the house is very pleasant to live. facing south. it is sunny
all day.
it benefits from its recently built (2016) to provide with materials
of high quality (large bay windows, polished concrete, wood) some comfort
which fits perfectly to the surrounding nature.
it offers 4 large bedrooms (including a master suite) 2 bathrooms
and a large kitchen and a lounge, all overlooking wooden terrace
you can enjoy below the house by the river "the balm" reachable on foot.

Comfort zoals thuis

Erg aangenaam! Met een keuken voorzien van alle benodigdheden, twee badkamers waardoor niemand op elkaar stond te wachten. Ook een mooi schoon zwembad dat een perfecte temperatuur had ook voor onze kleine kinderen. Het ontvangst was goed en duidelijk, niet te veel uitleg en bij vertrek hebben we zelf schoongemaakt en ook dat was allemaal erg relaxed. Verbeterpunten zouden zijn: een airco. De vlonder buiten heeft bij iedereen splinters en een open gehaalde teen veroorzaakt. Dus loop daar op slippers is ons advies.

Séjour villa Ardèche

Belle maison idéalement située au calme au pied des Vignes et a proximité des commerces. Elle est bien agencée la piscine est très agréable. Fidèle à l'annonce, hôtes sympathiques. Toutefois le ménage pourrait être plus approfondi et il y a quelques équipements vieillissants. L'ensemble reste tout de même très agréable

Nous avons passé une très chouette semaine dans cette belle maison très bien conçue pour accueillir 2 familles. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et à l'écoute. Il a fait très très chaud. Du coup, nous avons juste regretté de ne pas avoir de climatisation.

Nos vacances de septembre

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour , où nous avons bien profité de la piscine et de ses extérieurs. La maison est magnifique. Bcp de choses à visiter en Ardèche . Émilie notre hôte est très accueillante ainsi que couscous le petit chat . Nous reviendrons volontiers .

Calme et découvertes

Une semaine entre amis dans une belle maison. Elle est assez isolée ce qui permet d'etre au calme. Elle est également pas très loin des activités que nous avons faites (canyoning, canoë, randonnée, visite de village) Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et facile à contacter.

Belle maison

Très agréable maison bien équipée. Il faut prendre sa voiture pour tout par contre car la maison n est pas dans le village mais sur les hauteurs. Les spots rivières étaient malheureusement très bas en août donc pas très agréable pour se baigner. Sur place la piscine est agréable tout comme la maison. Je recommande.

Cadre idyllique

Espace spacieux, agréable salle à manger et salon ! Les extérieurs sont sécurisées pour les enfants et bien entretenu. Propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute. Nous n'avons pas été déçu, bonne continuation à Émilie et Richard avec leur magnifique villa.

Relaxing Retreat

A stunning villa in a quiet location and close to a small but 'happening' village with a huge market every Wednesday. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation, tasteful with creative touches with plenty of outdoor space. However, the photos of the property on the Vrbo site were obviously taken quite a long time ago and could do with being updated. Some areas of the property looked a little tired and we were surprised that we had to bring our own bed linen, towels and pay an additional 100Euros for cleaning! We did, however, enjoy a lovely week at the property!

Super séjour

Nous avons passé des superbes vacances en famille (enfants, parents, grands parents). La maison est super. Elle est propre, bien conçue et décorée avec goût. La piscine est un vrai atout! Elle est bien placée pour visiter les alentours. Mention spéciale pour les propriétaires qui ont été très accueillants, disponibles et vraiment sympathiques! Merci pour les moments d’échange… nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison et nous espérons y revenir bientôt!

Beau séjour

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement avec la belle piscine et le cadre aux alentours ! La propriétaire était arrangeante et très disponible ! Cependant, beaucoup de fonction de la maison était hors service et nous n’en avions pas connaissance (3 volets cassés, impossibilité de les ouvrir ou fermer, ce qui peut gêner le sommeil le matin). Aussi les draps et housses de matelas ne sont pas fournis. Ce qui est contraignant. Attention cela ne concerne pas uniquement les gîtes (comme a pu le relever la propriétaire). Le passage de la location par Abritel, vous positionne en tant que « professionnel » et cela est appréciable de ne pas avoir à transporter tout son linge de lit. Aussi cela ne convient pas aux groupes bruyant, car malheureusement le voisin est loin d’être commode. Attention cela reste une belle location, ne passez pas pour autant votre chemin, elle peut vous convenir ! :)

Maison de vacances très bien placé

Emplacement de la maison très bien situé pour accéder un peu partout en Ardèche mais néanmoins manque la climatisation. Maison très agréable à vivre au demeurant au milieu de vignes et à proximité de Joyeuse.

Très agréable séjour familial

Une belle maison moderne , dans les vignes, avec de grandes terrasses et une jolie piscine. Très bien située pour visiter le sud de l’Ardèche , à proximité de Joyeuse. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, nous recommandons l’endroit.
