'Sundrop' Beautiful 4bd/2bath cabin, summer pool access, close to hiking trails!

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION AND LISTING BEFORE BOOKING

Come and enjoy this peaceful cabin on Wintergreen Resort. This smoke-free cabin features 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Walk right into the great room and enjoy the beautiful fireplace; with the kitchen just steps away don't miss out on anything while spending time with your family. The living room also offers a smart TV to stream your favorite movies & TV shows & a spacious deck to take in the crisp mountain air. Guests can appreciate conveniences like a full-size kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, & toaster, as well as pots, pans, & utensils.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed, full bathroom, & access to your own private balcony. The 3 guest rooms are equipped with a bunk bed(twin/double), a twin bunk bed, & a double bed. Enjoy easy access to the guest bathroom from the bedrooms.

We provide STARTER toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. You’ll want to bring extra. We do provide liquid dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and a sponge or dish cloth. We also provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest mentioned on your reservation when you booked; hand towels will be provided as well. There is a washer & dryer but we do NOT supply the laundry detergent.

Please note: We are not considered "Resort Members" so you will not have access to The Devils Grill, Devils Knob Golf Course or the Wintergarden Spa. You may be able to book a spa treatment to access the indoor pool etc. but we HIGHLY recommend checking with the resort directly to confirm.

We highly recommend reserving your lift tickets and ski equipment in advance as they are NOT guaranteed. Check the Wintergreen Resort website for availability.

Guests will have access to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm outdoor pools from 2PM to 6PM. (Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend). A valid I.D. will be required for access. Lake Monocan is also available on Sundays, Tuesday-Friday. Check the WPOA website for hours and pricing.

The use of motorcycles are prohibited on the mountain. Guests driving motorcycles will need to park at the Wintergreen PD and have transportation up to the condo.

EARLY CHECK INS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with us a few days prior to your stay to see if we can accommodate an early-check in. Early check-ins are NOT guaranteed.

We won't be available in person but are always reachable through the app. You'll be provided with an emergency contact during your stay as well.

One of our favorite houses at Wintergreen

This property is wonderful! We have stayed 3 times now, and each time as been better than the last. Some great cosmetic upgrades were added since our last visit. Plus, the kitchen is well stocked with everything we may possibly need (we cook everywhere we go due to food allergies, so a well-stocked kitchen is key for us). We highly recommend!

Great spot and location! Could use a little updating in the bathrooms, but they had regular everyday items in the cabinets and enjoyed having a fire each night and even provided starter logs!

The house is very well taken care of, beautifully furnished and very clean. The kitchen is stocked with spices and everything you might need for cooking. Great location close to the resort.

Perfect Cozy Cabin

This cozy cabin is Wintergreen perfection. We have a 6 and 3 year old, so it is central to all the family favorite hikes. It has all of the amenities we could have possibly needed, and was actually larger than we anticipated from the listing. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future!

The perfect getaway for a friends birthday!

The cabin was amazing - very nicely decorated and beautiful with that quaint cabin feel! It was a perfect location right in Wintergreen close to many great breweries and wineries. The beds in all the rooms were all very comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment. It was a little too chilly for us to utilize the back deck, but during warmer months it would be a great space to relax and be surrounded by beautiful trees! The owners were great.... very easy to communicate with, etc. I definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay again! It's perfect!

Great Place

We had fantastic time during our stay in Wintergreen. The place is clean and well equipped. During our stay the shower head in the main floor bathroom broke, but thanks to the quick response of the owner the shower head was fixed in no time. We would definitely stay again.

Great Cabin at Wintergreen w/ Resort passes

We loved our weekend here! House was homey and comfortable. Older kids had a great time skiing/boarding and younger enjoyed pool multiple times. Awesome view at ravens roost!! Could have used an extra spatula and large serving spoon and another cooking pan (couldn’t cook eggs & pancakes at the same time) but we managed!

Cozy and Clean Cabin!

We loved our ski weekend at Wintergreen in this spacious but cozy and clean cabin. We thought the linens and beds were great. It was well stocked with everything we needed including firewood. Loved the huge wood-burning stone fireplace! Only a short drive to the main lodge area.

Great cabin!

We loved our time at Sundrop! Perfect cabin for 8! Kitchen well equipped, bed/linens very comfortable! The fireplace and provided wood was cozy. The deck is very large and would be a great space to use in the warmer months. All resort amenities within a very short drive. Spent New Years Eve there and enjoyed the fireworks at the resort! Would not hesitate to stay at Sundrop again. The owners were extremely responsive to all questions prior to our stay. Guest passes provided access to the spa/pool/gym complex (for a small daily fee). Thanks Sundrop for a wonderful stay!
