Luxury home with a 40-foot dock to enjoy fun on the water with or without a boat!
Just as shown in the photos this beautifully upgraded home is the perfect spot to relax in comfort. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a loft – sleeps 4 adults comfortably and the loft has two twin beds. The deck is perfect for enjoying fun in the sun for breakfast/lunch or sitting around the firepit in the evenings with a glass of wine. Enjoy this outdoor living space year-round. There the tranquil view of the water from the master bedroom which also offers access to the deck, and has a master bathroom.
The updated kitchen is complete with just about anything you will need while away from home. There's a quaint and private courtyard entry. There is a laundry room in the house for those who may wish to do laundry while vacationing. The fabulous location offers easy access to the Channel Islands Harbor, Seabridge Marina and the Ventura Harbor. To complete the waterfront lifestyle there are two kayaks and two paddle boards. You are within minutes from the beach, shopping, restaurants, the farmer's market on Sundays, and Oxnard Park!

Great base for visiting extended family

This property is super-cute, clean, has everything you might need and has a superb location on the water! We didn’t get a chance to take out the paddle boards or kayaks, but it would have been easy to do so. It was an easy walk/run to the beach side as well. Private and quiet also!

Perfect family spot

Our family loved our stay! Walking distance to the ocean. Loved being on the water and we used the kayaks and really enjoyed that too! Well stocked kitchen and we made a lot of great meals. Comfy beds and great having 2 bathrooms.

Perfect place for our family of four

We head back "home" every year for Thanksgiving with family and the three of us siblings each rent our own home near the beach for the week. Our family absolutely loved being on the water, with access to the paddle boards and kayaks (that we hope to be able to use next time). Lovely home, super responsive host. We will definitely be back!

Pretty Little Place

Absolutely beautiful little place. The furniture was just what I would want. Kitchen was nice, Bedrooms were very good. A very welcoming home environment. Super nice owner and I would stay there again.

Immaculately clean, beautiful place!

Absolutely beautiful home, with all the amenities needed. Immaculate! One of the cleanest rentals we have had. Furniture is plush and very comfortable. Host was very communicative and helpful. House is located right on the water in a quiet neighborhood, close to beach. The neighborhood is close to a main road so u do hear cars. Lovely home w/ great outdoor space! Lovely place, highly recommend. .

Oxnard for a wedding

The unit is well equipped and well located. We especially enjoyed sitting on the with family gathered for a wedding. The washer and dryer are great. A good time was had by all for four days.

Paradise on the channel

Enjoyed walking the neighborhood as well as Nearby hotel etc. kayaking just beautiful virws. Neighbors were nice and helpful. The only negative was some cool over ast days but that is the luck of the Itish!

Our annual trip to the beach July 24’. We were lucky to find this place. We have stayed at several Vrbo’s and most feel like an IKEA display room. This home feels like HOME. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, spices etc. seems like a small thing but the showers have amazing water pressure. Comfy couches and a large dining table. The large deck out back with a big propane grill and fire pit table. There is also a patio table to eat at. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy a sunset looking over the harbor area. We sometimes walked to the beach. It’s about a 10 min walk or a 1-2 min drive. There is 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards to check out the harbor. There is no beach equipment so bring your own. We never had any problems or issues but the host has all the info you need for the house in a binder. The hose was responsive, check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again

Relaxing Oxnard

Wonderful location- perfect as homebase to explore Channel Island National Park, kayaking, and ocean fishing. Our family enjoyed the comfortable furnishings and well-equipped kitchen for cooking family meals.

Perfect Family Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this beautiful home. It’s so close to everything and so peaceful to come back to after a day out. We did the boat ride to the Channel Islands, enjoyed all of the local restaurants, shopped in the Harbor villages and enjoyed taking the kayaks out in the morning straight from the dock. I would highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a very comfortable and enjoyable time in the Oxnard area!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay and the condo is quite nice. The setting on the water is perfect. The unit is a little outdated, but it worked well for our 3 night stay. There are some things that could be tightened up to enhance the experience including: providing propane for the bbq and fire pit (we shouldn’t have to fill them IMO), the clothes dryer needs to be fixed, there was an opened bottle of wine in the refrigerator and there were clothes in the closet. The property manager was great at communicating and the check in process was super easy.

Wonderful Getaway

My husband and I had an amazing stay, relaxing with a view of the water! The home is super clean and has everything you’ll need. The beds are super comfortable too. We walked around the corner to the beach each morning and enjoyed a peaceful walk along the ocean! We took the kayaks out and went all the way to the harbor to where the sea lions (or seals) were hanging out. We enjoyed dinner at Yolanda’s Mexican Cafe and Toppers Pizza- both with a water view! We visited the quaint Heritage Park, shopped a bit and saw a movie at a nice outdoor shopping area in town. We even drove 30 minutes to beautiful Ojai for an afternoon! The home is so cozy and welcoming that we truly loved coming back in the evenings to relax and watch a little TV. Communication with the owner was great and everything was made very easy for us. We definitely hope to come back in the near future!!

Classy all the way

The home is charming, beautiful, and clean. They seem to maintain and decorate like they live there which gives an additional level of comfort. The dock with the paddle boards and kayaks are perfect set up for a peaceful water activity. The owner was so responsive and accommodating. Top notch experience all the way across!
