Wake up in the large master suite everyday & walk out to the pool. House appointed with new, updated mattresses & furniture. ONE OF A KIND, NO PROPERTY LIKE THIS LOCATION & AMENITIES.
Wilton Haven House is our pride, joy & sweat equity we have opened up to guests & they will have full access to entire property including pool, relaxing in jacuzzi hot tub or sun bathing in the private fenced backyard. With a large outdoor dining table and sunning area. There is a washer & dryer & tons of Amenities no other house has.

Great location.

Great location and beautiful home. Exactly as listed. Had everything we needed. Short walk to anywhere on the drive. Todd was great to deal with.

Beautiful house at a great location!

The house and backyard are beautiful and it’s located close to everything! We walked to the ice cream shop on multiple nights! Lots of restaurants close by and the beach was just a short drive. The pool was 70 degrees which was too cold for us to swim, but we definitely used the backyard. Yes, I read all of the info. regarding laundry, but it was still a pain to wait two full days to use the washer and dryer (we usually wash our gym clothes the minute we walk in the door). I would rather pay more and have laundry included. We experienced temps from 40 degrees (outside) to 80. The thermostat was locked so we were not able to turn on the heat and air when needed (we needed both during our stay!). The owner was out of the country so contact was limited.

My stay

The house was beautiful. I didn’t see it in the listing because it was all the way at the bottom but you have to pay to use the jacuzzi with jets, daily! There was only one trash bag and one roll of paper towels for 6 people for a 6 day stay even though we were told a starter kit would be left. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The front bathroom was supposedly “brand new” but the bath and sink both didn’t drain. The host was hostile and didn’t seem to be up to date on the property. The host also accused my group of breaking a mirror and charged $120 to VRBO when we left even though I had a picture of it with time stamp from when we left. Just be sure to take a video walk through before you leave so this doesn’t happen to you!! The house itself was beautiful and close to down town.

Great house and location

This house was great for our stay. We wish we had more control over the timing of the hot tub and temperature controls inside. Location and proximity to things was wonderful. The house itself was very comfortable.

Unexpected charges

I didn’t know I would have to pay for jacuzzi or washing machine until a few days before stay. Also we were constantly worrying about coasters. There were 2 small pots. Not a bigger one to make pasta etc.

Great location! Nice pool

The pictures do not really show how nice the house is! The property is in a great location, close to the Wilton strip. The backyard is really nice, long pool for laps, lounge chairs, plenty of space for outdoor games (not provided), beach chairs, and hot tub however it does have a limited usage times and an extra cost. They did provide pool and beach towels, and all kitchen necessities. Overall was a great stay and the property location can’t be beat!

Wilton Manors

Walking through the front door was exactly what I expected, every room was neat, clean and totally updated also fully equipped with everything we needed. The back yard was beautiful and very relaxing, we also enjoyed how centrally located the the property was to many other beach locations. Also our host Todd was always available if we we had any questions and was great to work with. Thank You,

Excellent Home

The house its located in the heart of almost everything. restaurants, bars, entertainment, beaches. We loved our Christmas vacation at this location. Todd is an outstanding host.

Nice vacation house

My wife and I along with our adult daughter and friend rented Todd's house in Wilton Manors. The house was beautiful and the backyard/pool area was awesome! The check-in process was seamless. We had great weather and were able to enjoy the pool every day. There were a couple hiccups with the hot tub but Todd was was very responsive with his texts. The location was convenient to Ft. Lauderdale. We had other family staying in Pompano Beach which was only a 15 minute drive. Would stay there again!

Nicely decorated and spacious

This property is very nice for younger adults who enjoy the bar scene and action. I wouldn't recommend it for elderly couples or families with youngsters.

Property is a gem. Perfect location and very quaint and inviting.

From booking to arrival and checkout the owner was available and very accommodating and helpful. The property is excellent and more spacious than it appears in pics. The outdoor area with pool and hot tub were perfectly maintained. The location is also perfectly situated for walking to all that Wilton Manors has to offer. Just prior to arrival the software used for the pool and hot tub were updated preventing use of hot tub until late that evening, but the owner was quick to communicate with us and remotely worked on the system to ensure it was ready for us the next day when we were ready to use it. The owner was great to make recommendations for things to do and restaurants to enjoy. A hospitality book was provided that was very helpful and provided all needed info for the property and area. There was a minor mishap with a broken part for the retractable sun awning and the owner was understanding and easy to work with on how to repair. Overall great property and experience and I would highly recommended others stay at this location for a relaxing stay and great experience.
