Nice One Bedroom & One Bath Condominium located in the Scenic Meadow Area of Mammoth Lakes with views of the Sherwin Mountains. Sleeps up to 4 (approx. 800 Sq. Ft.). This spacious ground floor unit is all one level. There are a few outside stairs to enter the unit. A bright corner condo with lots of windows to let the light and take in the view. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the living room has 1 queen sofa bed and 1 twin bed. There are 2 TV`s and Wifi in the unit. Pet Friendly. Wood burning fireplace. There is one outside parking space available. Sunrise Condominiums offer a Spa, Seasonal Swimming Pool and Sauna. Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office. Well worn

Location is very good and we will return to the area although not to this unit. The unit was very dated and very dark, a big surprise since the online pictures show a bright unit. The living room had one small table lamp that was inadequate. The bathroom fan clanked and could not be left on long enough to do much good.

Fantastic lodging in a skier’s paradise

We drove down from Portland, Oregon to ski Mammoth Mountain, and had great snow and bluebird weather- a fantastic skiing experience! We then returned home just before a huge snow event occurred. The lodging was excellent in all respects- spacious for a one bedroom condominium, excellent amenities and well equipped, not to mention very clean and tidy. Also, perfect location- close but not within the center of town, and a direct route to the ski area. I would recommend this accommodation most highly, and without reservation!

Clean & well stocked

Very clean condo. Comfortable and easy to access on the first floor. Kitchen was stocked very well with everything we needed to cook. Comfortable beds, easy check in and parking right out in front of the unit. We had a great stay!

Great spot in Mammoth Lakes

Booked for three nights; traveled to Mammoth to participate in the Gran Fondo. Two of us and our fur baby, Scooter. The ground floor location was ideal because it meant Scooter did not have to climb any stairs. It is a great spot with views of the mountains and proximity to walking trail(s). The condo has a lot of character, with lots of old-world European flair. Being collectors of Swiss bells, we appreciated all of them hanging from the walls. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything matched the listing description and the listing pics were accurate. The complex is quiet, clean, and well maintained. Had a little trouble with the electronic lock. It took at least two tries to be successful (a little finicky and a little user error will do that). We will definitely consider staying there again. The Fondo is an annual trip for us and our experience was very good.

Close to Everything

We could walk to town and get to trails quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. We could sit out one the balcony and enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. We were able to bring our little dog with us. The one thing we weren't very happy about is the grounds around the condo. They watered constantly and didn't pick up a dead rodent that was near the condo. Also, there was glass by the trash container that never got swept up. Other than that we were very pleased.

Perfect stay for a mom/son ski trip!

This condo was just the right size for our mid-week ski trip. Although ever is vintage early 80’s, everything is tidy, clean and in good working order. Nice view of the mountains to the south from the bedroom and living room. The bus and night trolley pick up right around the corner, about a block away. Communication with the management service was excellent.

Convenient

Cozy, clean, and convenient. The hot tub was amazing after riding the slopes. Good price. We arrived during a snow storm. They kept the snow plowed on the parking lot and the pathways.

Great location!

This was my first time in Mammoth and it was wonderful! There are so many beautiful hikes nearby and it’s a quick drive to Yosemite. The complex is quiet, you’ll often see deer hanging out, and I even saw a mama bear and her two cubs. I stayed with my dog and you can walk to nearby trails, which was great. Communication and checkin was easy.

August summer trip

This condo is in a great location. It's cozy and pretty quiet. Only thing that was bad was the bed in the master. It was uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room so it worked out. It was relaxing and we enjoyed our trip. Always enjoy our visits to Mammoth!
