Come and enjoy your vacation in a privileged environment, where calm and greenery are the key words while remaining close to all amenities.
At the foot of Mont Ventoux, between Bédoin and Pernes-Les-Fontaines, 20 minutes from Avignon, a pretty house of 170m2 fully air-conditioned, on a sunny, fenced and wooded plot of 25 ares out of sight and wind , will delight you to enjoy the Vaucluse sun or a barbecue evening in the freshness of the garden.
Accept this invitation to happiness and come and bask in the shade of the plane trees or take advantage of the large secure swimming pool, for the pleasure of both adults and children. Children can safely play in the park or a swing is at their disposal while the adults compete at the pétanque.
The house consists of a living room with fireplace, 5 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor, 1 bathroom with WC, 1 shower room with walk-in shower, 1 separate WC, 1 open kitchen on a shaded terrace with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and additional fridge-freezer.
We provide bed linen and end of stay cleaning is also included.

Très agréable

Chacun a trouvé sa place dans cette belle et grande maison . Les extérieurs et la piscine ont permis à tous de se détendre et de profiter des vacances .

Super séjour au Jardin des Sauges

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis. La maison est très bien équipée aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. De nombreux transats, 3 hamacs et un salon de jardin pour se détendre sous les arbres ou au bord de la piscine. La climatisation dans la maison a été un vrai plus pendant cette semaine de canicule. Il manquait cependant des torchons ainsi que des maniques.

Ausgezeichnet

Haus, Garten und Pool sind sehr großzügig und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage (wenn die Nachbarn nicht gerade ihre Elektrogartengeräte ausprobieren). Das WLAN ist sehr schlecht, weil der Router in der allerletzten Hausecke steht. Ist am besten in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer zu empfangen und draußen schon gar nicht. Selbst die Planung von Radtouren via Komoot erwies sich als sehr zäh. Zusatztipp: Die Boulekugeln liegen in der Truhe auf der Terasse.

So glad to be back!

Having first visited in 2019 our family knew we wanted to return and booked early for a holiday in summer 2021. Uncertainty surrounding travel restrictions due to Covid meant that we wanted to rearrange for 2022 and our host could not have been more helpful in helping us to do this. The check in process had changed from our first visit but our host communicated clearly with us in advance and even on the morning of our arrival to ensure everything went smoothly. We made arrangements with the concierge service who was waiting to meet us at the property. There have been some improvements to the property since our last visit with an electronic security gate and a more open plan ground floor. As I detailed in my previous review, this property was perfect for our family and we couldn't recommend both the house and our host any higher. If we are in the position to return to the area as a family we would have no hesitation in booking once more. Thank you so much for hosting us again!

Magnifique séjour au calme

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille. La maison est très belle, confortable et au calme. Veuillez noter que les serviettes de bain ne sont pas fournies, il faudrait donc les prévoir. Sinon la maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le salon de jardin sous un grand arbre.

Prestation haut de gamme et très bon accueil

Des propriétaires à l'écoute, un accueil très sympathique d'Isabelle sur place, la prestation de la maison était top ! Nous étions 2 familles ( 10 personnes ) la maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée, le jardin est génial pour les enfants et la piscine très appréciable Je recommande vivement

BEKLIMMING MONT VENTOUX

We verbleven van 15-22 augustus met 7 volwassenen en 3 kinderen in deze mooie woning. In elk vertrek airco, prima zwembad met veiligheids rolluik. Ruime tuin met speeltoestellen voor de kinderen. De keuken is zeer goed uitgerust met allerlei apparatuur, 2 grote koelkasten. Bedden liggen goed, 2 badkamers prima sanitair. Garage om de fietsen in te stallen. Al met al hebben we een prima vakantie week gehad, mooi weer 30 graden. De locatie is zeer geschikt om de Mont Ventoux te fietsen vanaf Bedoin.

Farniente entre les vignes et le Mont Ventoux

La maison est très acceuillante et bien équipée. La climatisation nous a permis de bien dormir. La piscine est grande et bien sécurisée, ce qui a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands, cependant elle ne peut pas être allumée la nuit. Vue sur le Mont Ventoux et, le soir, vue fantastique sur le ciel étoilé, notamment depuis la terasse des chambres du haut, bien calé dans un transat confortable.Très chouette aussi, l'apéro pétanque et la sieste dans les hamacs sous les arbres,La propriétaire, comme notre contact étaient très réactifs. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Merci!

