Spend your vacation in comfort and style at Long Beach Resort. Located on the first floor of Tower 3, this condo has so much to offer. It is the closest one bedroom to the lagoon pool!! This tastefully decorated 750 sq ft condo is just the place for you to get away and relax. The spacious balcony is your own private beachside oasis where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or end the day with a nice glass of chardonnay.

Access the balcony from your bedroom or living room. Both rooms have floor to ceiling windows for fabulous views of the Gulf. Newly installed tile throughout!!

The condo features a king size bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for families!! Recently remodeled bathroom, with new backsplash! The bathroom features a large marble garden tub/shower combination and a separate dressing area with double marble vanities so everyone has plenty of room to get ready for the beach or an evening out.

We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen has been recently renovated and is absolutely stunning! The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances!

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping and a seasonal poolside bar and grill.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! Beach Service offers rentals for chairs and umbrellas, jet skis, para-sailing, etc., weather permitting.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away. This condo provides free wifi access as well.

This a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older.

The condo was in a great location close to shopping, Walmart and lots of restaurants. Beach was clean and beautiful. The condo itself definitely could use a better cleaning lots of dirt on fans, ceilings, and under the furniture

Pool was awesome. Tiki bar way overpriced. Room was great except shower that slow drained and tvs that needed computer science major to work. Balcony awesome. Beach chairs made it great. Will come back. Looks like they were improving the place also and talked to property owners who said so also

We really enjoy our stay in this beautiful condo. The view is fantastic on the first floor with windows in each room so you can see the ocean from each room! I would definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!! I give it a 5 star rating!!

We really enjoyed the condo. The location on the 1st floor was perfect, never had to use the elevator. My only complaint is the condo needs a deep cleaning. There was thick dust on the bedroom lampshades, tv and wall art. Tile floors need a deep cleaning too. However, I would stay here again in hopes that housekeeping deep cleans.

The property was fantastic! Beach was even better! The view of the Gulf from our balcony was wonderful. Only used the large pool in the middle and it was very nice. We are just beach people. Check in was easy. I honestly can't say a negative thing. The location was great. Right in the middle of everything. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Great location.
This was the perfect property for us. Check-in was easy. There was plenty of parking. The condo was located close to the pool and beach access. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The condo was just as shown in the online pictures. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and the kitchen was adequate for that. The beach chair set up was a nice bonus. Our only complaint was that the couch is uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

This could be a great place
This needs some work to make it a great place, shower curtain was awful didn’t have all the hooks on it & not long enough to keep water in the shower. Went to Walmart & bought a shower liner & hooks. Mattress needs replaced, very uncomfortable. Couch not comfortable. I can imagine the upkeep on these places can be expensive but just with a few minor changes this place would be outstanding. The furnace filter was nasty but the box of filters in the closet was the wrong size. The lights in the bathroom was 3 different kinds of bulbs some white lighting & some yellow lighting. Not sure if owner has someone else taking care of this condo or what but this could be fixed, cleaning wasn’t great either. Would not rent again unless redone.

The balcony view is amazing!! The only complaint is the beach service. They start taking umbrellas and chairs around 3. I also realize that this is at no fault of the condo owner as they just pay for a service. Otherwise we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great location!
We loved the location. The view is wonderful and Long Beach is not too busy and crazy and it makes it easy just to go straight to the beach and relax. It’s a short walk, very easy. The only problem is the shower is leaky and water pours into the floor so most of our towels went to that. Overall we would definitely stay here again :)

Awesome location - overall enjoyed
Within walking distance of laid back beach bars in either direction. The resort has a bar at the lagoon pool as well. Hot-tub was nice, and i believe there were more than one. The condo is on the beach and was very peaceful in the mornings to sit on balcony. Beach chairs were easy and belonged to us all week no issues. With umbrella and cushions. Paint seemed fresh and furniture and appliances are up to date. Only complaint is that the cleaning/maintenance staff needs to be revived. The tub had smears and stains, and did not look cleaned before we arrived. The tub is not caulked to walls and leaked a river under the tub to the door. The ceiling fan needs to be dusted.

The place was great for my husband and I, close to I the pool and could do the steps or elevator.
The light bulb was burnt out in the bathroom, luckily the one over the tub worked. The shower curtain was not wide enough and water ran out of the tub bad. Otherwise the place was really nice and had a great stay.

This is our third time at Long Beach Resort and we love it there. The location is great and we also like that it is gated with 24 hour security. This one bedroom condo had the perfect view and was good sized. It could have been cleaner, especially the tub. Other than that it was good. Thank you

1st Floor is PERFECT
The 1st floor was super convenient, we used the steps (the elevator is close by if needed). The pool is a very short walk and easy access to the beach. The beach chairs were awesome. You tell the beach attendant which condo room your in and you have the same chairs all week. The location is close to The Wharf, Pineapple Willys & Walmart. Very min cons to this property. There were only 3 bath towels for a family of 4 so unfortunately I had to wash them quite often. The shower curtain didn't reach the complete length of the shower which made it hard to not get water in the floor.
