About this property

Pretty country house with swimming pool and 4000m2 of land in the heart of Provence

A beautiful Provençal house, perched on a hill overlooking a typical Provencal landscape of olive groves and vineyards (NB: estate vineyards "La Bastide du Plan" renowned for the quality of its wines), with the distance of the mountains in Bagnols Forest. The house is on 2 levels, on a plot of 4000 m2 with trees (oaks, olive trees ...) suitable for games or relaxation. The pool and jacuzzi are fully fenced and sunny until early evening. A large secure trampoline (4.50 m in diameter) is also available. Many shaded areas allow to take meals, appetizers or just enjoy the surroundings. The pretty village of Callas and shops are within 2 km. All activities of a perfect summer season are possible in the area: Sea, lakes (St Cassian and Ste Croix), rivers, mountains.

Superbe accueil, superbe séjour

Superbe séjour. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, vraiment très gentils, disponibles pour passer si besoin et très précis dans leurs explications pour une utilisation optimale des activités de la propriété, et dieu sait qu'il y en a à disposition ! Top pour les enfants de tous âges, entre piscine parfaite et bien sécurisée, trampoline XXL, terrain de foot, de badmington, panier de basket et un garage dédié aux jeux, avec petit baby foot, petite cuisinière pour enfant, bibliothèque, etc etc. Il y a même disney+ ! :) Et pétanque à disposition (avec terrain ombragé) pour les grands ! :) Vue magnifique de la propriété et une terrasse bien ombragée pour les déjeuners. Callas, le village à proximité, est très mignon, avec tout ce qu'il faut comme commerces, une excellente patisserie et des bons restaurants.
