Maison impeccable et très pratique avec beau jardin
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances avec ma maman moins-valide, dans cette maison très bien pensée et équipée, en plus d'être joliment décorée. La cuisine est ultra complète, tout est neuf et impeccable. Les nuits sont paisibles dans ce quartier calme et verdoyant. Idéalement située pour visiter l'île d'Oléron et les nombreux endroits passionants dans les alentours sur le continent.

Maison conforme a l'annonce. De belles surfaces, cuisine tres bien equipée, suite parentale au top. Bien accueillie et maison tres propre.bref on recommande. En plus c'est a 2 min des plages et a 1 min du centre ville. Belle maison, belle region !

La maison située à proximité de la forêt est très calme. Les prestations sont conformes à la description. La maison est parfaitement équipée ( beaucoup de vaisselle et de choses à disposition…). Bon accueil. Sommes ravis de notre séjour 😊

Séjour très agréable. La maison quasiment neuve est située dans un environnement très calme. Son agencement, ses prestations et les locaux très lumineux ont contribué à l'agrément de notre séjour. L'accueil et la restitution des clefs à notre départ se sont très bien passés. La proximité et la rapidité d'accès à de nombreux sites touristiques sont également applicables.

Une maison très agréable, nous avons particulièrement la cuisine tourné vers le salon et une magnifique vue qui donne sur un bois à travers des baies vitrées. Séjour agréable et reposant.

Property had everything we needed
Booking, checking in and out and communication with owner was excellent. Kitchen and bathrooms fully equipped and excellent. Sofas in lounge were uncomfortable and could do with replacing. More soft furnishings would enhance the ambience of the property and bedroom 2 lacked curtains for privacy from being overlooked. Overall it was a good stay, very convenient for La Tremblade and all it offers.

A ne pas refaire
Le logement est spacieux ce qui fait son point fort. L'accueil auprès de la collaboratrice du propriétaire est très décevant et limite irrespectueuse !. Nous ne retournerons pas louer au même endroit. Prévoyez une demi journée pour refaire le menage et un bon nettoyage des WC ! Les toiles d'araignées dans toute la maison laisse une mauvaise impression d'un manque d'entretien ! Pas de wifi !!! Dommage !. Après l'état des lieux, il nous a été impossible de récupérer notre chèque de caution ! Sous prétexte que la collaboratrice du propriétaire devait refaire le tour seule et vérifier que tout était en ordre !?!?. Cela fait des années que nous louons et c'est la 1ere fois que nous sommes confrontés à ce genre de situation !. Bref, je ne recommande pas !.

Agréable séjour. Au calme. Maison très lumineuse et bien équipée côté cuisine. Chambre et Sdb rien à redire. Toutes les information pour y accéder sont très claires et complètes. Conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Mme Barrit, qui nous a accueillie est ponctuelle et arrangeante. Seul tout petit bémol, pour moi, c'est le manque de wifi. A l'occasion, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un séjour détente
Nous avons passé un séjour entre amis extrêmement agréable. La maison est parfaitement équipée, l'agencement donne une pièce à vivre spacieuse et lumineuse. Les chambres sont confortables et aucune nuisance sonores dans les alentours. La terrasse et le jardin sont très appréciables et le vis-à-vis avec la forêt est idéal. Les plages sont accessibles à vélos sans aucun problème et les commerces sont à proximité en voiture. Une location que nous recommandons vivement.
