The house is 200 m from the beach, access is via a forest path.

The villa includes a pleasant living room of 42 m2 open on a large terrace.

The house enjoys a south / east orientation that allows you to enjoy the sun from breakfast and throughout the day.

You have 3 beautiful independent rooms, 2 open directly on the south terrace.

Equipments: 2 double beds in garden rooms.

In the 3rd bedroom: 1 double bed + 2 beds of 1 place.
Mattress and pillow protectors are provided.
(Possibility of linen tariff according to number of beds)

2 separate toilets.

A functional kitchen of 12 m2 equipped and arranged, including a plate 5 fires gas, 1 big oven smeg, 1 dishwasher, 1 micro wave,
Nespresso coffee maker + filter coffee maker + 1 kettle
Adjoining the kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine 8 kg + 1 dryer.

For outdoor meals on the terrace: a table + 8 chairs. 4 chiliennes - a large gas griddle - a barbecue area.

The garden is enclosed, outside in front of the house a location for your car.

The Menage is payable locally to the person who will receive you (50 €) we ask a deposit of 700 € to cover any damage on bedding, sofa ... (not cashed which will be returned to you at the end of the stay)

Belle semaine au calme
Nous avons passé une semaine très reposante dans cette maison comfortable et spacieuse , équipée de tout le nécessaire, belle terrasse et jardin de sable, au calme avec l’air marin et chants d’oiseaux. Maison très bien située : de belles promenades dans le bois et à 5 min à pied de l’océan, avec peu de monde sur les plages. On reviendra avec plaisir.

Wunderschönes Haus und charaktervoller Innenhof. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Herrliche Ruhe (abgesehen von der - kurzen - morgendlichen Anlieferung für das gegenüberliegende Freizeitresort). Schöner naher Strand. Baden bis Oktober. Schöne Grüße von den Hunden.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable malgré une météo capricieuse. Le positionnement central de la maison sur l'île et la proximité de la plage sont appréciables. Attention quand même à veiller à la propreté des lieux avant l'arrivée de nouveaux locataires.

Aménagée sobrement et de manière moderne, la maison est confortable et comporte tout le nécessaire en parfait état. Agréable avec son jardin de sable et sa terrasse qui permettent la vie à l'extérieur. Petit bémol :la chambre des enfants est petite , sommeil et espace à partager...

Maison très agréable, comme un cocon, fonctionnelle, équipée avec du matériel de qualité (le grille-pain par exemple), le jardin clos arboré est de taille idéale pour surveiller les enfants avec assez de place, la plage est toute proche avec un chemin dans les pinèdes dépaysant. En vélo le centre et ses commerces sont facilement accessibles mais un peu loin à pied. Excellentes vacances ! Tristes de quitter cette maison et l'île..

Jolie maison située au calme, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Literie très confortable. Maison très bien équipée avec de l'électroménager de grande qualité. Accueil très chaleureux de Madame Prudhomme qui s'est vraiment montrée soucieuse de notre bien-être tout au long du séjour. Très beau jardin clos idéal avec des enfants.
