Apartment 62 m² (54 m² Carrez) on 2 levels. 2nd and last floor in a beautiful 19th century house divided into apartments. "Cathedral" ceiling, exposed beams, bull's eye, window and interior shutters.
Level 1: living room with kitchen / dining area, bedroom with cupboards and wardrobes (140 cm bed), bathroom with cupboard and cupboards.
Level 2: Japanese staircase to mezzanine. Office space + 2 sleeping spaces (140 or 2x70 bed).

Séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce charmant appartement. Nous sommes restés 15 jours avec nos 2 enfants de 5 et 7 ans qui ont particulièrement aimé la "cabane" à l'étage. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, accueillants et très disponibles. L'appartement est très bien équipé, et idéalement situé à 2 pas de la plage et de tous les commerces et restaurants, un vrai confort ! Et l'accès à la piscine est très appréciable, nous en avons bien profité, nous reviendrons !

Appartement bien équipé et très agréable. Bien placé, (proximité centre ville) et donc en contre partie légèrement bruyant. Autre point à signaler: l'appartement étant situé au 2 ème étage, il est à conseiller aux personnes n'ayant pas de problème pour monter les marches ...

Fijn huis dichtbij het strand.

Erg aardige gastheer! Mooie omgeving heel dichtbij het strand lekker zwembad. Huis was compleet met vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger. Straat was wel druk. Heerlijke ijsboer aan de overkant.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires très sympathique à l ecoute de ses vacanciers ,location tout le confort très belle bâtisse passée un très bon séjour avec mes petites filles je la conseille vivement au futur vacancier .Pour nous si c est possible on y retourne l année prochaine car nous avons passe un très bon séjour

Séjour très agréable

Appartement très bien situé, joliment décoré et parfaitement équipé. Très bon accueil par les propriétaires. Un seul petit bémol : le bruit extérieur, qui est toutefois inévitable étant donné la proximité de la plage et du casino.

A wonderful holiday!

We were really impressed with the accommodation - it had all the facilities you could need - lovely main bedroom and bathroom, and excellent kitchen area. We felt truly relaxed there, in such a charming apartment which had real character. Eric and Christine were wonderful hosts - they were there to meet us on arrival and were very welcoming, and gave us lots of information about the apartment and things to do in the area. The location was excellent - literally a 2-minute walk over to the beach! Easy to find a parking space in one of the surrounding roads too. The beach was lovely - so wide and clean - and wasn't too busy each day. It was a real advantage just to be able to walk out of the apartment in the evening and go to one of the restaurants along the beach-front. Un grand merci, Eric et Christine, d'avoir été si acceuillants!

Magnifique logement très bien situé

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en famille dans ce logement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la décoration de type coloniale, l'accueil des propriétaires et l'ensemble des équipements fournies. Le logement est très bien situé à proximité de la plage, des animations et de quelques commerces. Je note quelques points négatifs du logement pour donner un avis impartial mais ceux-ci sont négligeable à côté des points positifs : il faut noter que le logement se trouve au 2ème étage sans ascenseur mais c'est très bon pour les cuisses; il y a également un peu de bruit car il y a de l'animation et la rue est passante en bas du logement; il n'y a pas de wifi mais la réception 4G est correcte; le logement peut être difficile à rafraîchir quand il fait très chaud mais l'air marin permet de ventiler le soir.

Confort et emplacement au top !

Nous sommes revenus pour une deuxième année consécutive car le confort de l'appartement avec toutes les machines à disposition apporte un vrai plus en vacances ! L'emplacement en face de la plage et proche de toutes les commodités (en face du meilleur glacier de la ville !) est très pratique. La maison a beaucoup de charme ! Nous reviendrons encore !

Alles wie beschrieben, nah am Meer, sehr gut ausgestattet, freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Die Lage ist nicht ganz ruhig, da direkt an der Straße, dafür zentral.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir haben 12 Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht, deren Einrichtung sehr schön und funktionell war. Besonders hat uns dabei die tolle Lage direkt in der Nähe zum Meer gefallen, genauso wie die Promenade mit den vielen kleinen Restaurants und Geschäften. Bei Fragen stand uns der Vermieter den ganzen Aufenthalt über immer zur Verfügung und wir haben alles in allem einen schönen Urlaub in Vaux-sur-Mer verbracht.

Appartement très bien situé et très agréable

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables et très faciles à proximité de la plage et des restaurants, dans cet appartement original et charmant, doté de toutes les commodités ! Dommage pour l'absence de wifi que nous pensions trouver. Nous souhaitons revenir y passer nos vacances !

Très bien

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cet appartement à 2 puis à 4 Il est très agréable, très bien placé, dans une belle bâtisse de la belle époque à deux pas de la plage, très bien équipé, il ne manque rien! Meublé avec goût, et en plus les propriétaires sont fort aimables. Et nous avons découvert une très belle région.

Au plus près de la plage de Pontaillac

Bien que sur le territoire de la commune de Vaux-sur-Mer, l'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité immédiate de la plage de Pontaillac, dans une villa de la Belle Epoque caractéristique de l'architecture de ce quartier très animé de Royan. Malgré la fréquentation estivale, il n'y a pas eu de difficulté majeure pour le stationnement (gratuit) du véhicule dans les rues aux alentours. L'appartement, situé au deuxième étage, a été décoré avec beaucoup de goût par le propriétaire dans un style tropicolonial (mot de mon invention). Il est idéal pour un couple avec deux enfants qui ne manqueront pas de s'approprier la mezzanine. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, et, fait appréciable, le propriétaire prend le temps de faire visiter les lieux et d'expliquer le fonctionnement du matériel. A relever également la mise à disposition de deux bodyboard pour profiter pleinement des vagues de la plage de Pontaillac !
