Apartment on the top floor of the house with two totally independent floors. With communal garden for the two floors of 600 meters and well connected with the center of Vigo (10mtos car) and beaches (1 km). All services at the door of the house; supermarkets, urban bus, fish shop, bakery, hospital, restaurants, cafes, health center .. All the photos belong to the upper floor of the house that you rent. It is located in the residential area of ​​Vigo beaches. Gran estancia y gran anfitrion
Casa grande, limpia, con todo cuidado y con muchos detalles de cuidado de la anfitriona. Ademas una casa muy comoda con supermercados y comercios al lado. Algo lejos de la playa para ir andando pero a 3 minutos en coche. Anfitriona excepcional siempre dispuesta a mejorar la estancia del huesped.

Miguel nos recibió en persona, con un trato exquisito. Nos aconsejó muy amablemente sobre todo tipo de cuestiones prácticas que nos ayudaron mucho durante nuestra estancia. En la casa no falta detalle. Hemos alquilado bastantes y nunca nadie antes nos había dejado yogures, leche, queso, embutido, huevos, pasta, gel, champú, jabón para la lavadora, suavizarte y un larguísimo etcétera (y, encima, no eran marcas blancas). Batería de cocina cuidada, de calidad y numerosa, lo que no suele ser el caso. Colchones cómodos. Muchas gracias por tanto detalle.

Moradia bem localizada, zona sossegada próximo de tudo, muito limpa, acolhedora e bem decorada com tudo ao dispor. O Sr. Miguel muito atencioso e sempre disponível. Recomendamos a estadia nesta casa, sobretudo indicada para familias com crianças.

Hübsche Ferienwohnung recht nah zum Strand. Ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern. Schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Sauber und geruchsneutral. Mit breiten Balkon. Dort ist die geräuschkolisse der nach dem Garten liegenden Straße hinzunehmen. Die Räüme sind dagegen recht ruhig gelegen. Für den Strandurlaub sind 2 Liegen/Stüle und ein Schirm bereitliegend. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt.

A wonderful house with such friendly owners
The house looks like it has just been rebuilt. The wooden floors and doors are shiny new. The furnishings were really tasteful but leave plenty of space in each room. The kitchen had fruit, sweets, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bread, cheese, ham, water, coca cola, salt, pepper, cooking oil...! There was so much that we would normally have to buy. Thank you so much Clara and Miguel. Clara showed us around and contacted us just twice by text to check if we needed anything. So helpful without being pushy owners. Our breakage deposit was returned before we even got home.

Big apartment close too the beaches and about a 15 minute drive to central Vigo. The owners were really helpful and stocked a few necessities which was really nice.

Great location and apartment for a family holiday near the beach
A beautiful 4 bed apartment very close to the beach in the outskirts of Vigo.Miguel and his family were wonderful hosts and made us very welcome with a fridge full of groceries and wine when we arrived! Would thoroughly recommend to any family.

Férias tranquilas
Casa 100%, não necessita de levar nada, perto da praia, supermercados a menos de 100 mt, bem como Padaria, peixaria e Farmácia. Miguel e Clara, são pessoas *****, continuem assim.. Para o ano voltaremos.

Realmente estupendo. Muy recomendable
Una casa a la que no le falta ningún detalle (incluso te encuentras las cápsulas de café y el aguardiente de hierbas y licor café en la nevera) y cerca de la playa, con todos los servicios alrededor. El trato de los dueños es exquisito y siempre están atentos para ver si necesitas algo. La casa es preciosa y se está realmente cómodo en ella. Si quieres tranquilidad, la tienes, si quieres playa, también... En resumen, han sido las mejores vacaciones que he hecho en Vigo, y eso que va para treinta años que voy a Vigo con frecuencia. Un 10. Inmejorable.

