Beautiful view, clean & spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was just what we needed for our family Thanksgiving gathering. We loved it & would happily stay here again
Lovely location next to the beach and convenient to ferry. With 6 bedrooms there’s room for everyone. Fully stocked with everything you need for indoor or outdoor vacationing. Great property manager.

AMAZING! PERFECT LOCATION ON THE OCEAN, MINUTES FROM FERRY
I stayed here with 3 other women for our mgmt retreat. Our only regret was that we couldnt stay longer. It was beautiful and so beachy. The location directly on the ocean and minutes from the ferry is absolutely ideal. I will be coming back with my family every summer to this magical spot.
Love the location. Perfect size for six of us and everybody got their own bedroom! Kitchen was great for cooking a big dinner together and we were close enough to Langley to pop over for the afternoon. Everything was wonderful. We will be back!
We are a group of high school girlfriends who chucked the city and family for a weekend to reconnect and make new memories. We had a wonderful weekend and I would recommend this home to anyone interested in a great space to get together with a large group. The kitchen had everything we needed to put together a huge spread of food to dine on all weekend long. Beach access for walks and Eagle viewing.
The view and location are wonderful here. The house itself was mediocre. The beds were not luxurious and the kitchen was a bit disorganized. The home was remodeled, but not with quality in mind. Older windows covered in condensation, an “old home smell”, and an empty hot tub on the porch gave the vibe of just-good-enough-to-rent. That being said, it’s close to the ferry and is located down a quiet, beachfront road. The sunrise was spectacular and the property manager was fairly quick to respond. Would have appreciated more luxury for the price.

Beautifully decorated beach home with excellent ferry access and a lovely view
The owners have done a lovely job with this recently remodeled beach house! It is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Beach themes are everywhere - from the cabinet pulls to the pictures on the walls to the paint colors. The house is clean and spacious. It would accommodate 10 people comfortably. The view is pretty and the beach is right there. We had a lovely walk on the beach and were treated to a beautiful view of Mt Baker and the Cascades. There were shells all around and we loved the peaceful sound of waves lapping on the shore. The house is in an ideal location. It is literally less than 10 minutes from the ferry dock, which is so convenient, and then going further up island, Langley is only about 15 minutes away. What a cute little town! As for some eats that we tried: we had yummy pizza at Joe's - the pesto pizza was amazing; our morning coffee was from Southern Cross Espresso - very good; and we had an excellent brunch at the Braeburn in Langley - they were very busy so the service was a bit slow, but the food and the coffee were great. Kathy Cox was both friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back!
The location of this home is breathtaking. The unobstructed view of the water is unmatched. It's a few short steps onto the sand offering long walks in either direction with eagles and sea birds and lots of shells. The home itself is spacious with enough separation for individuals, but ample open gathering space. Big beautiful view porch for coffee or wine and enough grassy area to play. Kitchen is very well supplied. Impeccably clean. It's a very short drive from the ferry and shopping (for the best bagels in the world). Our group was from age 67 to 4 months and all loved the experience. We hope to come again.
This home was beautiful and has great views and right on the Sound. It was a perfect weekend getaway spot for our family! It was spacious, clean, and had a well equipped kitchen! We walked the beach and toured the island.
Super cool place in a really secluded neighborhood with the house right on the water. Picturesque views from the rooms. Very well laid out house that could easily hold 2 families comfortably with both communal space and individual rooms. Really big kitchen add well.
Our family had a wonderful holiday at the beach house. Annette was a wonderful host with many special touches. Very well stocked with lots of room for everyone.
Definitely will return!
Great house and perfect location! We loved everything about this place; gorgeous views, lots of room, beautiful decor, quiet, and so close to the beach!
Lovely waterfront views, well stocked kitchen and plenty of place for our large group to hangout both inside and outside. We were very happy with the accommodations.
My wife and I stayed here with a group of friends and had an excellent time! The location is beautiful (right on the water, with incredible mountain views across Puget Sound on a clear day!). The house was spacious and nicely decorated, and our group of 9 had plenty of space. Annette was helpful and responsive, which was great because there was a storm and 14-hour, island-wide power outage while we were there (not her fault at all, and all homes in Clinton & Langley were affected)! She had her neighbor show us how to use the generator, and they checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. That didn't put a damper on our stay, and we stayed plenty warm and comfortable during the night that the power was out. Overall, I would highly recommend Annette's place to anyone looking to visit the area! It's especially well suited for groups.
My family (2 teenage boys, me, and my husband) stayed here with my sister, her husband, and her adult, special needs daughter. We all had a great time. The location and view were excellent, and the house was arranged in a way to let us really appreciate the location. The deck was big, had plenty of seating, and wrapped around so we could gather outside for coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening and still have sun cover no matter what time of day it was. We also really enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. There were plenty of rooms for all of us, and they were all very comfortable. The big dining table also fit us all well for meals and for playing games together.
The beach area was nice for exploring, though the water was pretty cold for swimming, even at the end of July. That didn't stop my niece from getting in, though!
Our biggest issue was that we had decided not to cook while on vacation, and we had a lot of trouble finding restaurants to get food from. This seemed to be partially due to Covid, and partially due to the small size of the island. We arrived around 6pm on Monday planning to order in dinner, and soon discovered most restaurants were closed on Mondays, and those that were open closed at 7 or 7:30 and were too busy to take orders (we just got busy signals). We continued to have issues on subsequent nights, even though we did things like showing up in person at a restaurant in Coupeville at 5pm. Even at that hour their wait time was an hour and a half. If we return, we will plan our restaurant visits more carefully ahead of time.
The house, though, was great. We had everything we needed, had some great relaxed family time together, and it was a nice launching point for visiting nearby parks and hiking spots.
Plenty of bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. good beach access. Weather outside was cold so house had been closed tight before our arrival, which probably contributed to a smell of damp mildew when we first arrived. We opened windows and burned candles and it wasn’t a big problem after a short time.
The owners were so helpful! The house is absolutely amazing! Clean and the layout was great for our big group. The location was awesome. We would have stayed all summer if we could.
