This very spacious Conway vacation home features a private hot tub and mountain views - it's the perfect location for a wonderful vacation! There are four bedrooms including a huge master suite with its own quiet private balcony.

The main level features a large updated kitchen, a living room, three bedrooms, and a screened porch. A family space completes the lower level - a perfect getaway for kids to play, as well as the fourth bedroom. Conveniences include three bathrooms, a private washer and dryer, flatscreen TVs in each bedroom, and wireless internet. And an air hockey table is perfect for tournaments all week!

From here, it's just six miles to Cranmore and downtown North Conway, and the home is close to the Saco River. You'll have nice mountain views off the side deck. This home is ideal for any season!

Relocated from this property

When we arrived to the home, I had to use toilet facilities. At that time, there was only a drip coming from the faucet. This led me to check all showers and faucets and found little or no water pressure. I was instructed to try and find water line to make sure that was on. I was unable to find this. With lots of back and forth conversation, I was told a service person would be contacted. Hours later, no service person arrived. We then requested a change in location, that our first day’s plans were already ruined. It took until about 8pm to get a relocation. It was smaller without a hot tub which was disappointing. That property had issues as well. We did get a small credit but all these issues really negatively impacted our short weekend stay.

Nice place

This property was nice overall. It was pretty clean, minus some corner cobwebs. Our biggest complaint was the bathtub in the master bedroom was clogged, but there are two other bathrooms so it wasn’t too inconvenient. The hot tub was great, location was beautiful, and the house was more than spacious enough for 6 of us. Overall it was a great place for a long weekend.

Hot Tub weekend

The property was just as advertised. We stuck the teenagers in the basement and they had their own space to watch TV or play games. The property was in a convenient location to downtown North Conway. We got in the Hot tub every chance we got and had some wonderful quality time as family.

Great location and home

The house was nice and comfortable. The bathrooms, bedrooms and living space were all very nice though the house had poor lighting. When I arrived I had to replace 2 light bulbs and 2 smoke detector batteries and the kitchen lights did not turn on. I called the management company and they said they would send someone but they never did. I lived without kitchen lights for 3 nights, frustrating.

Comfortable and spacious home

We rented the house for an adult group trip. We really appreciated that every bedroom had a double or larger, and the common spaces were very large, and accommodated us more than comfortably. It snowed while we were there, and the property management company stayed in touch with us about how to access the roads and get a plow service. In addition, one of us forgot some thing after check out, and the property management company was very responsive And helpful. I would definitely recommend this house to a group of friends, or even a large and extended family.

The house was clean and the set up was perfect for grandkids, having the games and the entertainment {xbox, games}. The kitchen did not have oven mitts, which was difficult with thanksgiving dinner. We woke up the first day with 6 inches of snow. It was beautiful until we found out we had one shovel, and we had to shovel a very long driveway. Multiple text to the management company and the final text is 'It is shoveled as best as can before you arrive , since it snows that's why we give a shovel for guests to do so when they need it once you're there." Before booking I saw a review about shoveling the driveway and the comment was, the cars were in the way and they couldn't plow it?? This was not the case on this trip and I will not rent this place again for that reason. The instructions for the trash stated not to leave bags out, only place in trash can and if you need it emptied call and they will come to empty. Well we did and they asked us to send a picture, we did and they never came to emptied ,a full garbage can. I would say you have some issues with your services.

Girls weekend

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway catching up with old friends! Within a 10 min drive to the outlets, hiking trails, Saco river, and Cranmore Mountain. A quick 25 min ride to the Fryberg Fair as well. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, and we really want the hot tub after long days of being out and about.

Nice cozy home just hope it doesn’t snow!

Nice clean house! New clean hot tub which we really enjoyed. Our one complaint was that we were told in order to park our 4 vehicles in the driveway we would be required to shovel our way in. There was over a 1’ of snow from the night before. Check in time was suppose to be 4pm, we where told we could check in early so we decided to head strait to the house at 230pm thankfully we did because It was after 6:30 PM before we were able to pull in the driveway. Imagine if we showed up in the middle of the night we would of been stuck! Unfortunately I had to call multiple times and argue with a few people to finally get someone out there. I was told two separate times that we had to shovel the driveway ourselves! After asking for a refund and having the police come and confirm that street parking was banned they finally found someone to come with a snow blower. He did an amazing job but again it was after 630pm. We had time to speak to surrounding neighbors while waiting outside and they also confirmed that this wasn’t the first time renters where told to shovel their way in. All in all it is a nice house just be prepared with a shovel in your trunk if snow is in the forecast!

Beautiful location in Conway

This house was beautiful. Immaculate condition when we walked in. Bathroom and bedrooms are perfectly set up with the right amenities. The kitchen comes fully stocked. Perfect for a family getaway or even a girls weekend. I would stay here again and again.

Relaxing weekend at the foot of a mountain

The house was HUGE and not too far from the main drag of North Conway. Nice view of the nearby mountain from the hot tub. Would def stay here again. P.S. The neighbors are close by, so definitely not a party house if that's what you're looking for. This is a place to relax, not rage.

Great house

Great house, lots of space. No AC but they had fans ready to go in every room. TVs in each room was a plus! Only bad thing the hot tub was not clean or ready to use… that was pretty disappointing. Overall a great house.

Red Ridge Disappointment

Let me begin by saying Red Ridge is basically a nice large home with comfortable furnishings. However the place could use a deep clean. Cutlery was dirty ( the d/w filter needs cleaning). The two tea towels were dingy and stained. Placemats were sticky. When we opened the windows the space between glass and screens was full of insects and debris. Most screens need replacing. The patio screen door latch is broken and the track is so dirty we could hardly open it. The bathroom sinks are clogged and slow to drain. The hinges on several kitchen cupboards need tightening because the doors are practically falling off. TV remotes are missing or impossible to find and some of the TVs don’t work. Only two of the four bbq burners work. The hot tub was completely cloudy and murky and unfit to use. This special feature was the reason we chose this listing. When I reported this to Vacasa the next morning the response was that a repair ticket would be sent out. No one came during the next five days of our stay. This is a big home quite nicely furnished but the management company is not keeping the home to the standards advertised. I have rented from VRBO many times before but have always dealt directly with an owner. This is my first time there has been an intermediary. If this is an example of the service provided by Vacasa it leaves much to be desired. They did reimburse me the $90 hot tub fee but this means little to two disappointed teens.

Goid location. Updated home.clean hot tub.only thing wrong is there were no directions on what to do with the garbage and didn't know how to contact home owner as i have numerous time before on vrbo and didn't get a response on email othe than that plan on renting it again next year

Great Rental For Families

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood away from the town center. It had everything we needed. The hot tub is a bit older and didn’t get as hot as we would have liked, but the kids enjoyed it. Very well laid out home with a nice area for kids to hang out downstairs. Great value for the space and would recommend.

Awesome hot tub!

This house was perfect weekend get away in the winter. The hot tub was amazing and kept its temperature even in -10 degrees! Would definitely stay here again.
