Horrible (Do not stay)

The management company is not good at all. On the day of my arrival. I had to call and email just to get address to the property. Didn't recieve access code to property until 3 that afternoon, which was fine as I didn't expect to get until after 4. Once arrived the unit was not clean snd had wallpaper peelin all over bathroom. Looking at picture in the listing I see the bathroom was conviently left out. The toilet was nasty, there were holes in the wall, the unit sleeps 6 but only had 2 forks and 3 spoons. The biggest issue I had with the property is there were no wash clothes and the dryer didn't work. They sent an email stating that turn down service is not ptovided due to having a washer and dryer. I emailed the management company multple time and never recieved any at all. Management also said they were sending maintenance out to fix dryer. They never showed up. We literally had to get wash clothes on our own. The oven had aluminum foil lining it but food was all over it. The bedroom had trash under the night stand. Had to check mattress as I always do anyway for bed bugs but mattress did not even have a matress protector on it.

It smelled bad, the wallpaper was destroyed everywhere in the bathroom, other damage throughout the rooms, back door didn’t lock, towels smelled sour like mildew. Sent them a message within hours of checking in with no response. It was definitely not as advertised in the pictures. Obvious that they are not fixing or addressing any issues. Advise you to stay somewhere else.

WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED!

Top bunk unusable, too high, no ladder, no safety rale. TV in living room does not work, NO INTERNET!, Couch cushion falling apart with broken zipper, Bathroom Shower knob ready to break off, making adjusting almost impossible. pealing wall paper in bathroom full of mold...making us all sick. Dryer did not work, and no one came to fix after reporting! Hardly any silverware, only 3 spoons! Came from relief of Hurricane and highly disappointed!

Enjoyed most of our time there.

The condo could use some updating. Wallpaper was peeling, neither Of the two TV’s worked. Although I called for assistance a fellow came out to fix the problem he said he would be back and never came. Some of the cushions on the sofa were ripped. It is in a great location very close to the beach, we were right across from the pool. If your looking for fancy it’s not the place for you, we did not let the little things get us down, had a great time!

Simple and close to beach

The floors were not clean..they were nasty! Top bunk has No steps or ladder to get up there (I have small kids and it was not useable). Bathroom is in need of remodel.. wallpaper is peeling off the wall in spots and yellowish. The lights in bathroom flicker off and on. Shower curtain and rod was falling down and paper thin liner was ripping. Most of the Plug ins In the condo are stripped out and not useable. Master Bed was ok, not terrible, but not great. The washer/dryer combo was a big plus and worked great! The dishwasher was not useable, the handle broke off as we were trying to open the door. The patio door in bedroom did not open. Couch cushion zipper was broke and had the foam hanging out. It’s a nice spot, but definitely needs new furniture and remodeling. It’s not a bad walk at all to get to the beach.

Zero stars.... most horrible place EVER

We were put in the wrong condo upon arrival and security and owner went in our condo while we weren't there, and stole from me!!!!!!!! Nearly 1000 in merchandise and cash was taken from my condo by this resort. They also put us in the wrong condo so they needed us to pack up and leave the current condo for another one. We had to pack up without a place to stay for nearly six hours the next day. In the first condo we were in water started pouring from the ceiling when we were taking a shower in the upstairs room. So much more happened that I don't even have the space to write about. This place is a nightmare.

Service & checking on the property needs to improve

- First day, no A/C coming from a 11 hrs drive from Miami and arriving at midnight to spend an unbearable hot night with no immediate response until next day. I would really except a reimbursement for that night. - No advice that the buildings of the property were under construction. The noise and the dumpster in front of the apartment is something that needs to be disclosed in advance. - After hours check in needs to be improved, too complicated and impersonal.

Nice when you walk in but lacking once you walk around.

I was in town and using this rental for a work trip. I was flying solo so I was able to make due for the week. Had I been with my family we probably would have asked for a refund or another location once we got there. When I walked in the smell of clean was apparent and I looked forward to checking out the condo. However, once I walked around I found several issues. The first and most relevant issue was that in 2018, this condo did not have WiFi. As I said I was in town for work so I had a hotspot available but I had to warn my supervisor that I would be using a large amount of data this trip. I do not understand how a rental does not have WiFi capabilities today. Aside from that surprise, the bathroom was in serious need of renovation and attention. The shower curtain liner was torn and ripped in several places making it hard to keep all of the water in the shower. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling and brown at almost every seam. In the bedroom, there were nice looking lamps on both sides of the bed that at first I thought just did not work. Then I realized they were not plugged in. So I went to trouble of moving the bed out and plugging the lamps in. However, I found that the lamps just did not work at all. Lastly, the hanging blinds in the bedroom were missing at least one piece which made privacy from the rest of the nearby units a challenge at best. I had to get dressed in the bathroom or turn all of the lights off to avoid giving the neighbors an unwanted show. Overall, I was disappointed in the condition of this unit and would strongly recommend a thorough check of the functionality of the unit. Also, WiFi is a must and an expected amenity these days everywhere we go. It was unreasonable to have a unit without WiFi.

Enjoyed our stay!

Opened the door and the "smell" of clean was awesome. The unit we stayed in was literally across from the pool. This was the first time for our family vacationing in FL, and it was amazing!! I think one of the adds regarding this property stated the hotel was across from the beach. I was leary of that. But seriously, it's just right across from the beach!! I had a 14 yr old, 12 yr old, 10 yr old, and 8 yr old; plus me and hubby. Perfect amount of room! Looking forward to next year!
