About this property

The property is quietly located at the end of a dead end with a secure automatic gate. It consists of an apartment of 50m2 on the ground floor and a large terrace overlooking a secure swimming pool (11mx6m) facing south. The apartment is classified in a 3-star category by the Sanary tourist office (March 2017). Linen and towels provided.
The land also offers places shaded by pines and century-old olive trees for a well-deserved nap.
A fitness area and a pétanque court are also available.
The apartment consists of a bedroom for 2 people (160x200 bed) large storage and a shower room (Italian), wc, towel dryer. Hair dryer and towels provided.
The living room has a sofa bed (160x200) thus accommodating two additional people.

Hidden gem!

We had great week in the apartment. Excellent location on the outskirts of Sanary Sur Mer. Apartment was very well equipped and pool was superb. Stunning views from the terrace and super quiet yet only minutes away from shops, restaurants and beaches. Marc was an excellent host! Highly recommended.

Un excellent séjour

Nous remercions Marc pour son accueil chaleureux et son sourire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très confortable, bien équipé et au calme. La piscine privée, au pied de l'appartement, est très agréable. La terrasse ombragée est très appréciable, lorsqu'il fait chaud. Le jardin est également très sympa, avec des coins d'ombre sous les arbres et un terrain de pétanque. Un petit mot également pour Joko, le chien du propriétaire, qui est très affectueux.

Een echte toplocatie. Rustig gelegen. Mooi appartement met terras, tuin en super zwembad. Prettige host. Voldoet aan alle verwachtingen. Centrum van Sanary sur Mer is dichtbij. Absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar.

Idéal au calme

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Notre hôte est attentif à notre bien-être. Même si celui-ci est discret, il reste disponible pour partager ses connaissances sur la région. Le logement est propre, bien équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût dans un bel environnement. Lors de votre arrivée, nous avons apprécié les petites attentions mis à notre disposition par notre hôte. L’appartement est propre et bien équipé, la terrasse est agréable et la piscine est absolument magnifique. Tout ça dans une grande propriété bien entretenue et avec une vue splendide. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec une décoration très sympa sans parler de la terrasse et de la piscine à disposition. Notre hôte était très discret tout en étant très disponible. L'accueil était excellent ainsi que les conseils pendant le séjour. Tout était parfait et le lieu est encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und hat einen riesengroßen Pool, der sehr gepflegt ist und den man ganz für sich alleine hat. Vom Rand des Pools aus hat man teilweise Blick auf das Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr angenehm, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf dem großen Grundstück findet man als zusätzliches Highlight einen Boule-Platz zwischen alten Olivenbäumen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Séjour idyllique !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le propriétaire Marc et sa famille (sans oublier Joko leur adorable chien) sont hyper accueillants et bienveillants. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Marc est très sympathique et discret en même temps. Il nous a donné les bonnes adresses de visite. Magnifique piscine ! Appartement est superbe : propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Un lit parapluie était là pour notre enfant. Je recommande !

Propriétaire très chaleureux et attentionné!!!! Petit cadeau à l’arrivée : du Rosé local, de quoi faire revivre nos papilles dans l’eau!! Appartement très propre, literie très confortable, et clairement il n’y a rien à dire!!!!!à part que les photos ne reflètent pas tout à fait la réalité: c’est encore plus beau en vrai! La propriété a une vue sur mer!!!! Je recommande ++++

Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Emplacement calme = au fond d une impasse. Propriétaire très sympa, disponible, qui donne de bons conseils (resto, visites...) À refaire pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine.

Tolles Objekt für Ausflüge und Entspannung in Sanary

Marco ist ein super Host und das Objekt entspricht voll der Beschreibung. Wir haben tolle Tage in Sanary verbracht und unsere Ausflüge mit dem eigenen Fahrrad nach Six Four Les Plage und Sanary genossen sowie hinterher das Relaxen am Pool. Wir kommen wieder!

Petit coin de paradis dans les hauteurs de Sanary

L'appartement est très propre et décoré avec goût, tout le nécessaire y est, même la bouteille de rosé au frais! Accueil parfait de Marc, un hôte prévenant et chaleureux mais discret, de très bon conseil pour découvrir la région (plages, restaurants...). Grand jardin et piscine de rêve. Nous reviendrons certainement.
