2 km from the nearest beach, our house, the Hermitage, has a shaded garden. You can reach the many beaches of Anglet on foot, through the forest, by bike, or by car. Bike paths are accessible at the end of the street. They allow you to reach the cities of Biarritz (via the beaches) or Bayonne along the Adour. The Chiberta forest, 50 meters from the house, gives access to multiple walks and a health trail. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. A small shopping center is located 2 minutes by car or 5 minutes by bike: fresh fruit and vegetables, butcher, dairy ...

Basque Region Exploration
The house in Anglet was an excellent base from which to explore the many offerings of the Basque region, from the seaside to the Pyrenees. The house was comfortably furnished and situated in a very quiet neighborhood. Necessary amenities (groceries, gas station, etc.) were located nearby.

situation top
Points forts : idéalement située, on peut facilement circuler en vélo (pistes cyclables pour accéder à toutes les plages, jusque Biarritz et jusque Bayonne). En bord de forêt, à côté d'un centre équestre, tennis. Cours de surf tous niveaux plage des cavaliers. de la place sur la plage même fin juillet. petite maison mais avec 4 chambres, tout le monde à son espace (idéal famille avec ados). Petit jardin très agréable. beaucoup de rangements, lave vaisselle et machine à laver appréciés. Bonne literie bon rapport qualité/prix points à améliorer : un bon nettoyage est nécessaire (fils de saleté qui pendent du plafond, radiateur très sale (SDB), côté du micro-onde collant, étagère cuisine, lustre salon, sous les lits, sous les petits meubles cuisine. Rajouter 2 ventilos pour les chambres qui n'en ont pas, ce serait vraiment bien lorsqu'il y a de grosses chaleurs. Laisser à disposition quelques épingles à linge, nombre d'assiettes un peu juste et 5 verres à eau : trop peu. maison pouvant loger 7 personnes donc 2 fauteuils et 2 chiliennes (les anciennes sont inutilisables), un peu juste aussi. aucun contact avec les propriétaires, dommage. La personne qui s'occupe de la maison est très gentille et facile à joindre mais très occupée apparemment et ne connaissant pas bien la maison et le quartier. points sur lesquels on ne peut rien : débroussailleuse thermique à 8h du mat juste derrière la haie ! Pour résumer, une vrai maison de vacances où la situation prend le pas sur le reste.

Es waren wunderbare Tage, wir konnten Haus und vor allem auch den wunderschönen Garten geniessen, der Strand und auch ein paar kleinere Läden sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam, die Gäste und ihr Wohl liegt ihnen am Herzen.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille. Localisation de la maison au top pour visiter Bayonne et la côte basque. L’USAP n’a pas gagné et il a beaucoup plu mais nous nous sommes régalés 😉🙂

Super séjour !
La maison est accueillante, le jardin sans vis-à-vis très agréable. Très bien situé à quelques minutes en voiture des plus belles plages, cette maison est idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent avoir un petit havre de paix près de la côte. Les propriétaires très gentils et le ménage inclus finissent de parfaire l'ensemble de notre séjour en ces lieux.

Maison très agréable, idéale pour un séjour avec des enfants. Les plages sont accessibles à pied au besoin en une vingtaine de minutes. Plusieurs magasins proches. Situation très au calme, nous recommandons ce bien.

Second vacation at this property as good as the first one. Owners are very comprehensive and efficient. I could not go this year (COVID) but my French family enjoyed their stay. Again thank you for having my children, hope to see you next year!!

Maison très chaleureuse, avec un bon emplacement, parfait pour passer des vacances entre amis ! Nous étions 6, tout s'est bien passé. Seul point négatif, c'est qu'il y a qu'une seule salle de bain avec les toilettes à l'intérieur ce qui était embêtant quelques fois... Mais sinon tout le reste était parfait !

wunderbarer Erholungsort
geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz für 4 Personen. Besonders reizvoll ist der kleine Garten. Gute Ausstattung, schnelles Internet. Wunderbare Lage an der Mündung des Adour in den Atlantik. Strände in der Nähe, Wald vor der Haustür.

Une maison familiale, agréable, et authentique
Nous avons aimé cette maison , pour sa tranquillité, son style ancien, qui nous a accueillis pendant une semaine. Bien équipée, nous y avons trouvé notre confort. Parée de meubles anciens, et d'un jardin romantique, elle a un charme particulier. La terrasse est très agréable.Notre petit garçon a pu profiter du jardin en toute sécurité. Nous nous sommes rendus à pieds aux plages de la Barre et des Cavaliers, et au parcours santé de la forêt du Pignada. La propriétaire était absolument disponible et à l'écoute . Nous la remercions chaleureusement.
