi une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et un moment calme et relaxent, un chalet chaleureux où nous nous sentons meirveilleusement bien ! Une terrasse extra où nous avons pu déguster une bonne fondue !! Idéal pour une détente maximale et un dépéisement complet! Merci pour ce séjour incroyable

Chalet en bois très agréable et bien équipé

Très beau chalet. L'équipement est complet, fourniture du linge de bain, des draps et accessoires , des produits de toilette, de la pharmacie. En cuisine, vous trouverez tous les ustensiles nécessaires et la vaisselle est de qualité avec un nombre suffisant. Pour les sportifs, il est très bien équipé. Le cadre est reposant. Il manque un WC indépendant quand il y a plusieurs adultes et des penderies dans certaines chambres ce qui ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un agréable séjour. Jocelyne et Bernard sont très accueillants et à l'écoute. N'hésitez pas à visiter cette région et la station est animée chaque jour de la semaine.

Eine schöne Aussicht an einer Hauptstraße und womöglich an einer Baustelle

Am 5.Tag nach unserer Anreise ging es hinter dem Haus mit einer Baustelle los. Die Bauarbeiter zeigten uns eine Tafel mit der Baugenehmigung. Die Vermieterin sagte, sie wisse über die Baugenehmigung Bescheid, habe es aber ignoriert und uns nicht darüber informiert, weil sie nicht wisse, wann sie genau anfangen würde. Später teilte sie uns mit, es sei keine Baustelle sondern lediglich Bauarbeiten von der Ortsverwaltung zur Verlegung des Starkstroms und dass sie nichts dafür habe. Unsere Forderung uns entweder eine gleichwertige Ersatzunterkunft oder einen Preisnachlass anzubieten entgegnete sie wiederholt mit der Antwort Arbeiten der Ortsverwaltung seien keine Baustelle und sie habe nichts dafür. Dabei ging es um eine Baustelle mit zwei Baggern, welche morgens schon ab 7:30 bis nachmittags Erde grabten und Lärm und Staub machten. Zudem entschuldigte sie sich kein einziges mal. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße,so dass wenn man auf der Terrasse auf der Straßenseite sitzt, hat man das Gefühl, dass man auf der Straße sitzt. Das Haus ist sowohl von Bau als auch von der Einrichtung her altmodisch. Vor allem die Dusche ist sehr altmodisch. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche lässt viele Wünsche offen. Vor allem die Schubkästen sehen so aus, als ob man sie nach der Fertigstellung der Küche nie wieder gereinigt hätte. Keine glatte sondern eine dielenartige Arbeitsfläche der Küche mit allen möglichen Krümmelresten in den Ritzen ist unangenehm. Kein Mülleimer in der Küche!!! Die Vermieterin legt einfach eine Tüte unter den Waschbecken in den Schrank. Der Fitnessraum im Keller sehr laut; läuft ununterbrochen irgendeine Anlage. Keine Dusche im Saunabereich. Eine sehr kleine Terrasse mit einem für die Terrasse unpassend großem Tisch und Stühlen, aber mit einer schönen Aussicht. Ohrenkneifer im Haus! 2 kleine süße Eidechsen auf der Terrasse. Gute, saubere Bette, gut funktionierende Waschmaschine und Trockner und gute Lage für verschiedene Ausflugsziele. Vor allem wegen der Haltung der Vermieterin im Fall der Baustelle und wegen der Hauptstraße würde ich die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen, sollten Sie jedoch dafür entscheiden, achten Sie darauf, dass direkt hinter dem Hause eine Baugenehmigung für 2 Häuser vorhanden ist und die Baustelle jede Zeit losgehen könnte.
