T3 crossing 40 m2, bright, on the 1st and last floor, with a capacity of 6 people (4 adults maximum), located in a secure, quiet, shaded and green residence, close to the beach of la roquille (250m) and from the port (900m), with numbered private parking space, large swimming pool (the only residence with swimming pool in the roquille district apart from Odalys), paddling pool for the little ones and paying tennis court (around 3 euros per hour). Covered terrace of approximately 6m2, apartment composed of: 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet. 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90X200 and a 140 cm BZ, 1 kitchen / living room with a 5/6 seater sofa quickly convertible into a 2 seater bed, the 5th and 6th people have the possibility either to sleep in the BZ of the bedroom of 4, or in the living room on the convertible sofa. Swimming pool access for 6 people. The apartment has a washing machine, an oven, ceramic hobs, a hood, a microwave, 1 fridge / freezer combination (about 200 and 40l), an electric plancha, a raclette machine, a fondue machine, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer, filter coffee maker, (requires filter1X4) espresso coffee maker with ESE pods or ground coffee, 1 LCD flat screen TV of 102 cm with reading on USB port and 1 55 cm LCD TV in the 4-person bedroom (reading on USB port).

Rent by the week depending on availability of the apartment throughout the year, flexible departure and arrival day except in July and August where we rent from Saturday 12 noon to Saturday 10 am.

Upon departure, cleaning must be carried out by the tenant, otherwise, the sum of 50 euros will be taken from the deposit.

Impeccable :)

L'accueil est géré par le gestionnaire de la conciergerie. Florent est très sympathique et surtout très arrangeant. (Nous avons fait notre entrée un dimanche au lieu d'un samedi). L'appartement est très propre et récemment renové. On ressent l'envie des propriétaires de mettre à disposition un appartement où l'on se sent bien. La copropriété comprends une piscine et un gros plus pour notre loulou de 2 ans et demi, une patogeoire !! Nous avons passé de bon moment :) L'accès à la mer à pied en 5min est également très agréable. Nous avons très peu utilisé notre voiture durant le séjour. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances, je recommande les yeux fermés.

Le gardien de la résidence est très agréable et accessible, l’Appartement est très agréable , tout est à disposition pour passer de bonnes vacances . A 2 pas de la plage , des commerces . Petites restaurations rapides … La piscine est très agréable et là maître nageur est très agréable . A 5 minutes en voitures de la rue très commerçante de la flânerie et du port . 10 min du Luna park. Bref tout est pratique . Merci . Muriel

Un très bon choix de location !

L'appartement est conforme aux photos de l'annonce, propre, super bien équipé, pratique, bien agencé et bien situé (plage, balade en bord de mer jusqu'au port) ; la résidence est très bien entretenue avec une belle piscine. Le propriétaire est également très soucieux de ses locataires (on lui avait signalé un problème de porte de douche et il nous a de suite informé). Une des meilleures locations réservées !

Bel appartement, bien situé!

L’appartement est très bien aménagé, fonctionnel et sa situation est Idéale pour les familles: à quelques minutes de la plage et proche des commerces. La résidence est propre et sécurisée, les habitants des habitués. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 2 enfants de 4 ans et 2 ans. A refaire!

Bel appartement très agréable et bien situ3

L'appartement est très agréable avec ses 2 chambres séparées. Le salon avec la cuisine bien agencé et l'espace est suffisant. La salle de bain propre, au goût du jour et assez grande. L'équipement souffre uniquement du lave vaisselle. Le seul bémol est la terasse un peu petite. La résidence est magnifique car bien entretenue et les bâtiments de 2 niveaux maxi sont bien espacés avec de la verdure, des haies et une belle piscine.Globalement très satisfait de la location.

