Our family home now a small structure for holidaymakers looking for peace, sun and comfort. We offer: a kitchen of 16 m2, equipped with a table, chairs, buffet, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, a beautiful large room (17m2) with a large comfortable bed, we prepare your beds for your arrival (flat sheet, duvet and duvet cover).
Our apartments are located on the ground floor, very clear, very clean, and functional, they will offer you the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful shaded or sunny garden, you can also enjoy your meals on your private terrace (wood) without screws - a -vis * plus: a parking space will be reserved in the house and if you wish, your pet will be welcome.

Ideal für Tagestouren an der Côte

Sehr gute Lage in Antibes. Die Ausstattung enthält eigentlich alles was man braucht. Lediglich ein scharfes Messer sollten Sie in ihr Gepäck legen. Den Anlagengrill haben wir nicht genutzt. Stattdessen haben wir einen kleinen, günstigen Grill mitgebracht, den wir am Ende des Aufenthalts entsorgt haben. Das hat sich bewährt. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und wir konnten sogar unseren Motorradanhänger auf dem geschlossenen Grundstück abstellen. Die Ferienappartments entsprechen 100% der Beschreibung und deshalb vergeben wir die Maximalpunktzahl. Wir würden wieder kommen.

SUPERBE LOCATION, AU CALME

Appartement impeccable où rien ne manque, très bien situé par rapport à la vieille ville. Nous avons été agréablement reçus par le gardien qui est très disponible en cas de besoin. Aucun souci pour la voiture que nous garions dans le jardin. Un code WiFi nous a été fourni gratuitement. Après de longues balades nous avons apprécié le confort et le calme de cet appartement. Nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Highly recommended expecially for couples

I was looking for a small apartment with garden in Antibes where we could spend our Easter week together with our little dog and I couldn't have been luckier. What I was lucky to find is a small paradise: private garden (well kept), flowers, a very kind custodian and a fully equipped and comfortable apartment. The location is also excellent as the nearest beach is only 1 km away and if you want to walk to the vieille ville (ancient part of Antibes within the walls where there are all the restaurants and nice shops) is about 20 minutes. Of course if you have a car it's preferable. The apartment is small but it has everything you need to cook and spend leisure time, there is also a grill you can use outside in the terrace for a nice barbecue! The bedroom is big, the bed is comfortable and there is a flat TV on the wall facing the bed. The only thing missing is maybe a choice of international channels. Everything is in French! Of course our dog was also thrilled to have its own private garden. As soon as I sent in my enquiry the owner of the place replied in a very professional way sending me all the details I was asking for. I was just sorry I couldn't meet her personally while we were there. I hope we'll have the chance to repeat the experience.

location tres agreable

Location où rien ne manquait pour passer un séjour dans le midi. Une terrasse-jardin privative avec tout le mobilier nécessaire. On s'est senti comme chez nous, avec un équipement intérieur complet. Je retournerai avec plaisir dans cet endroit, qui en plus a un bon emplacement ; pas loin du centre, sans en avoir les inconvénients. Et les 4 locations se trouvent dans une maison dite à échelle humaine, pas dans des grands complexes, comme on peut souvent le voir sur la côte.

séjour très agréable

Location idéale pour retraités et jeunes parents souhaitant visiter cette superbe région.La location est super: ni trop grande, ni trop petite ,très bien équipée: lave linge et lave vaisselle très appréciables...une petite terrasse pour profiter du soleil, et pas de soucis pour la voiture, puisqu'un emplacement est prévu dans le beau jardin clos( très appréciable aussi) ; très bon accueil du gardien qui reste disponible en cas de besoin; donc très bon rapport :qualité /prix . Cette agréable location nous a permis de faire de très belles balades et de visiter la région ( cotes et arrière pays ) sans soucis à cette époque de l'année. Nous conservons donc cette adresse pour y revenir et, puisque nous faisons partie d'un club de " jeunes et joyeux retraités"nous la recommanderons à nos amis en quête de découvrir cette magnifique région.

Quelles bonnes vacances dans cette location tout à fait conforme à la description ! La vie y est facile grâce à son bon aménagement,sa bonne situation par rapport à la ville et à l'arrière pays. Trés bien située proche du centre ville au croisement de plusieurs directions (cannes - nice - biot ) si vous prenez la route : pas de perte de temps location spacieuse propre bien entretenue bien équipée (cuisine tv salle d'eau) rez de villa avec belle terrasse barbecue dans un cadre arborée calme sécurisé clos parking pour la voiture Avec le concierge sur place trés aimable serviable à qui vous pouvez demander les renseignements dont vous avez besoin Cette location convient trés bien aux couples (retraites ou jeunes ) je la recommande et sincèrement la prochaine fois que je retour à Antibes j'y retourne de suite .
