The swimming pool is seasonal and only open and available for use from mid-April through the end of October (weather permitting).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great options

We had a great time utilizing all of the things this property offered. The pool, playground area was great. The house had a grill, table tennis, garage parking.. anything you need to have a great vacation. It is about 5 miles from the middle of town and 30 from the entrance to arches! Beautiful view from the porch too!

Wonderful weekend!

This was the best rental home we've ever stayed at. We cooked each of our meals and this kitchen was better stocked than my own! The vibe the decor brings is tranquil and homey. The art throughout the house is tasteful and the theme is uniquely Moab. Location was great, outside of town but still very close and we had easy access to all the 4x4 trails we went on. I couldn't recommend this home more!! Can't wait to come back :)

Would be five star with better cleaning

We arrived two hours after check in which is a good thing as the unit was still being cleaned. No contact with us that the unit was not ready at 4. Glad we were not there at 4. I have never rented before where the cleaning was this far behind check in time. There was stains in the carpet of the master bedroom and the bar stools in the kitchen which are not acceptable when you pay this much per night. The worst was the shower curtains, especially in the master bath. This curtain had orange slime over the bottom portion with black mold in the corners. I can tolerate this as I don’t have to touch the shower curtain but I did contact the 800 number to notify them about this problem. This person assured me that I would be contacted with 24 hours by a local rep and the problem fixed. Unfortunately I never heard from the local person during the next three days. I hope they took care of this problem before the next renter.

The condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. Great job stocking needed supplies. There were also extra treats. We will be back. We have stayed in many condos at Rim Village and Rim Vista over the last 20 years and this unit was my favorite, of all.

Perfect spot for a group

This place had everything you could think of for a stay for a family or a big group of friends. It was far enough away from town that it wasn't as crowded but close enough to activities and restaurants. Awesome place to visit!

Perfect stay in Moab

The house had everything that we needed and more. We arrived in the afternoon and getting in the hse was very easy. It's on a safe neighborhood just outside of downtown Moab. The house was very clean and comfortable. We even did some cooking and laundry during our stay. We also made use of the pools to cool off after hiking in the parks. Being just a few minutes from Arches NP entrance, we were able to go to the park each day we were there (sunrise, afternoon, and sunset).We would stay again if we're in Moab. Thank you Vacasa!
