Points positifs: - propriétaire : très bonne communication, rapide, clair, arrangeant - logement spacieux et propre - place de parking dans cour intérieure - centre commercial à proximité - une ligne de chemin de fer très proche (20m?) mais finalement pas du tout dérangeante - tarif Abritel incluant les draps, linges et le ménage Points à améliorer: - à l'arrivée, surprise pour la literie de voir l'alèse jetable considérée comme drap housse (cependant drap housse à disposition dans le logement pour refaire la literie) - état des lieux avec inventaire très détaillé à signer : semble plutôt pour "cadrer" des étudiants. Excessif à mon goût en rapport avec la qualité de 90% des équipements - maison à 1 étage, très mauvaise isolation sonore entre les 2 niveaux (toilettes, musique, etc.) - nous sommes tombés avec un locataire du logement du haut peu respectueux des règles de savoir-vivre en terme de volume de musique et d'horaires (un étudiant habitué des lieux?) - baignoire en matière plastique pas rassurante du tout en terme de solidité

Un soggiorno tranquillo
È stato tutto di mio gradimento. Il Signor Alain è stato molto disponibile e pronto a risolvere eventuali disagi, sin dall'inizio. La casa è in una zona tranquilla, ben disposta nelle camere, con un affaccio sul cortile che gira intorno alla casa, molto grazioso per prendere un po' di sole con lo sdraio a disposizione. Ben fornita di tutto il necessario. Tornerò volentieri.
