Shipwatch Hope 1205- Community Pool

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ocean front Condo with elevator and community pool, has recently been completely renovated, outfitted with all new appliances, and beautiful new furniture throughout the house. Everything is NEW. down to the silverware. This is an excellent family-oriented vacation location. You will love falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves.

This beautiful Condo features great ocean views with access to the covered deck from the living room and master bedroom. Also included is a spacious family and dining area, a master bedroom with master bath, and second bedroom and second bath, located down the hall. Laundry is conveniently located in the hallway, with new washer/dryer.

Enjoy the community pool and the picnic/grill situated in designated areas.

For a beach family-oriented vacation, this is a great choice and value!

The Linen Package is now optional.

Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Fee, Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as but not limited to weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties. NO Smoking.

**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.

Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.

Guest Access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

A Valid Government Photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreeent is required for every reservation.

Great place for a getaway

Really enjoyed the property. Stayed with my wife and 2 kids. Pretty quiet for a property this large. Only noise “complaint” was the people above us (1305 I’m assuming) sounded like a herd of elephants all day/night.

Topsail Girls Trip 2022

The property was beautiful with awesome ocean views from the deck. The deck furniture was super nice and we enjoyed the pool too. We had very relaxing family time.

Girls Trip

Condo was extremely nice!! Doesn't have the panoramic view of the ocean but still has an excellent view. Easy access to beach. Everything was clean and well stocked. Plenty of space for everyone. Condo itself, and surrounding areas were all clean and well kept!! Nice, quiet area. Easy to relax yet not too far from amenities like shopping and restaurants.

Shipwatch condo by the sea

Beautifully and tastefully decorated condo by North Topsail beach. Restful, quiet place to spend a week at the shore. Adequately equipped kitchen with lovely dishes, coffee cups, glassware, and cutlery. Kitchen was supplied with all essentials but nothing beyond that. Excellent microwave, fridge, and toaster oven. Beds were comfortable, linen provided by local company. We purchased paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags for the kitchen, and cascade pods for the dishwasher. Convenient carts for loading and unloading luggage; two elevators, one of which was not working when we left. Very easy check in and check out. Beach was not overly crowded. We love visiting this are because it is quiet and down-to-earth with good seafood restaurants and an excellent local grocery store (Food Lion). Relatives live in the area which is the reason for our visit, aside from rest and relaxation.

Family beach trip

We were two couples staying for 4 nights. This condo is very clean, roomy, and comfortable with a nice view of the ocean. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Beds are super comfortable and the place is quiet. We definitely enjoyed staying here. Just remember to bring paper products, dish washer detergent, soap, etc.

Spring Break with Dolphins, Fresh Seafood and Awesome Ice Cream!

We knew it wasn’t going to be that warm for a spring break in March but we needed to get away. This was our first trip since pre-COVID and we felt safe and relaxed at this great condo. The unit was very clean, spacious and had a great view of the ocean. We saw shrimp boats pass by, saw cool helicopters fly overhead from Camp Lejeune and saw dolphins from the balcony every day. This unit is located on North Topsail beach which was nice and quiet and private compared to the busier town of Surf City. When we wanted to go out to grab food or ice cream it was an easy drive down to town. We highly recommend Sea Blue Coffee Co. for fantastic ice cream and Midgett & Sons Crab Company for super fresh off the boat seafood. We would definitely come back again and are grateful for a nice trip away. Thank you to Peter and Carmen of Sea Coast rentals who were very helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to open the door and when VRBO had an issue with their payment processing. We have taken many trips using VRBO and Sea Coast Rentals was by far the most responsive, helpful and friendly rental company that we have worked with from Cape Cod to Hilton Head to Sanibel Island.

Thanksgiving visit

The complex was nice right on the beach. The unit had everything we needed to cook our turkey with all the trimmings for our dinner. Loved spending time on the balcony.

Quiet stay close to the water

Relaxing and peaceful stay at Shipwatch 1205. The condo looks exactly as the pictures show. Clean and comfortable. The balcony was great to sit and watch the waves. We would definitely book this condo again

Awesome Condo

Loved the condo. Was beautifully decorated and kitchen was well stocked with brand new everything. We are BIG coffee drinkers and the Keurig just didn't cut it. With all of the expense on everything else, a high end coffee maker would make an excellent addition.

Amazing Condo just steps from the beach!

We had a wonderful vacation at Shipwatch Hope 1205! The living and bedroom accessible deck has an absolutely fabulous view of the ocean. The modern beautifully updated kitchen has all the comforts of home. The living room is wonderfully relaxing with an amazing view and comfy furniture. You are just steps away from the amazing beach! This beach is perfect for walking and enjoying the ocean. The condo has a great shared pool that lets you enjoy the water if you ever get tired of the ocean. The location on North Topsail is perfect for a quiet retreat but close enough to other amenities like golf, shopping and restaurants to never feel disconnected, unless you want to be! We enjoyed everything about our stay and look forward to returning next year!
