This Windsor Court villa has everything you need for leisure on your next beach vacation. With an ideal location directly on a peaceful stretch of beachfront property, the Palmetto Dunes area gives you access to all of the best beach and water activities. It’s also convenient to area attractions and numerous dining and shopping options. The resort's many amenities include a private beach boardwalk with showers for direct access to the beach; a grill and covered gazebo; and an oceanfront pool (heated seasonally), kiddie pool, and hot tub all nestled within the resort grounds.

The open and spacious living area offers plenty of seating for your guests along with a well-equipped kitchen and a large balcony to bring the amazing views of the ocean right to you. You'll enjoy home comforts including a washer/dryer and free WiFi. At the end of the day, relax and enjoy a restful night's sleep in the primary suites, each of which includes a TV and a DVD player as well as private bathrooms. The guest room offers plenty of additional sleeping space and includes a TV with a DVD player and MP3 port. It also has easy access to the hall bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower.

The pool is not heated from April 30th to November 30th. The kid pool is not heated all year round.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was great. The people directly below us kept us up all nite every nite. The parking was good although the spaces need to be wider. Large vehicles are hard to park in such a small place. VRBO charges EXCESSIVE fees therefore I will not go thru vrbo again

Wonderful relaxing week.

The unit was very clean and well stocked. The views were amazing and the location was perfect. There are a few things that need some attention. One of the screens to the patio was out of the frame, the sink in one king bathroom drains very slowly and the patio doors are very difficult to slide. Also the dishwasher does not clean the dishes well. Other than what I have stated we are looking forward to renting this unit again.

Wonderful house and resort, not wonderful Management Company

The condo was great, very spacious and clean when we arrived. It had a perfect view and had all the amenities we would need. There were a couple of things I wanted to contact the management company about and never could get someone to call me back so I gave up. The main issue being that the blinds in the living room would not go up and down, thankfully they were up and we didn’t have anyone sleeping on the pull out couch (which there weren’t extra linens anywhere for this if we did need to use it) so it wasn’t too big of an issue. There were also a couple of outside chairs that were broke and we wanted to inform them about those but again, we couldn’t get anyone to answer and since they were like that when we got there we didn’t spend much time stressing over it.

The View and Layout

Amenities in unit weren’t what we expected

TV in living room -could not turn channel all week. No pool towels- we had to use bath towels which were very cheap. We asked where washing machine detergent was- agent said they were a brown unmarked liquid in plastic pods. Bath soaps and shampoo samples were like Holiday Inn Express. This has not been our experience in other properties we have stayed at. We paid A LOT of money for this week- would not stay at this Unit again, but would rent a different unit. On the beach, nice pool great location- very low grades in amenities.

Loved everything. This place was up to date and beautiful. I will definitely stay here again if available. Beach access, beach chairs, bikes, stores, all at your fingertips. Short bike ride to Crossfit Hilton Head. Always love Hilton Head island and this place just helped me know why. The Condo had everything available for cooking. Beautiful sunrise view!

We always go to Palmetto Dunes and loved this unit. Large size , great view of ocean and easy access. The heated pool was very nice with great grilling area, hot tub and firepit. Our friends had never been there before and loved the island and the unit. They want to come back his fall.
