Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in diesem kleinen Idyll mit wunderschönem Innenhof. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig um sich gut zu erholen. Die Entfernung zum Strand in 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso die Altstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt- für uns war es perfekt

Charming little house right next to city centre

This charming house with garden is located in a quiet area, but shops, restaurants, beach are in 5/10 minutes walking distance. Contact with the owner and check in were very pleasant and quick. I recommend this accommodation highly!

Kleine Oase

Wir haben uns auf Anhieb in dieses geschmackvolle kleine Anwesen verliebt. Alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt in einem Ferienhaus braucht, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhige Wohngegend und nur wenige Gehminuten, und man ist im angenehmen Trubel der Altstadt. Sehr nette Vermieter und angenehme Betreuung vor Ort. Immer wieder gerne.

kleine oase

wir haben hier die ersten 3 juli-wochen 2023 verbracht und hatten sehr schöne ferien. das haus ist absolut zweckmässig und entspricht der beschreibung der besitzer. wir haben uns zu zweit sehr wohl gefühlt. die kommunikation mit den besitzern war reibungslos, check-in und check-out unkompliziert und zweckmäsdig. küche, ofen, grill, waschmaschine usw. - alles da und funktionstüchtig. die klimaanlage im schlafzimmer gold wert! den aussenbereich - zitronenbäume, sofa, tischchen - haben wir praktisch jeden abend benutzt. der stadtstrand ist zu fuss locker in 10 gehminuten erreichbar. andere strände mit auto auch in 10 minuten. die altstadt mit vielen restaurants ist auch ca. 10 minuten entfernt. die unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert! wir haben es sehr genossen.

Très agréable, mais plus petit qu'indiqué sur l'annonce

Location agréable, très propre, très calme et très bien placée (courses et plage à pieds). Un bémol toutefois : la location est indiquée pour une surface intérieure de 50 m2, or elle doit faire environ 35 m2. La différence est grande !!! Cela dit, elle est très agréable pour deux personnes et dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire et de qualité. Très bon couchage ! L'emplacement est calme et le jardinet (lui aussi sans doute plus petit qu'indiqué) est agréable. Le parking se fait dans la rue, mais sans véritable difficulté.

D'abord, un accueil formidable. Gaëlle est disponible et accueillante. Merci pour le basilic... La maison est très propre en plus d être très cocon, aménagée et décorée avec goût. Située près de la ville et des plages, mais au calme, nous avons pu faire tout à pieds. Pas de place de stationnement, pour autant jamais de souci pour se garer. Je recommande totalement cette maisonnette.

Très belle adresse sur Sainte-Maxime

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Sainte-Maxime dans cette adorable petite maison. La maison est proche du centre ville tout en étant au calme pour profiter de l'extérieur. Elle est décorée avec goût et c'est très propre. Rien ne manque et les propriétaires sont charmants. Un vrai petit cocon !

Idéal, au calme mais a 2 pas du centre

Maisonnette mignonne comme tout au calme sans vis-à-vis, arborée, bien équipée, décorée avec goût et climatisée. A deux pas du centre ville, de la vieille ville, de la plage et du port. Nous avons tout fait à pied et apprecié le retour au calme et au frais lors de notre retour dans la maisonnette. Sainte-Maxime est une ville balnéaire très agréable, vivante, sécurisante et très propre. Les contacts avec la propriétaire et la gérance sont d'excellente qualité. Nous revenons enchantés de notre séjour alors n'hésitez pas, réservez vous ne serez pas décus ;-)

Ferienhäuschen im Herzen von Sainte Maxime

In einer kleinen Einbahnstrasse im Herzen von Sainte Maxime empfängt sie ein Kleinod. Es ist alles da Terrasse mit Markise, Klimaanlage, best ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes Schlafzimmer und Bad. In 5 Minuten beim Bäcker und im Supermarkt, in 10 Minuten am Stadtstrand oder im Zentrum und der kleinen Fußgängerzone mit Marche couvert. Günstig für kleine Ausflüge und das tolle mit dem Bateau vert nach St. Tropez ohne Stress.
