Maison mitoyenne très bien située

La maison mitoyenne avec la propriétaire (très discrète et sympathique) à été entièrement rénovée, elle est très bien équipée. La situation géographique est parfaite, située entre l'herbe et le canon(tous commerces) La première plage ombragée l'après midi est à 300mètres à pieds.(l'herbe) Le seul bémol est le bruit de la route principale du cap ferret ou il y a de la circulation, des travaux ponctuels ont accentué le bruit ou moment ou nous y étions. Je recommande

très agréable séjour

Cet hébergement correspond parfaitement à la description qui en est faite. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les 2 salles de bain avec WC - Douche ainsi que la cuisine parfaitement équipée. Acceuil très chaleureux de la propriétaire, Monique, qui est d'une très grande gentillesse, toujours disponible tout en restant d'une absolue discrétion. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour en coupe dans ce bel environnement et y reviendons très certainement !

Schöner Ferienort

Das Haus ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben wir vermisst. Die Schlafcouch ist leider etwas klein zum sitzen, aber dafür ist die Terrasse groß genug. Leider ist die Durchgangsstraße, welche direkt am Haus vorbei führt, sehr nervig. Erst ab ca. 21.00 Uhr wird es ruhiger. Und das im Juni. Daher gibt es auch Punktabzüge. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ort ist sehr schön und die großen schönen Strände sind in ca. 3 km erreichbar.

Séjour au Canon été 2019

Accueil chaleureux et très professionnel de la propriétaire. Studette très propre et parfaitement équipée. Gros plus: draps et serviettes de toilette mis à disposition. Seul point négatif et découvert sur place car il n’est pas indiqué sur l’annonce: la location est mitoyenne de la résidence principale de la propriétaire qui est néanmoins d’une discrétion absolue!

Excellent séjour

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Monique qui s'est toujours montrée disponible. Le logement est très propre et parfaitement équipé. La terrasse privative est très agréable et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petits déjeuners sur le balcon. L'emplavelentNous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants en bas âge.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison où il y a tout ce qu'il faut en termes d’équipements et de connectivité. La maison est idéalement située entre le village du Canon et de l'Herbe. Les commerces stratégiques (Boulangeries, boucherie, fruits et légumes, poissons frais péchés sur place,...) sont à 10 min à pied ou 2/3 min à vélo. Nous avons apprécié les conseils avisés de la propriétaire concernant les activités locales et les commerçants à souscrire pour ne pas tomber dans les pièges à touristes. Merci encore à Madame ATTALI pour sa gentillesse

Belle maison, très bien équipée - vue magnifique

Charmante maison avec un équipement neuf et de très bonne qualité. Grand confort avec une magnifique terrasse très bien exposée. De plus les propriétaires sont charmants et plein de bons conseils.

Location très bien équipée et parfaitement située

Location très bien équipée et parfaitement située: A 200m du bassin pour déguster les huîtres et au début de la piste cyclable pour le Cap Ferret. De plus, Monique a été très attentionnée et nous a même proposé de réserver des vélos pour nous à l’avance! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et conseillerons cette location à nos amis!

Une location idéale

Location idéalement située afin de laisser la voiture de côté pendant les vacances. Proximité immédiate du centre ville à pied ou à vélo (superette, boucherie, cabane à huîtres...etc). Accès à la plage du bassin à pied en 5 minutes. Pratique avec des enfants en bas âge. Plage côté océan 5 minutes en voiture ou 10/15 minutes à vélo (pistes cyclables dès la sortie de la maison) Cette location moderne est meublée avec goût et qualité. Un endroit où l'on se sent comme chez nous. Les propriétaires sont très prévenants, à l'écoute et savent se rendre disponible en cas de besoin. Idéale pour une famille avec enfants. Nous recommandons cette location. Merci à M et Mme Attali

Petite villa très bien équipée

Nous revenons de 15jours passés au Canon dans cette villa qui est équipée avec des matériaux et électroménagers de qualité. L'emplacement est idéal pour les balades en vélo, l'accès au bassin et à l'océan. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très discrets malgré leur proximité.
