Very limited availability to this cozy 2 bedroom/ 2 bath cottage that sleeps 6 comfortably. Located just yards from the lake with a filtered view of Lake George, this cottage has everything you need for a comfortable week in Lake George. Located just 3 miles north of busy Lake George village, this property is part of an association that has access to a community playground, fireplace, and huge lake deck with a sandy swim area. Use of 2 kayaks. There is an optional boat slip available as well (additional cost & size limit).
Knotty pine interior with newer kitchen and updated baths. 1st bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen with a double/twin bunk bed. The Living room has a new queen sleeper sofa with a premium mattress. There is a new 18x18 deck w lounge chair, and grill along with your own portable fire-pit.
Included are two parking spaces outside cottage with limited guest parking nearby.

Economy Private Lake Access

Everything available as advertised. Cozy, comfortable, convenient and cheap means to enjoy all the fun and beauty in, on, and around Lake George. Lakefront association facilities were better than expected and we didn't even have enough time to take advantage of all the activity options (kayaks, floats, etc.) Couldn't ask for a more gracious and friendly host.

Lake George vacation

Nice place to have vacation, loved the dock and lake. Very clean and wisely managed.Having grill and kayak is a plus. Sufficient appliances, dishes, ets House needs more thorough cleaning, showers are rusted and require renewal . Pillows are very old.Floors were not cleaned for ages..

First Time in Lake George

My sister and I, plus the cousins, stayed at Tom's property. We had an absolute blast. The cottage was very clean and super close to the lake, as well as some popular restaurants. The location overall was not too far from the Village so we were able to take a 5/7 min car ride into town to enjoy shopping and the sights. Tom was very accommodating by letting us use his kayaks! The kids (and adults) had a great time cruising around the lake. I would highly recommend this property! Tom was a great host and I will be sure to look into using his property again in the future. Perfect Get-A-Way

Lake George is a gorgeous, relaxing place to visit. The owners of this cottage went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. We had a very pleasant experience. It was clean and spacious. Just a few minutes to walk down to the lake and dock. A nice deck with a fire pit, grill and chairs. It was very quiet, with only the sound of the birds to wake us in the morning. The host was very accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Tom and Laura.

Lake George Smokey Bear

Excellent experience and cute cabin, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tom was helpful and informative, checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed. Loved having campfires overlooking the lake. Neighbors were friendly and we enjoyed their company also. Thanks Tom.
