Service Above and Beyond

The owner accidentally double booked the unit and instead of telling me tough luck, she sought out a solution to rent another unit in the same building. She spoke English which was a plus and she was able to be the middle man as the owner of the unit we stayed in didn’t speak English. The location is wonderful!!! Lots of great restaurants right on the beach a short walk away. For $20 you can get a massage on the beach. Horses came by the property a few times via the beach offering rides. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The security guards actually questioned who we were and confirmed our reservation instead of just opening the gate for anyone like other places we stayed in DR. While I did not actually stay in the unit, I can say it is a very nice unit because when there was no DVD player in our unit, the sweet owner gave me the code to go up to her unit to grab her DVD player. As luck would have it, turns out the DVD player was broken. The owner went above and beyond again and told us we could go watch Netflix on her smart tv. The customer service was superb!!!! The owner was very quick with solutions. She gave us excellent recommendations for food and the Cueva De Las Maravillas (definitely check that out when you stay). Juan Dolio was my favorite part of our trip. I highly recommend staying here!!!!