Casa ideal para una familia de 5.
Lo primero a destacar la atención de los propietarios, no faltó detalle por parte de ellos desde la entrada a la casa hasta el último día. La casa está muy bien situada, en una zona tranquila, cerca de supermercados, playa y la ciudad. La casa muy cómoda y cálida. Las habitaciones muy bien acondicionadas y el jardín perfecto para disfrutar especialmente si visitas la casa en verano.

Excelente e extraordinária habitação!!
A nossa estadia nesta casa foi simplesmente excelente!! Os proprietários, Miguel e Clara foram de uma simpatia extraordinária. À chegada o meu filho tinha um carregamento de guloseimas à espera dele. A habitação é extremamente acolhedora e tem tudo o que é necessário, até ao mais pequeno pormenor. Não falta nada, desde pequenos mimos como licor, água, fruta, refrigerantes e muito mais. Tudo na casa cheira a limpo e fresco. Quando infelizmente tivemos de partir, Miguel e Clara presentearam-nos com uns deliciosos doces típicos. Aconselhamos toda a gente a experimentar o que é o saber receber bem e com gosto. Obrigada Clara e Miguel por tudo. Beijinhos do Gabriel.

Estancia sin preocupaciones
Hemos estado en esta preciosa casa cerca de la playa de Vao las últimas 2 semanas de julio. Disfrutamos a tope! La casa es amplia (para seis personas) y limpia. Además no nos faltó de nada, la casa tiene toda la comodidad necesaria. Además los dueños nos proporcionaron con información turística, bebida y comida en abundancia y no se olvidaron de los niños; para ellos había galletas, palomitas, chupa chups etc. La única desventaja es dónde está situada la casa, un poco "escondida" entre dos empresas. Hay bastante ruido del trafico en la carretera detrás de la casa y no hay mucho que ver para dar un paseo con toda la familia. Por otra parte hay aparcamiento suficiente, la playa está a unos quince minutos andando, hay dos supermercados cerca, una panaderia, pescaderia y algunas otras tiendas. Lo que queremos resaltar es la buena atención y servicio por parte de los dueños Miguel y Clara. Recibimos un excelente trato y se preocuparon por nosotros. Le recomendaríamos la casa a cualquiera que valore una estancia sin preocupaciones con atención personal y buen servicio.

Celsa .Unas vacaciones geniales!!!!! Varias cosas para comentar: La casa acogedora, amplia ,super limpia,con todos los utensilios, tiene de todo, con un jardín grande, con frutales ,tumbonas, ,mesas ,silllas , todo muy bien cuidado,sitio tranquilo y bien situado, playa cerca,supermercado ,farmacia ,panadería, peluqueria, cerveceria todo al lado y la gente de los establecimientos muy amables!!!!Lo mejor los propietarios tanto ,Miguel como Clara, súper preocupados, que no nos faltara de nada!!!!! Nos pusieron la cuna y trona para el bebe,nos recibieron con cesta de golosinas para los niños ,bebidas frescas en la nevera,vino , agua ,licores caseros,super detallistas y Clara nos hizo unas galletas y un bizcocho caseros riquisimos!!!!! nunca lo olvidaremos, !!!!!!! La recomiendo, los propietarios ,mejor imposible,da gusto conocer gente como Miguel y Clara, gracias, por hacernos sentir como en nuestra propia casa,!!!!

Excelente trato, estupenda casa.
Tres amigos alquilamos el piso de arriba y nos encantó. Tiene todo lo necesario y está en perfecto estado de limpieza y uso. Además, dispone de un agradable jardín con un par de barbacoas. La casa está a apenas un kilómetro de la playa del Vao, y a unos 10 minutos en coche del centro de Vigo. El autobús urbano a Vigo pasa también al lado de la casa y tarda unos 20 minutos en llegar al centro. Por unos 13€ un taxi te trae de vuelta de noche. El trato por parte de Miguel fue excelente, nos dejó como obsequio unas bebidas en la nevera y en todo momento nos fue de ayuda y se preocupó porque nuestra estancia fuese agradable. Recomiendo esta casa tanto para familias (tiene una habitación especialmente apta para niños) como para grupos de amigos.
