Very bad
The condo was in a bad state. Smelled so bad. We had booked for 2 nights but couldn’t wait for the first morning to check out. The communication with the property management was poor. The Carpets were torn n spots all over, the linen smelled bad. Found socks from probably the previous visitor, sofa was like 20 years old ,we had to check out the very next morning as I was concerned about the health n safety of my family. They haven’t refunded us the money yet. Poor management.

Absolutely Perfect!
What a great property! Clean, convenient, and close-by to everything. Would highly recommend to anyone staying here. Only drawback is lots of steps being on the second floor.

TLC NEEDED HERE
This condo was in a decent location and it was clean. However, having a shower handle that is a long, pointy screw is unacceptable. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced and the beds were very uncomfortable. The carpet needs to replaced and the wifi did not work. Also, the remotes for the TV seemed to need batteries. Overall, a disappointment.

Perfect location!!
We had the best time and would rent again! The location can’t be beat and the condo overlooks a creek which was so incredible to listen to as we slept (we went in July). It’s at the bottom of Piney River Ranch which is a favorite of ours. You can be at Vail Village in 5 minutes. The property manager was very fast to respond. This condo was perfect for the price, location and for a family of 4. We have an infant and were pleasantly surprised that they had a pack n play (although we had ours) and a high chair. Parking is easy, the neighbors weren’t loud, location can’t be best. You won’t be disappointed!

Not as advertised
We checked into this property on Wednesday, July 28. The online description did not state there was no AC in this unit. upon checking in, the temp was in excess of 85 degrees. There was a small fan which was broken. Additionally, the property was extremely dusty. My family and I traveled from GA to CO and had this place booked for 4 nights, but ended up leaving due to the conditions. The combination of heat and dust caused my wife to have an allergy attack, so we had no choice but to leave and had to spend extra money to check into a hotel. Very disappointed to say the least. I expressed my concerns to the property owner and she refused to negotiate a refund.
