Haus und Garten zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben zwei Wochen dort verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Garten war für unsere Kinder toll zum spielen und bewegen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Der Standard ist Portugiesisch gut und war für uns ausreichend. Die Lage war gut da wir meistens Sonne hatten und nur wenig Wind. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Mitigés

Nous avons passé un super séjour au Portugal, Esposende et les alentours sont riches en belles découvertes. Concernant le logement il est évident qu'en l'état actuel nous n'y retournerons pas. La rue devant la maison étant pavé et très fréquentée jour et nuit, cela crée une nuisance sonore énorme et les chambres donnent sur cette rue. (D'autant plus qu'il faisait chaud et qu'il nous était impossible de dormir les fenêtres fermées). Nous rentrons épuisés. A notre arrivée (en avion, la propriétaire au courant), le frigo était éteint, aucun produit de base (sel, poivre, huile...) ni d'entretien pour la maison n'était présent. Et une odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain nous a accompagné pendant tout le séjour malgré que nous y avons mis du produit à notre charge. Autre point négatif, des personnes sont venues à plusieurs reprises prendre des agrumes dans le jardin, faire des travaux.... nous n'étions pas informés et cela en est très désagréable. Ces personnes pourraient intervenir lorsque le logement n'est pas loué. Nous retournerons dans la région c'est certain mais pas dans ce logement.

Belle vue sur l'océan

Maison avec joli jardin, et de nombreux espaces de repos. Le barbecue à été très apprécié. La partie louée est grande (1er étage) et offre une belle vue sur l'océan. Seul bémol, la propreté de la cuisine est à améliorer !

Der grandiose Blick auf das Meer hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Schöne Strände befinden sich ganz in der Nähe. Die Vermieter zeigten sich sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

A lovely house and a relaxing holiday...

The property was easy to book, the communication with the owner was excellent and the property was as advertised. We didn’t have a car but the walk to Esposende on the beach was beautiful. There is also a local bus service which runs between Porto and Viana do Castelo so you can work around those times. We also used 2 local taxis and the drivers were brilliant - almost a mini sightseeing tour. The house itself has 4 big double bedrooms and a big garden which is what drew us to the property. There is a local supermarket 5 minutes away where the staff are super friendly and a large supermarket 20 minutes more.

Logement bien situé, bien équipé, contact facile.Spacieux et calme.SDB a améliorer .

Bon séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et idéale pour une famille. Mer à proximité (je vous conseille SUAVE MAR à 5 min en voiture). Il y a des commerces cachés dans le village mais on fini par les trouver, une épicerie juste à côté. Un jardin un barbecue et un terrain de pétanque. Une belle vue sur la mer depuis le balcon. Un city stade dans le village (basket, foot, hand) à 300 mètres de la maison. Si vous aimez le sport, vous pouvez partir de CEPAES et suivre la mer jusqu'à Esposende (course, marche, roller, vélo, jeux pour les enfants et un espace musculation (station workout) en plein air, juste après la piscine) La propriétaire est réactive et le contact est facile, il y a également des personnes à proximité en cas de problème.(nous avons eu un petit problème d'eau chaude, ça a été réglé instantanément, c'est sécurisant!) Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Rafael qui parle Français. Points négatifs :salle de bain à rajeunir, manque quelques instruments pour le ménage, un aspi serait le bienvenu. Le linge de maison est en supplément (en avion c'est pas facile d' amener ses draps et ses serviettes)(ce n'est pas très cher mais autant l'inclure) Mais le bilan est très satisfaisant vous pouvez louer sans peur rien qui empêche de passer de bonnes vacances et je suis sûr qu'avec le temps il y aura tout dans cette maison pour la bonheur des vacanciers. Si je devais y retourner je n' hésiterais pas!
