Great location and a little gem

A great little house, tight spiral stairs, but lots of beds and bedrooms. The location was great, a nice little courtyard. Good value for what it costs.

Week-end de l’Ascension en famille

Nous avons passé 5 jours à Trouville en famille : 6 adultes et 2 enfants ( 5 ans et 8 mois) . Dominique nous a donné de precieux conseils pour stationner nos véhicules et ensuite, plage , commerces et restaurants, nous pouvions tout faire à pieds en moins de 10 minutes. La maison est très bien équipée et les 2 salles de bains et les 3 wc très appreciables à 8 . Le vrai plus était la petite cour : nous y avons pris la majorité des repas. Pour finir, Dominique nous a permis une grande liberté concernant les horaires d'arrivée mais surtout de départ. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Très agréable et jolie maison bien située au calme

Maison pleine de charme, bien aménagée (beaucoup d'ustensiles, vaisselle, etc.) avec une literie de qualité (important!). Agréable terrasse ensoleillée. Tout le monde s'est senti comme à la maison. Et très bonne communication avec Dominique, notre hôte. Je recommande vivement!

Week-end à la mer

Les hôtes sont très gentils et disponibles. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les salles de bain également. Les commerces et la plage sont à distance de marche pas besoin de voiture.

Kleines Haus in guter Lage

Haus war nach dem Sommer durch viele Besucher etwas schmuddelig (Backofen, Klobürsten, Tagesdecken, Griffe), aber damit konnten wir leben. Gefährlich war die schmale Treppe, aber wir haben sie unfallfrei gemeistert. Angemeldet waren wir mit Hund, auf einmal hieß es Hund nur im unteren Wohnbereich und nicht im Schlafzimmer, wovon vorher keine Rede war. Eine von uns hat auf der Terrasse geraucht und das wurde hinterher beanstandet. Ansonsten alles okay!

Nette woning , communicatie met de eigenaar zeer goed

De woning is netjes , helaas veel trappen en niet aan te bevelen bij personen met loopproblemen . De communicatie met Dominique was zeer goed . TOP De sleutel overdacht door Sara was helaas alleen in het frans . Algehele indruk het betreft nette maar een kleinere woning met 3 etages (trappen) . Komen graag nog een terug.

Une maison spacieuse, calme et bien placée

Un séjour très agréable. La maison dispose de 4 vraies chambres. Un peu en retrait de la rue, elle est très calme, tout en étant proche de tout à Trouville. Idéal en famille pour se détendre.

Maison de charme parfaitement située.

Très agréable maison, joliment décorée. Parfaitement située, à 2 minutes à pied du port et des rues piétonnes. Très calme. Un petit jardin pour déjeuner à l’extérieur et profiter du soleil. Propriétaire très sympathique faisant preuve d’une grande souplesse pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Nous reviendrons!!

Jolie maison atypique

Jolie maison de pêcheurs en plein centre de Trouville l’océan est proche comme les commerces le petit plus une cour intérieure pour déjeuner. Le confort, la décoration sont des atouts pour cette maison atypique sans oublier la réactivité et la gentillesse de Dominique l’heureuse propriétaire. Un très bon séjour entre amies dommage que le soleil n’était pas de la partie!

Séjour très agréable

Maison très agréable et bien placée. Tout est accessible à pieds : marché, plage, Deauville.... La maison est bien équipée, et convient parfaitement pour 6/7 personnes.

Charmantes Stadthaus

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen, in 10 Minuten erreicht man die Restaurants und den Strand, ideal gelegen für weitere Ausflüge in die Normandie, gute und einfache Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter

Jolie maison, à la décoration soignée, bien située dans Trouville.

Le séjour s’est bien passé. A noter l’escalier central étroit , pas forcément facile avec les enfants ou les bagages. 6 personnes semblent être le nombre optimal d’occupants (nous étions 8, et c’était un tout petit peu juste, et il n’y a qu’une seule salle de bain) Sinon La maison est joliment décorée et bien équipée (un petit barbecue serait super!)

Deception

Cette maison est bien placée pour aller à pieds au centre ville et à Deauville. Elle est bien décorée calme propre et correctement équipée. Mais outre la literie peu confortable il y a un autre point noir : l’escalier étroit et dangereux pour se rendre aux toilettes et dans les chambres fait qu’il faut être jeune en pleine forme et sans jeunes enfants. L’espace pour manger à l’intérieur est déjà limite pour 5 alors à 8 il faut faire 2 services. En avril La cour est au soleil 3 heures maximum dans la journée et toujours à l.ombre pour les repas. Enfin devoir appeler a plusieurs reprises la propriétaire qui commande le chauffage à distance pour quémander 2 degrés de plus comme si nous étions sous tutelle ne nous était encore jamais arrivé ...
