New to the rental market as of summer 2019, we are excited to have this stunning Burnside Avenue home in our inventory! This freshly remodeled home is beautiful, clean and comfortable from top to bottom

Narraganset tis a beautiful town that has something for everyone. With many beaches to choose from--Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach are all a short drive away. Narragansett is close to the Block Island Ferry, which makes for a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee! Also close are Providence, Newport, Mohegan Sun Casino and Foxwoods Casino.

The attention to detail is obvious, vacationers will certainly be impressed.

This home features an open concept layout. From the beautiful kitchen with white shaker style cabinets to carefully selected furniture. This home will provide guests comfort and class. Best of all, you will have ocean views and it is a very short walk to Scarborough Beach. It does not get much better than that!

In addition to the amazing location and proximity to Scarborough, Narragansett also has so many other fun summer activities to offer our visitors. The Block Island ferry is just a couple miles away where you can ride on the fast ferry or larger ferry to Block Island or Martha s Vineyard. Sunset Farm is also nearby, kids will love to visit to say hello to all the animals and go see how they live on the farm. The farm store sells, fresh vegetables and fruit, pies, jellies, cookies, meat and made to order food items. Don't forget to enjoy all of the delicious seafood restaurants in the area!

Entire Place

**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

Great beach house

Our vacation was great and the house met most of our expectations! Super clean and plenty of room for our family. The only downside was the grill provided for this rental was very small. It made cooking for 8 people very difficult.

One of many

I have been renting att Scarborough Beach for the last 7yrs and this is by far the best house. Its short walk to the quieter end of the beach is perfect for families with small children. The house is open, very clean and the upgrades to the furniture made us all very comfortable. Narragansett Rental Co are very professional, helpful and pleasant. I can't wait for next year!

Great spot for week at the beach

Great location to walk to Scarborough State beach. House has all the essentials you need. Bedrooms are spacious, have dressers and closets to put your things in, two full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower, washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is a 5...

The location of this property is great and the house is generally tidy. Enough space for our party. A few misses on the property just bring the overall review down. As other posters have commented the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Brought our own mattress pad in anticipation but that didn't help. Beds are on hard platforms. Maybe that's the issue. The kitchen items are sparse. The absolute essentials are there but if you decide to do something like bake, there are no tools. The stove could use updating too. It's not great and during COVID staying in to cook more often would've been ideal. More importantly during COVID is cleanliness. The cleaning crew missed the entire kitchen! Fearing that I'd sound like a pain and not wanting that same crew to make an attempt at another round, I cleaned and did not mention it to the property manager. Upon further consideration, I did mention it to her. Disappointingly, since I did this upon checkout my only reply from property manager was that she'd give the feedback to the cleaning company. I've made several attempts at a phone call but have not heard back. Was conflicted over writing this but feel it's important for other renters to have the information.

Great Location-Comfy House

Wonderful location and super nice neighborhood locals. House is spacious and having central air bonus during heat wave. Well stocked kitchen and nice cookware. Nice new picnic table by grill. Only minor thing- time for new couch leather but holds up nicely.

Spacious rooms to accommodate our party of 5 adults . Access to desk and wifi. The house is on a main road and can hear trucks and public buses. However, the neighborhood is clean and quiet. Only a very short walk to the beautiful Scarborough Beach.

Great spot for week at the beach

House was perfect for our family’s week at the beach. Easy walk to Scarborough state beach, can cut through the overflow parking lot of the state beach and get to the beach within 5 minutes. Nice outdoor shower to rinse off before going inside. Ample space inside for 4 adults and 2 children. A/C throughout and ceiling fans in each room. Great location overall. House was clean, kitchen well equipped with basic cooking needs. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Vacation Stay Review

Great location and good size property. Perfect for two families to stay comfortably. Walking distance to Scarborough North state beach, which makes it perfect of you have young children. Only downside is that some of the appliances and beds need to be updated.

Convenient, easy and "just what you need" get away rental

Overall, my family (husband and two boys) had an enjoyable stay in this home. Super clean, all the kitchen amenities you need, great layout, location is superb (literally right across from the beach) it made our short getaway easy! Our one suggestion (which would have made this a 5 star) is to invest in better mattresses. Very thin and hard to the point where we almost considered going to Marshalls to buy mattress toppers to gain a little comfort. The leather couch was the same as it's not too comfy to watch a show at night. Besides the need to upgrading mattress and couch, we loved everything else!! Thank you!

Great Location!

This house has plenty of room for a family and is very close to the beach. A 2 minute walk & you are setting up a spot for the day. The house was pretty clean- but the bathroom floors & microwave were missed prior to our arrival. Overall - it was a good place to stay and we really enjoyed our beach week.

Perfect vacation, well laid out floor plan. The 9 year old and 15 year old girls used the front bedroom and they lived the privacy. One suggestion.......there should be a lobster pot available, just sayin.

We had a wonderful time.

All was great however the street was very busy with fast moving cars. The handle on the microwave was duct taped on and came off midweek but we were able to open and close it from the bottom. The couch was not very comfortable. We loved the outdoor shower and all the rooms in the house. The kitchen was great with nice cooking utensils. We had a wonderful time. And more importantly everything was very clean and orderly. Thank you so much for a great week !

Location = Beach!

This house is literally 2 blocks from Scarborough! It has been completely renovated, has spacious rooms, and all the amenities. There is no beach-y charm to the decor — very little decor at all—but I’m sure that will change over time as it has just been redone. It is a great place for beach lovers.
