Fantastic experience
As we arrived, we were welcomed to this spectacular property by Thierry and Emma in the most convivial way, with cold local wine and brioche.
They gave us a thorough tour of the house, a renovated building with its charm and beauty intact outside and modern amenities inside. All the rooms in the guest house were of a good size and had excellent modern bathrooms. The kitchen is modern with great appliances and a classic European fridge which can be small when the house is full with eight guests, but the shopping is easy and very close.
The setting is definitely the magic of this place, and we enjoyed our BBQ seating under the dovecote in the orchard. The pool is situated a little away from the rental and closer to the host house. It is an older feature with fencing that makes it secure but less appealing; it was nonetheless a great place to cool off on a warm day. We enjoyed playing ping pong and especially the yoga classes that Thierry offered us. It was a fantastic experience in a unique and wonderful house. Thierry and Emma were the most wonderful and welcoming hosts. I would absolutely recommend a stay to anyone visiting the region.
