Brand new to the market - our gorgeous and rustic apartment situated right in the middle of Warwick Avenue, Maida Vale and Queens Park.

In this apartment, we offer three separate bedrooms with a separate kitchen and a separate lounge room - no sofa beds needed!

As with all of our apartments, this one too has all the 'home away from home' amenities. We love this apartment as it has such a lovely vibe to it as well as being incredibly well located.

Great location, fun place

We really enjoyed our stay in this appartment. The place was very cozy, it had 3 different levels, which was fun. The upper level definitely looked the best, it had a really nice bathroom and pretty bedroom. We were with 6 girls and there was definitely just enough space for us. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with more than 6 people, if you like a little more space. The kitchen table just fit us six. But if you need a fun place to stay in a really convenient location (nearest metro station is 8 minutes away, bus station only about 3-5) this appartment is a really great option. The neighbours were very nice as well!

Why they chose this property

I live in the area! I know it, I love it and I want you to love it too!

I have lived in this area for over 20 years and, having very extensive knowledge of London, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. It is so close to everything and is close enough to the West End that if you can't be bothered getting the tube home, it's a very cheap cab ride home (but not a black cab BTW!!).

The transport links for this property are just brilliant and so extensive and the local area has a great village type feel to it with loads of cafés, pubs, restaurants and many more shops. It's well located for local supermarkets also so you will really not need to go out of your way for all the things you need.