Très bon séjour au Cap !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien situé, en résidence fermée, au calme, avec une belle piscine et à proximité de l'essentiel pour ne pas prendre sa voiture : plage propre et commerces quotidiens à 3mn à pied, le port du Cap et ses animations et commerce à 15mn à pied par les sous-bois...ou en passant par la plage du Môle et tous les commerces de la rue de la Flânerie (là, le timing est difficile à évaluer tant les sollicitations sans grandes !) ; l'appartement est conforme aux photos, propre, fonctionnel, avec un équipement récent (vaisselle et électroménager, mobilier) ; Il manque la wifi mais finalement on peut vivre sans, si si ! :) ; Propriétaire accueillant et bienveillant. Petit point négatif : la proximité de la route est parfois gênante, car de la terrasse on entend bien certains moteurs. Place de parking individuelle, et entrées sécurisées ; Je recommande cette location pour profiter des animations du Cap, sans la nuisance (parfois) d'y loger en plein milieu. Super bien situé !

Nous venons d'y passer une semaine en juillet avec mon fils et ma chienne Golden. la Piscine est super ! profonde (de 0.60 à 2m20) elle convient à tout le monde et est bien plus grande que sur la photo. La résidence est située en face du Parc Lano, le seul où on peut se balader avec les Toutous. (en ramassant évidemment) et il y a plein de poubelles. Un bras de mer y passe aussi et c'est là que nous allions rafraichir notre chienne. L'appartement est rénové par contre le volet roulant de la chambre des parents devrait être changé. une fois sur deux il ne se monte plus. La copro est propre, verte. des cigales plein les arbres. Seul bémol: l'Avenue des Soldats qui donne sur la terrasse, et qui est très passante en été dès très tôt le matin. Et on ne voit pas cette rue sur les photos mais elle est du côté du parc Lano. Donc j'essaierai de retourner dans cette résidence mais en choisissant un appartement loin de cette rue. A 5 mn à pied : un Spar, une boulangerie, un caviste, un marché aux légumes, 3 snacks/pizzeria à emporter, et un grand bazar. et bien sûr la superbe plage de la Roquille. Pas une algue, pas un caillou que du sable pour aller à l'eau. Nickel !

Tolle Wohnung in der Nähe vom Sandstrand

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Sie ist praktisch, schön eingerichtet und liegt nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt. Zum Essen kann man drinnen oder draussen auf dem meist schattigen Balkon sitzen. Nachts kühlt es gut ab, wenn der Wind vom Meer durch die Wohnung bläst. Für die Nächte ohne Wind waren wir froh um unseren Ventilator, den wir zusätzlich von Zuhause mitgebracht hatten. Direkt vor der Wohnung befindet sich der Parkplatz. Ganz nah hat es einen guten Bäcker, einen SPAR und diverse Take-away-Läden. Die Anlage ist durch einen Zaun gesichert. Der Pool hat eine gute Grösse und der Poolbereich und das Wasser waren sauber. Alle Attraktionen (Aqualand, Aquapark, Lunapark, Minigolf, Hafen, Le Môle usw.) erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt. Vor Ort ist immer ein Concierge erreichbar. Ich wusste, dass ich Bettwäsche mitbringen muss, war dann aber doch überrascht, dass keine Federbetten vorhanden sind. Da hatte ich etwas falsch verstanden mit meinen Französischkenntnissen! Da es im Sommer aber in Südfrankreich sehr heiss ist, reicht eine ganz leichte Fleecedecke. Wenn wir wieder einmal in dieser Region Ferien machen, würden wir diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!

AGREABLE SEJOUR

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour des vacances en famille avec enfants, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Le plus c'est une très bonne literie ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations. Le parc de Lano pour le calme, la plage au bout de la route avec son chemin qui va jusqu'à la Flanerie et au port : pas besoin de voiture. Vraiment cette petite semaine nous a plu même si le soleil nous a manqué. Je recommande cette adresse d'autant que j'ai rencontré les propriétaires en fin de séjour, et le contact a été chaleureux.

Séjour très agréable. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et le concierge. Appartement sans vis à vis dans une résidence sécurisée. Nous avons bien apprécié le court de tennis!
