There were several issues during our stay and the property manager was VERY quick to respond and fix them. Property manager is 100%. However, there’s mold everywhere. On the ceilings and throughout the bathroom. It was definitely not the sparking photos that are online.

We very pleased with the resort. Only a few issues, hot tub heater and jets were not working for a couple of days. There were four elevators; however, they were doing an upgrade on several, therefore, had long waits during busy hours. All in all, had a fantastic time and enjoyed the view from the balcony and the beach itself Beautiful!!!

The owner was extremely nice and let me check in early! The location and view were awesome! The condo was cute. The downfalls were washcloths were very thin, parking garage was a difficult process due to being across street. Bedroom was close to elevator and could hear it all night and could hear people conversation next door

The property manager was amazing. Room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The balcony view was spectacular and access to runaway island in walking distance. The beach was very clean and wasn’t too crowded. Definitely plan on returning to this condo.

We found the unit to be clean and communicating with Roy was great. Our biggest issue was the sensors didn’t work well as the water shut off several times and there wasn’t a leak. We suggest bringing your own wash cloth and one towel as the linen is thin. I agree with others that the couch is very uncomfortable but overall it was a good stay.

We spent a few days here in March. The beach had plenty of room available. As long as you made it down to the pool early, you could find a spot. The heated Pool a definite bonus! Really enjoyed time sitting on the balcony with a wonderful view and going for walks on the beach. Convenient location. Roy was wonderful with setting up an early check-in. Very easy. Enjoyed our stay and plan to come back.

Winter get away
It was everything we had hoped for: a view, clean, good location, and everything we needed for our short stay. We appreciated Roy and his help with an early check-in before 4:00. Yes the water sensor did shut the water off but with a phone call it was back on. Comments about the elevator noise were not a problem for my husband and I. The only problem was unfavorable weather and I don’t believe he could control that. Hope to make it back in the future.

There were some things that made this an unpleasant experience. First, the room is located right along side the elevator shaft. All night long, you can hear the elevator motor kicking on as it goes up and down the shaft, also, when it stops at a floor, you hear a clunk, then hear the doors opening and closing with a bang. With people using the elevators all the time day and night, this was very very disturbing to sleeping. Second, the ad said, sleeps 6. We had a party of 6. It does not. sleep 6, they count the couch and love seat, but these are not good for sleeping (both needs replacing and love seat too short to sleep on) and no extra blankets or pillows were provided. Third, the TV channels provided were not good. No local news or channels, no good movie channels. Forth, no beach umbrellas were provided with the rental, most people expect this. Finally the weather was bad, we only had one day of beach time, other days was storming and raining. So all in all, not a trip we wish to remember favorably.

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo. It was clean and as advertised. Check in was flawless, no issues. The garage code and door codes worked without issue. We recommend this unit to others who want a nice place to stay at PCB. Pool was very nice, and beach access is great.
