About this property

Bismarck House - 5 Star Downtown Beach-style Luxury House.

This well-located home brings together eco-conscious practices and beach style luxury in a relaxed atmosphere. It has been designed with the intent of providing our guests with a true 5 star experience.

The house has been professionally decorated and designed with high end features and finishes, such as Pecky Cypress trim, Carrera quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, luxury linens and bedding by Parachute, pillow top mattresses, etc. The kitchen is open and bright and great for dining or entertaining with a gourmet island and full bar/wine area.

We’ve provided all the essential cookware and silverware. In addition, we have a new Kuerig coffee machine with complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

The kitchen opens up to a large and open Florida room where we have a comfortable dining table looking out to the backyard.

In the living room, we have a 50" Smart TV and high speed Fiber internet service, which should be suitable for all guests, including business travelers.

Both bedrooms are tastefully designed with natural materials and colors providing a relaxing and peaceful environment. Bedroom 1 has a plush king size bed and Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with two (2) queen size plush mattresses. Each bedroom has a closet with ample clothes hangers, luggage rack and dresser, along with full-size mirrors.

Along with the rest of the house, the bathroom has also been renovated, and has a soaking tub, Parachute linens throughout and linen closet. We provide soaps, shampoos, etc...

In the garage, you will find a washer / dryer (detergent included); a beach kit with chairs, towels, umbrella, and beach bag.

The large backyard outdoor space is fully enclosed and private with a paver patio area for outdoor seating and grilling.

We have a PlayStation 4 (only a couple games though), and an array of board games. The smart TV has various apps, such as Spotify and Netflix, which guests can log into with their account info.

The house is fully secured with Hurricane Impact Windows and an alarm system.

Self check-in available with smart lock on the front door.

The landscaping is tropical and full of palm trees throughout. The lawn is professionally maintained on a weekly basis.

The location of the house is ideally located in the highly desirable Lake Ida neighborhood on a quiet family friendly street; and only one mile from the beach, tennis center and downtown restaurants and nightlife. A bike path conveniently leads guests directly to the Pineapple Grove Arts District and the heart of downtown Delray Beach.

Very nice place
We stayed for a month this winter. The house has been completely redone and is very comfortable. New kitchen, tile throughout, etc. It's got clean lines and good style. The neighborhood is excellent. The owners are nearby and whenever we asked for something, it was done in a few hours. Very nice and accommodating. Bring your bikes because it is near 2nd Ave, which has a bike lane nearly all the way to Atlantic Ave. Very nice stay, very comfortable.

A perfect winter retreat!
My husband and I stayed here Nov 2020 - Jan 2021 and everything was exactly as pictured! Location is awesome, house is great, primary bed is extremely comfortable, kitchen stocked, and we can't say enough good things about Josh. He is very responsive and on top of any requests we had regarding the house or even restaurant recommendations. We very much enjoyed our little snowbird getaway to Delray Beach and look forward to returning to 106 highland lane again!

This property is delightful. The street is quiet but a short walk to Atlantic. It has everything you could want and Josh and Kelly were there for anything we wanted help with. We visit Delray frequently and will definitely stay again.

Wish we could have stayed longer!
We rented for a month but left after two weeks, we returned to Canada due to the Covid-19 virus outbreak. We were sad to leave. The house was modern, clean, uncluttered, and comfortable, with a nice open living area. The bathroom was fine, the bedrooms spacious, and the linens top notch. I even wanted to ask where they bought the duvets etc, as they were so comfy. Beds were too! I had to buy a few things for the kitchen, as it wasn't set up for someone wanting to cook much (as we were there for a month, we didn't eat out all that much). There wasn't a lot of lawn furniture, but we were comfortable enough and the patio lights were fun. The hanging indoor chair in the sunroom was a hit with kids and adults alike !! Hoping to be able to plan another trip maybe next year, and we will certainly rent this home again if we can.

Amazing stay again
This was our second time staying at the property . We love it . The beds are so comfortable . The decor is relaxing - the location is perfect - quiet neighborhood but easy walk to town and to beach - Also Go to French bakery and get croissants and coffee if you stay here !

Josh was an awesome host . Everything was perfect and it was the easiest check in I’ve ever had .
The house is beautiful . Amazing style and the beds were unbelievably comfortable . The indoor chair was such a cute touch . We loved the string lights in the backyard and sitting on the hammock . The location is perfect and only a five minute drive or 20 minute walk into town . We would definitely stay here again . My son loved playing with the beach toys they provided. It was probably the best place we’ve stayed at this far .

Perfect!
Josh and Kelly were fantastic and really easy to deal with. They thought of every detail and more. This is a beautiful home in a great location,quite neighborhood but still within walking distance to Atlantic Ave. Its perfect for families,couples or friends getaway.The finishes are all high end and tastefully decorated. We loved the "Parachute" sheets and towels. We really enjoyed the ping pong table and backyard fire pit. We highly recommend this property! Laura and Keith will be back!

This property was recently purchased and underwent a complete transformation / renovation with the goal of providing an upscale alternative to the small, expensive and generic rooms provided at area hotels. The house is located in a highly desirable neighborhood on a quiet street while being close to everything wonderful about Delray Beach.