Magnifique villa

Une semaine de rêve dans cette villa très bien entretenue et très spacieuse .Tout y est pensé pour le confort et la relaxation autour de la piscine aux dimensions idéales. A l exterieur grand jardin avec plusieurs transats fauteuils petites tables hamacs ,de nombreux jeux ,ping pong, boulodrome.A l intérieur , en plus d une déco très agréable, un équipement au top .lingerie , 2 salles de bains / douches très spacieuses beaucoup de rangements enfin bref tout est parfait ! Sans parler de la climatisation qui était la bienvenue pendant ces fortes chaleurs! La région est très belle mais nous avons eu du mal à la visiter à cause de la chaleur mais aussi tellement nous étions bien au" jardin des sauges" Nous aimerions beaucoup y retourner,une semaine c est trop peu..

A Great Family Getaway

This was a great property for our family holiday for two families plus grandparents (6 adults and 4 kids). The Bedroom layout was perfect for our needs, especially having one ground floor double room so the grandparents didn't have to put up with the kids all the time. First impression was that the photos on the website really don't do the place justice. The house itself is surprisingly spacious despite homing 10 people for a fortnight and the outside space is more than we could hope for with plenty of room for kids to run about. Communication with the owner before we arrived was really good with all questions answered really promptly. Check in process was good despite the language barrier (our French was just sufficient enough to understand) and had no problems when leaving. The pool was cleaned twice whilst we were there and did not interfere with our plans as it was completed very quietly, early in the morning before breakfast. The aircon throughout the house is really very good and provided welcomed relief from the 30+C temperatures outside. Location itself is very quiet and we hardly knew we had neighbours. The house is in a rural setting but the small supermaket on the southern edge of Mazan is only 2.5km away so very convenient for a small shopping trip. In summary a great property & host. Would recommend and definitely consider booking again should we plan on staying in the same area again.

Séjour au top dans une maison super équipée, très agréable et dans laquelle on se sent bien

Maison très agréable, super équipée, les extérieurs le sont tout autant, la piscine super chaude et bien sécurisée. Nous avons passé un super séjour avec des enfants de tout âge et tout le monde y a trouvé son bonheur. Adresse à retenir 😀😀

Fabulous for families and friends!

We stayed for a week with friends and family and had a brilliant time. The house is total ‘pad’ - really very Provençal and totally equipt for a large group of visitors (including 2 toddlers) with loads of activities in the house and gardens. Whilst it’s not walking distance to a boulangerie, it has a great central location for exploring numerous attractions in the area. We had a stay to remember :)

Tolles Haus

Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus mit Pool, Bouleplatz und ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten im großem Garten. (Hier das einzige Manko: es gibt für die Liegestühle keine Polsterauflagen.) Wir waren mit 10 Personen dort und hatten genügend Platz. Die Küche ist top bestückt. Es gibt alles und noch mehr. In den Bädern ist jeweils ein großer leistungsfähiger Fön. Im Hauswirtschaftsraum gibt es neben Waschmaschine und Trockner einen zweiten Kühlschrank und jede Menge Putzutensilien. Das Haus war in einem sauberen und frisch hergerichtetem Zustand. Keine alten Gebrauchsspuren, in den Bädern keine verschimmelten Fugen, die Schlafzimmer farblich ansprechen gestaltet. Mit Isabelle, der Verwalterin vor Ort, war es unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank hierfür! Es kam extra jemand für den Pool und der Gärtner, weshalb auch alles ums Haus sehr gepflegt ist. Der Standort ist sehr zentral für tolle Ausflüge, gerade auch mit dem Rennrad, in der Provence. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Beautiful villa and pool

We have spent 6 weeks in the villa and enjoyed every minute with visiting family and friends - the pool was used all day and every day. Secure garden for children. A beautiful area to visit Highly recommended

Notre séjour dans la maison 'Le jardin des sauges' était un grand succès ! Comme il faisait exceptionnellement chaud, l'airco dans toute la maison était un grand surplus. Cuisine très bien équipée. Le jardin est un havre de paix. Le grand, splendide jardin est tout au tour clôturé. La piscine est très grande et très agréable. L'année prochaine nous retournons certainement ... nous avons même déjà réservé !

Super séjour. Très belle maison, super bien agencée et très bien équipée Un très beau terrain magnifiquement arboré Au calme, tout en étant à proximité du beau village de Mazan qui propose tous les commerces nécessaires durant le séjour Bon point de départ pour visiter la région Adultes et enfants ont adoré le séjour un grand merci pour les prestations proposées
